Farmer Pen Kit Assembly Instructions
Required Accessories:
• 7mm, Mandrel Pin
• 9.6mm Drill
• Bushing Set BU575
• Penmill PM013
PREPARING THE BLANKS
1. Cut the blanks slightly longer than the tubes.
2. Drill the holes.
3. Glue tubes into the blanks
4. Cut blanks to length with the penmill or by sanding.

5. The penmandrel preparation.
This pin uses a set of four bushings BU575, three of the bushings are the same diameter. One
bushing is thinner. This one is for the Tip
So the placement of the bushings is crucial. See Fig, 1 above.
6. Now you can rotate the blanks

7. Assembly
assemble all parts as shown in the photo.
1. Slide the center band onto the transmission adapter and then press it onto the long tube
2. Press the tip coupler into the long tube on the side where the tip will be.
3. Press the Finial adapter into the short tube on the side where the finial will be placed.
4. Now screw the clip together with the initial into the finial adapter.
5. Screw the tip onto the tip coupler.
6. Place the spring on the rifill and insert it into the pen body. Now screw the transmission onto the
transmission adapter.
7. Now slide the top of the pen over the transmission and the pen is ready for use.
