Begin with removing of the softcover Fold softcover up as shown
Remove indicated panel and repeat this step for the mirroring side. Once
you have unfastened all the bolts the bracket should pull out towards the
tailgate.
Remove the softcover panel by unfastening
the bolts on the panel indicated.

Carefully remove the gasket shown. A heat gun might be needed to help remove the gasket.
Removing of the tub-liner and sail plain Remove the plastic cover shown and repeat for
the mirroring side. ( this cover will no longer be
needed)

Undo the clamps shown and repeat for the mirroring
side.
Unfasten any previsions that maybe holding
the tub liner
Unfasten any previsions that maybe holding the tub liner. Flex up and carefully remove the tub liner

Unfasten all the bolts holding down the sailplane Carefully lift up side covers with a plastic pick as shown
Lift up and pull out towards the rear door.
Repeat the last 2 steps for the mirroring side.

Unfasten the bolts as shown and repeat for the mirroring side.

Sailplane and tub-liner removed.

Carefully unbox your Roll R Cover
Carefully fit the side rails as shown.

Use the m8 bolts pre-fitted on the side of the convolute to
assemble the side rails as shown
Apply the tar seal as shown

Apply the tar seal as shown
Remove the m6 bolt fitted on the d/s side rail to fit through the motor
hole as shown. You may have to loosen the other 2 motor bolts to
help line up.

Use tar sealant as shown on the driver side rail
Remove cover shown

Your roller cover is all assembled and ready for sailplane
fitment.
Removing the bottom piece indicated.

Remove the steel bracket indicated.
You will no longer need this bracket

Remove steel bracket indicated.
Unfasten indicated bolts.

Your sailplane bottom piece should now come apart as
shown.
Stick the seal provided in the kit as shown and assemble
bottom piece of the sailplane to the upper part.

Remove the original seal
Cut off part of the bracket as shown.
