driveability or behaviour have occurred since you’ve installed the horntools components.

1. Im ersten Schritt werden die Bauteile, wie abgebildet, auf dem Kopf auf Boden (vorzugsweise auf einen
Teppich) aufgelegt Abb.1.
In the rst step, the components are placed upside down on the oor (preferably on a carpet) as shown
in Abb.1.

2. Nun verschraube alles mit den zwei Längsstreben, verwende hierfür 24x ISO7380 M8x16mm Schrauben
und Unterlegscheiben. ACHTUNG! Schraubensicherung für jede Schraubverbindung verwenden (Loctite
243 o.Ä.) und die Schrauben laut Drehmomenttabelle (letzte Seite) anziehen Abb. 2.
Now bolt everything to the two longitudinal struts, use 24x ISO7380 M8x16mm bolts and washers for this.
ATTENTION! Use thread locker for each bolted connection (Loctite 243 or similar) and tighten the bolts
according to the torque table (last page) Abb. 2.

4. Jetzt werden je zwei Querstreben Halter
A mit der Querstrebe A lose verschraubt,
verwende hierfür 16x ISO7380 M8x16mm
Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben Abb.3-4.

Im nächsten Schritt werden die beiden Seitenteile (PHBRRR01_01_left/right), sowie die Frontblende
(PHBRRR01_07), lose montiert. Um das Heckteil (PHBRRR01_02) und die Querstreben Halter
(PHBRRR01_05) mit den Seitenteilen zu verbinden, verwende 18x ISO7380 M8x20mm Schrauben
und Unterlegscheiben. Für die Verbindung zwischen Seitenteil, Frontblende und Querstreben (2x
PHBRRR01_04 /3x PHBRRR01_06) werden 30x ISO7380 M8x16mm Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben
verwendet Abb.5-6.
In the next step, the two side panels (PHBRRR01_01_left / right) and the front panel (PHBRRR01_07) are
mounted loosely. To connect the tail section (PHBRRR01_02) and the cross strut bracket (PHBRRR01_05)
to the side panels, use 18x ISO7380 M8x20mm bolts and washers. For the connection between the side
panel, front panel and cross struts (2x PHBRRR01_04 / 3x PHBRRR01_06) use 30x ISO7380 M8x16mm
bolts and washers are Abb.5-6.

6. Nun wird die Breite des B-Rack Overlays eingestellt, sodass dieses auf das B-Rack passt. Hierfür
muss die Breite des B-Rack abgemessen werden! Danach werden alle losen Schrauben angezogen.
Anschließend wird das Overlay auf das B-Rack gehoben (min. 4 Personen) und verschraubt. Verwende
hierfür 12x ISO7380 M8x25mm Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben, sowie 6x Schraubplatten Abb.6-7.
Now the width of the B-Rack overlay is set so that it ts on the B-Rack. For this, the width of the B-rack
must be measured! Then all loose bolts are tightened. After that, the overlay is lifted onto the B-rack
(min. 4 people) and bolted to it. Use 12x ISO7380 M8x25mm screws and washers, as well as 6x screw
plates Fig.6-8.

Bevor das Fahrzeug bewegt und das B-Rack samt Overlay benutzt werden darf, musst du die
Bedienungsanleitung komplett gelesen und verstanden haben. Versichere dich das alle Schrauben laut
Drehmomenttabelle angezogen sind und alles festsitzt, danach kann die Reise los gehen!
Before driving the vehicle and using the B-Rack including the overlay, you must have completely read
and understood the user manual. Make sure that all bolts are tightened according to the torque table and
that everything is tight, then the journey can begin!
8. Falls sich in den Fächern des Overlays Kondenswasser bildet, muss dieses über die Ablassschrauben
abgelassen (gelb markiert) werden Abb.9.
If condensation forms in the compartments of the overlay, it must be drained o󰀨 using the drainage
screws (marked yellow) Abb.9.
