Indoor Unit Installation Precautio
ns
Connections o all power cables, control cables, and ground cables must c
omply with the local electrical code, and the cable speci ications should
comply with the local cabling speci ications;
For details about the maximum current, see the NetCol5000-C30 kW nameplat
e;
Only trained and quali ied personnel are allowed to connect cables;
Be ore connecting cables, use a multimeter to measure the input voltage a
nd ensure that the power supply is o ;
All the NetCol5000-C30 kWs should be sa ely grounded be ore powering on;
Keep cables away rom the compressors, ans, and loats (otherwise, take
protective measures), and cables should be securely connected;
When laying out cables, route all signal cables (such as the equipotentia
l PE cable, indoor unit communications cable, and T/H sensor cable) insid
e equipment through corrugated pipe.

Personal Sa ety
Do not per orm operations on the equipment or cables during thunderstorms;
Keep unauthorized personnel away rom the equipment;
When operating the equipment, wear insulation shoes and gloves and take measures to protect y
our eyes, Remove conductive objects such as jewelry and watches to avoid electric shocks or b
urns;
Ensure that tools are insulated.
Equipment Sa ety
Keep the cabinet door key in a sa e place when per orming an installation, operation, or main
tenance task;
Be ore operating the equipment, ensure that the equipment is secured to a loor or another im
movable object such as a wall or mounting rack;
Do not block any ventilation opening when the equipment is in operation;
Tighten screws using a tool when installing a panel;
A ter the installation is complete, remove packing materials rom the equipment area;
Never use water to clean the electrical components in the interior and exterior o the cabine
t.

Checking A ter Installation
Check the drainpipes are securely installed, clear, ree o leakage and n
ot over bent;
Wrap the chilled water connector with heat insulation cotton tightly;
Check that the loats are leveled and the impurities, such as cables and
insulation oam, are cleaned. Cables are securely bound and not on the wa
ter pan;
Veri y that the distance between two chilled water pipes outside the cabi
net is su icient (recommended distance: longer than 25 mm), the hose is
tightly wrapped with insulation oam, and that junctions are secured usin
g glue;
Check that the pipe lines have completed pressure preservation and air ti
ghtness test;
Check that the cabinet is grounded;
Check that power cables and signal cables are correctly connected, protec
ted in a corrugated pipe, and bound securely. Check that power cables are
routed separately rom signal cables to avoid inter erence rom strong cu
rrents on signal cables.
