band with the phone.

1. Go to Devicesin the Huawei Health app, swipe left on the band icon you want to delete

and touch Delete.Then go to Settings >Bluetoothon the currentphone, touch the

exclamation icon next to the Bluetooth name of the paired band, and then touch Forget

ThisDevice.

2. Open the Huawei Health app onyour new phone and pair your band with the phone.

If you are unable to pair your band with your phone within the Bluetooth connectionrange, performthe following steps:

1. Ensure that the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, and place your phone and the band together beforeconnecting.

2. Ensure that you have selectedthe correctband model. The Bluetooth name of the band is HUAWEIBand3 Pro-XXX.

3. The band can be connectedto your phone only in the Huawei Health app. Please download the latest versionof the Huawei Health app.

4. Your band will automatically reconnectto your phone afterthey aredisconnected.

5. For Androidusers:Open the Huawei Health app, touch Me >My devices,selectyour band, and then touch Unpairto delete the pairing records.Go to Me >My

devices againand selectyour band to reconnect.

Cause:

Your band may be disconnectedfromyour phone when the following situations occur.

1. If the distance between your band and phone is more than the Bluetooth connectionrange (10meters), the band will automatically disconnect fromthe phone.

You may also experience intermittent connectionif the Bluetooth range is closeto 10 meters.

2. Bluetooth may frequently disconnect if there is a stronginterference orobstaclebetween your band and your phone, including the scenarioswhere there are
