Note
Ultra low power boot, the page reminds charging 2 s after automatic
shutdown, can not boot.

●Long press side button 3 s, restart / shutdown, click shutdown.
●select "set > system menu > shutdown ".

Automatic shutdown after power runs out.

● select "set > system menu > restart ".
● Long press side button 3 s, restart / shutdown, click restart.
At the same time, press the button on both sides of the bracelet, take
out the pop-up headset, insert the matching charging line into the
charging port of the bracelet and charger, then connect the power supply,
and the bracelet displays the charging animation.
Note
●Before charging need to keep the charging interface dry, be sure to wipe dry water stains,
sweat stains to prevent short circuit failure.
●Recommended to use rated output voltage 5 V 、 rated output current 1 A of
Huawei charger or computer USB interface charging, using non- Huawei charger,
may appear charging slow, heating and other problems, please use carefully.
Charging time: it takes about 65 minutes to charge.
View power: the main page of the hand ring slides or Huawei the exercise
health App "device" interface "connected device" to view.
Low power reminder: when the power is less than 20/10/5, the vibration is reminded of
low power.

Remove ear sleeve: gently rotate the ear sleeve counterclockwise. When
the ear sleeve is aligned with the unlocked scale, pull the ear sleeve up
and remove the ear sleeve.

Install ear sleeve: fasten the ear sleeve to the unlock dial on the
earphone, then gently rotate the ear sleeve clockwise to align with the
lock dial, you can install the ear sleeve.
Note
●Product matching three ear cover: large, medium and small ear cover. Among them, the middle
ear sleeve has been installed on the headset.
●Be sure to lock and unlock the scale line during operation, and ensure that the ear sleeve
is fitted to the headset.
1.4 Adjustment and replacement of strap
Watch band adjustment
Fluorine rubber and leather strap: use horseshoe buckle design,
please adjust the length according to wrist circumference. Metal
strap: use standard adjustment tools to adjust.

1.5 Wear a bracelet
In order to ensure that the movement monitoring, sleep monitoring and
heart rate monitoring of the bracelet are carried out normally, please
refer to the position shown to wear the bracelet correctly.

Note
Exercise, wear should be comfortable and do not slide state, can
better monitor heart rate data.
The bracelet has three strap styles and has different ways of wearing it:
●Fluorine rubber and leather strap: horseshoe buckle design, wear the
strap side into the horseshoe buckle hole, and then press the strap
button into the strap hole.
●Metal strap: butterfly buckle design, wear both sides of the buckle at the same
time to the middle.

Note
●Cortical strap or metal strap is not suitable for use in motion scene, fluorine rubber strap
is recommended for exercise.
●Please wear your bracelet correctly, neither too loose nor too tight, so that the skin has
breathable space.
●The bracelet is made of professional health material, please feel free to wear it. If you
feel skin discomfort, stop wearing and consult a doctor.
●Keep the bracelet and skin clean and dry, not only for comfort, but also to
prevent possible damage to the ring due to moisture.
1.6 Pairing Connection Cell
After the bracelet is turned on, Bluetooth is in a pairing state by default.
Note
●Please use Android 4.4 and above, or iOS 9.0 and above version of the phone, and turn on the
phone Bluetooth.
●HuaweiEMUI 8.1 and above mobile phones support Bluetooth message
synchronization service (HwSynergy). After clicking "start pairing" on the App
side of Huawei exercise health, the following pop-up box appears on the phone
to support Bluetooth message synchronization service
(HwSynergy) Functions.

●After successful pairing, the phone drop-down status bar and the phone system Bluetooth will
display the bracelet Bluetooth name information.
●When the bracelet is first turned on or restored to the factory, you need to
select the language before pairing. After matching successfully, the bracelet
will be consistent with the language set by the phone.

● Android users:
a. Please download and install the latest version of Huawei Sports Health App.
in the Huawei Application Market
b. Open Huawei Sports Health App, click "device > add device
bracelet ", and then select the name of the bracelet that needs to
be paired.
c. Click start pairing, select the correct Bluetooth device name and
click, the bracelet and phone automatically start pairing.
d. When the bracelet vibration prompt receives the pairing request, please click
to confirm the pairing.
Note
●After the match is successful, the bracelet displays the match
success picture, after 2 seconds synchronizes the mobile phone
related information (date, time, etc).
●After pairing failure, the bracelet displays the pairing failure screen and returns
to the boot page after 2 seconds.
● iOS users:
a. Search the App Store for "Huawei Sports Health" App for download and
installation.
b. Connect the matching bracelet under the Bluetooth interface in the phone
system settings.
c. On the Huawei Sports Health App "device" interface, click "+" in
the upper right corner, click "bracelet ", and select the name of
the bracelet that needs to be paired.
d. Select the correct Bluetooth device name and click, the bracelet and phone
automatically start pairing.
e. Please click confirm match.
f. Mobile phone pop-up Bluetooth pairing request, click "pairing ", bracelet and
mobile phone start pairing.
1.7 Scan code pairing
1. On the Huawei Sports Health App "device" page, scan the QR code of the bracelet.
2. In the Bluetooth message synchronization service dialog box that pops up on the
phone, click "agree ".
3. Bracelet vibration prompt request pairing, click agree pairing.
4. Click finish on the phone and match successfully.

●this function Chinese mainland only supported.
●iOS users need to connect the Bluetooth interface in the phone system to the matching
bracelet Bluetooth.

1.9 Setting time and language
When the first boot or restore factory settings after pairing, you need
to select the language before pairing. After matching successfully, the
bracelet will be consistent with the language set by the phone. If you
modify the language + area, time or time format of your phone
(12/24 hours), the bracelet and mobile phone Bluetooth normal connection will be
modified synchronously.
Note
1. Cell phone and bracelet language are consistent when mobile phone system language and area
conform to bracelet UI (user interface) support language.
2. When the mobile phone system language conforms to the bracelet UI support
language, but the area is different, the bracelet displays the same kind of
language. Example: the mobile phone language is Brazilian Portuguese, the
bracelet shows European Portuguese.

3. If the mobile phone system language does not belong to the bracelet UI support language, the
bracelet displays English by default.
4. If the mobile phone time system is 12 hours, the time on the bracelet does not distinguish
between morning and afternoon.
1.10 Set Time Zone Time
On the main page long press the screen, slide the screen left and
right, click on the icon under the dial (for example :" brilliant moment
"), select the time zone, then the dial shows double time. Switch to
other dial does not show double time.

●As the dial market is constantly updated, please download and install more dials supporting
dual time zones in the dial market.
●Only part of the dial supports customization.

1.11 View version information
Mode 1: select "set > about bracelet" in the bracelet and view the version
information of the bracelet.
Method 2: on the Huawei Sports Health App device details page, click
firmware Update to view the firmware version of the bracelet.
1.12 Upgrade Bracelet Version
Method 1: on the Huawei Sports Health App device details page, click
"firmware update ", the mobile phone will detect the bracelet version
update information, please update according to the instructions.
Method two:
●Android user: On the Huawei Exercise Health App device details page, click
firmware update, click on the top right corner
Of course turn on the auto download upgrade package under WLAN switch.
●iOS user: click on the user image in the upper left corner of the
Huawei Sports Health App, click on the second level menu, click
"Settings ", and open the" automatic download upgrade package under
WLAN "switch.
Note
●Turn on the "automatic download upgrade package under WLAN" switch, when there
is a new version will silently transfer to your ring side and pop up upgrade
reminder, you can update the version according to the prompt.
●When updating, the bracelet will automatically disconnect Bluetooth connection, please wait
patiently until the end of the upgrade.
●Do not connect USB or charge during upgrade.
1.13 View Bluetooth Name, MAC Address and SN Number
Bluetooth Name:
●Choose the bracelet "set > about the bracelet ", and the" device name "displayed
is the Bluetooth name of the bracelet.
●On the Huawei Sports Health App device details page, the current connection
device name is the Bluetooth name of the bracelet.
MAC address:
●Select the bracelet "set > about the bracelet" to view the MAC address of the
bracelet.
●Remove the headset and view the laser characters on the back of the
headset. The MAC address is "12 consecutive digit alphabetic serial
numbers behind the MAC ：".
SN:
Select the bracelet "set > about the bracelet ", and the" serial number "displayed is

1.14 Restoration of factory settings
Method 1: select bracelet "set > system menu > restore factory ", bracelet
restore factory settings, all your data will be cleared, please operate
carefully.
Method two: in the Huawei exercise health App equipment details page, select "restore
factory settings ".

1.16 Single support function for bracelet
Prerequisites: the bracelet has been paired with the phone, disconnected, did not
restore the bracelet factory settings.
Bracelet (wear) separately supported features: exercise (except cycling,
but no GPS track), heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation
measurement, sleep monitoring, breathing training, stopwatch, timer, alarm
clock, flashlight, replacement dial, card setting, brightness adjustment,
screen extinguishing time, vibration intensity, date time.
1.17 Waterproof and Dustproof
Bracelet support IP57 waterproof, but waterproof function is not permanent and may
weaken over time.
●Prevent short immersion, at room temperature and atmospheric pressure,
when the shell temporarily immersed in 1 M deep water 30 min, will not
cause harmful effects.
