Configuration
HardwareInstallation
1. ConnectthehandsetandtelephonecordtothebaseoftheVoIPPhone.
2. UsetheenclosedEthernetcabletoconnecttheLANporttoahub orswitch,ortoa
DSLRouterorCableModem.
3. Connectthepowersupplyusing theenclosedACpowersupply.
4. Forthefirsttimeinstallation,thephonewill scanthenetworkforavailableservices
whichare DHCP,PPPoE,and FixedIP. Selectthepreferredserviceand enterthe
requiredinformationifneeded. No userinputis requiredforDHCP service.UserID
andPasswordarerequiredforPPPoE.IPaddress,Netmask,and GatewayIPAddress
are requiredforFixedIPmode.

ThestepsforaccessingtheVoIPPhoneWebConfigurationMenuare:
ØObtaintheVoIPPhoneIPaddress.
ØEntertheIPaddressintoabrowser.
ØLogintotheVoIPPhone.
Obtaining theVoIPPhoneIPAddress
To retrievetheIPaddressfromtheVoIPPhone:
ØWhenthephoneisintheon-hookstate,press Menu.
ØPress 3(System Tools).
ØPress 1(PhoneStatus).

MenucanbeaccessedfromanyWebbrowser usingthefollowingURL:

Thedefault UserName is “admin”;thedefaultPasswordis “admin”.
EntertheUser Name andPasswordinto theLog Inscreen.

ØSingleServer Mode –This modeallowsSIPregistrations toonly oneSIPServer /
Proxy;however,itcansupportupto4registrationswithdifferentSIPnumbersand
names(Contact).Abackupserveroptionisavailableanditwillbeusedonce
registration totheprimaryserverfails.Line1toLine4keys arepredefinedforthe
“Contact1”, “Contact2”, “Contact3”, and “Contact4”insequence. Thisallowsthe
usertospecifywhichidentity(Contact:SIPnumberandname)will beusedforthe
call.ThedefaultistousethecontactinformationforLine1(Contact1).
ØMultipleServerMode –This modeallowsup to4SIPregistrations todifferentSIP
servers/proxiesasshownbelow. TheProfile1is alwaysusedasthedefault SIP
serverwhenacallismadewithoutspecifyingthedesignatedSIPserver. Line1to
Line4keys arepredefinedforlineselection. IfaProfileis notprogrammed, the
correspondinglineselectionkeyisdisabled.
