Begin with removing of the softcover Fold softcover up as shown
Remove indicated panel and repeat this step for the mirroring side. Once
you have unfastened all the bolts the bracket should pull out towards the
tailgate.
Remove the softcover panel by unfastening
the bolts on the panel indicated.

Carefully remove the gasket shown. A heat gun might be needed to help remove the gasket.
Removing of the tub-liner and sail plain Remove the plastic cover shown and repeat for
the mirroring side. ( this cover will no longer be
needed)

Undo the clamps shown and repeat for the mirroring
side.
Unfasten any previsions that maybe holding
the tub liner
Unfasten any previsions that maybe holding the tub liner. Flex up and carefully remove the tub liner

Unfasten all the bolts holding down the sailplane Carefully lift up side covers with a plastic pick as shown
Lift up and pull out towards the rear door.
Repeat the last 2 steps for the mirroring side.

Unfasten the bolts as shown and repeat for the mirroring side.

Sailplane and tub-liner removed.

Carefully unbox your Roll R Cover
Carefully fit the side rails as shown.

Use the m8 bolts pre-fitted on the side of the convolute to
assemble the side rails as shown
Apply the tar seal as shown

Apply the tar seal as shown
Remove the m6 bolt fitted on the d/s side rail to fit through the motor
hole as shown. You may have to loosen the other 2 motor bolts to
help line up.

Use tar sealant as shown on the driver side rail

Your roller cover is all assembled and ready for sailplane
fitment.
Removing the bottom piece indicated.

Remove the steel bracket indicated.
You will no longer need this bracket

Remove steel bracket indicated.
Unfasten indicated bolts.

Your sailplane bottom piece should now come apart as
shown.
Stick the seal provided in the kit as shown and assemble
bottom piece of the sailplane to the upper part.

Remove the original seal
Cut off part of the bracket as shown.

Assemble bracket shown.
Clean any residue from the softcover.

Assemble cover shown and repeat steps 27 to 38 for the
mirroring side.
We are now ready to mount the sailplane on the roller cover unit.

Carefully place sailplane on the cover and slowly fasten the
bolts shown. Do not over tighten. You will be using the bolts
removed earlier from the softcover. We recommend 3 people
for this step.
Apply automotive weather silicon as shown.

Your roller cover and sailplane is now assembled.
Use soap spray to clean the residue.

Run the wiring from p/s of the tub as shown. On top of the
chassis rail using cable tie every 400mm. keep clear of
exhaust pipe or any other hot obstruction. Where possible
follow the factory wiring.
Refit your tub-liner. We recommend fitting with sports guard liner only as it sits flush
against the tub walls. Other tub liners may need trimming to fit with Roller cover.
The canister needs to sit flat against the back wall of the tub. In this case we had to trim the liner
down to clear.

Connect positive and negative wires then plug wiring as
shown.
Carefully place the assembled roller cover unit on the tub making sure
the sailplane locators on the bottom of the sailplane land in the
location holes. Plug receiver wire and motor wires before placing p/s
of the cover on the tub. We recommend 4 people for this step.

Fasten bolts as shown.
Assemble all 4 clamps as removed earlier.

You can use black seal if the rubber seals break as shown.
Fit sailplane covers

Drill and run all 4 water pipes as shown. With standard liner
only drill though the liner. With sports guard liner carefully
drill though the liner and tub.
Cut and remove double sided tape backing from centre out.

Clean and apply primer stick on the front of the tub as shown.
Carefully stick the seal from centre out.

Carefully flex and fit top cover as shown. The convolute has
machined recesses for the top cover to fit in to.
Mark and cut the liner down 25mm from the top of the tailgate.
In this case we had to cut it below the detail line.

Spray a generous amount of sealant spray provided in the
tracks where the cover glides on.
Fit the tail gate liner as shown. Should the tailgate not clear the roller
cover side rails on closing, loosen the 4 bolts on each side of the
roller cover side rail, lift the side rails and tighten evenly. Be mindful
not to over tighten.
