1.Do not discard any of the packaging until you are certain that you have all
the necessary parts for the assembly.
2.Please ensure that the packaging is disposed in a safe and
environmentally responsible way.
3.During assembly, align all the screws by using hand first. Once all screws
are in place, you may tighten all screws completely.
1.NEVER use this chair as a step ladder.
2.Check that screws have not become loosened every 6 months. Retighten if
necessary.
3.Do not allow children to play with or operate the mechanism.
4.Keep hands and feet clear of the mechanism.
5.Only the occupant should be operating the mechanism.

03 How to Assemble
Tools Needed: Allen Wrench - Provided
Please read all the instructions before assembly.
Step 1
Insert Casters (E) into the Chair Base (G). Then insert Gas Lift (F) into the hole in the
center of the Chair Base (G).
Step 2
Attach the Armrest (C) to the Chair Seat (B) using Bolts (I) by Allen Wrench (K) as
shown.
*Note: Tighten the bolts completely
Step 3
Attach the Seat Mechanism (D) to the bottom of the Chair Seat (B) using Bolts (H) by
Allen Wrench (K) as shown.
*Note: Tighten the bolts completely
Step 4
Position the assembled Chair Seat upright with the Seat Mechanism (D) facing down.
Insert the Gas Lift (F) into the center hole of the Seat Mechanism (D) and press down
until fully engaged.
Step 5
Attach the Chair Back (A) to the Armrest (C) using Bolt (J) by Allen Wrench (K) as
shown.
*Note: Tighten the bolts completely.

Armrests
Hold the armrest pad to flip up/down the armrests.
Chair Height
While seated, reach the right side of the chair to find the handle. Lift and raise
your body up slightly to allow the chair to rise to the desired height. To lower
the seat, lift the handle while applying more weight downward on the seat.
The chair will descend until the handle is released or the chair reaches the
bottom position.
Tilt Tension
Reach under the front center of the chair, grasp the round knob and turn it
counter-clockwise to stien the tilt mechanism. Turn the knob clockwise to
loosen the tilt mechanism. Rotate the knob until the desired resistance is
reached.
Tilt Lockout
While seated, reach under the right side of the chair to find the height adjust
-ment handle. Pull the handle all the way out (away from the gas lift) to allow
the chair to tilt backwards. To lock the chair in the upright position, push the
handle in (towards the gas lift).

Horshod oce chairs are warranted for a period of THREE years against:
1.Missing materials from the Product at the time of delivery.
2.Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of
delivery;
3.Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable
contract of sale at the time of delivery.
4.Major defects in the functional department, such as :
a.Skeletal frame failure
b.Casters mechanism failure
c.Tilt mechanism failure
d.Gas lift failure
e.Armrest mechanism failure
Subject to the following:
Any replacement parts shall be sent to the address of the original purchaser, repla
-ced parts may be required to be shipped back to Horshod at its discretion; to bene
-fit under this warranty. Horshod must be notified of any defect within 14 days of the
occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electroni
to the extent permitted under the applicable Federal and State law of the United Sta
-tes of America. All parts replaced or repaired. under this warranty shall be warran
-ted for the remainder of the designated Warranty Period.
Our warranty does not cover all warranties listed on this page excluding the
following where permitted
All warranties listed on this page exclude the followingwhere permitted under the
applicable Federal and State law of the United States of America:
1.Excludes normal wear and tear of surfaces that are not attributable to manufactur
-ing, including but not limited to (a) degradation of upholstery (PU leather/fabric/
genuine leather/mesh), Top portion of arm wrest, pillows, casters exterior or mesh
stitching, (b) damage to plastic coverings, (c) variance of tightness of mechanisms,
and (d) excludes damage from accidents, natural disasters, physical damage from
pets, fire and flood, and non-manufacturing incidents covered under insurance po
-licies (regardless of whether you are in possession of the relevant insurance), (e)
excludes any variations in dimensions and color;
2.Any claims for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
3.Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permis
-sion of Horshod.

4.Damage caused to all Horshod products during self-assembly due to failure to ad
-here to the relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided;
5.Minor misalignments, variations arising out of hand-made workmanship.To en
-sure your product enjoyment and safety, and protection under the“Warranty Per
-iod”;please ensure you have Horshod assembly and care guidelines for this pr
-oduct, and follow them for the correct assembly and care for your item. Contact
our Customer Service Team to obtain these guidelines if you do not have them.
