*Open the Door and Remove the shipping
tapes for taking off the Water Tank

*Remove the Drain Pipe

*Take off the Water Tank by snapping off and
lifting off

*To take off the Water Tank, it should be slid
towards you and lifted down

*Disconnect the Hose to the Pump Motor
outlet
*Cut the cable tie to disconnect the Hose
*Don't cut the Hose

*Disconnect the Hose to the Pump Motor
outlet

*Take off the Bin Control Sw to slide it
towards you
*Bin Control Sw is snapped in on both sides

*Put the Bin Control Sw in the Bin
temporarily

*Close the Door
*Loosen the 2 screws to take off the Top
Panel

*Remove the 5 screws to take off the Rear
Top Panel

*Remove the 1 screw securing the Pipe Cover

*Remove the Pipe Cover
*Top side is secured by snapping in
*The tab of left bottom side is behind the
front sheet metal

*Take off the Grommet to the Pipe Cover for
Water Supply Tube

*Disconnect the connector of Pump Motor

*Cut the cable tie bundling the wires

*Cut the cable tie bundling the wires

*Disconnect the connector of Bin Control Sw

*Remove the 1 screw securing the Pump
Motor
*To access the screw, move the refrigeration
pipe above it towards you

*After removing the screw, slide the Pump
Motor in the right side, then lift it up towards
you to take off

*Remove the 2 screws securing the Water
Valve
*To access the bottom screw, the elbow of
the Water Supply Pipe should be slightly
rotated towards you
*Too much rotation would cause water leak

L shaped Wall

*Remove the 2 screws securing the
Evaporator Brackets

*Snap off the Back Side L shaped Wall on the
top of both sides

*Move the whole Back Side L shaped Wall
towards you

*Remove the lead wire of Bin Control Sw
from the rubber Grommet

Back Side L shaped Wall

*Lift up the whole Evaporator Assembly to
reach the Back Side L shaped Wall

*Holding the whole Evaporator Assembly,
then slide up and take off the Back Side L
shaped Wall completely

*Put the whole Evaporator Assembly into the
Bin temporarily

*Remove the Gaskets from the Back Side L
shaped Wall and attach the new Gaskets on
the Back Side L shaped Wall in their original
correct position firmly
*Before removing the gaskets, better to apply
and measure the new gaskets length for

*Remove the aluminum tape around the top
of the Pipe Cover

*Remove the Gasket on the Bin and attach
the new Gasket on the Bin in its original
correct position firmly

*Holding the whole Evaporator Assembly,
then slide in and install the Back Side L
shaped Wall in its correct original position

*Move and Place the whole Evaporator
Assembly at the front of the Back Side L
shaped Wall

*Place the top tabs of the both side of the
Back Side L shaped Wall to the Bin

*Secure the 2 screws to install the Back Side
L shaped Wall

order of the removal procedure

*Put the rubber Grommet under the Pipe

*Install and slide in the Evaporator Brackets
to the Back Side L shaped Wall in its original
correct position in the reverse order of the
removal procedure

*Secure the 2 screws to secure the
Evaporator Brackets

*Relocate the rubber Grommet for Pipe and
lead wire on both side

*Move and adjust the Pipes in their original
correct position

*Put the aluminum tapes around the top of
Pipe Cover in their original position

*Install the Pipe Cover with the 1 screw in its
original correct position in the reverse order
of the removal procedure

*Install and snap in the Spray Tube with hose
in its original correct position in the reverse of
the removal procedure

*Install the Bin Control SW to the bottom of
the Back Side L shaped Wall
*Before installation, be sure to route the lead
wire of the Bin Control Sw behind the Pump
Motor from looking at the front of the unit

*Install the Bin Control SW in its original
correct position firmly in the reverse of the
removal procedure
*Adjust the lead wires route as necessary

*Connect the Hose to the Pump Motor outlet

*After connecting the Hose, tighten the Hose
with cable tie

*After tightening, cut the end of the cable tie
*Be sure not to cut the Hose

*Install the Water Tank in its original correct
position in the reverse order of the removal
