3 Connecting the plastic pipe
An optimally assembled and installed product ensures a safe
and continuous operation.
Specialist personnel – General / Operating personnel
These persons have a specialist training and several
years of work experience. They are able to assess
and perform the work assigned to them and they are
also able to detect potential dangers.
To connect the long nozzle and the suction lance, proceed as
follows:
2x wrench =22mm
1. Fasten the provided plastic pipe to the desired
connection of the permitted supply module. Fasten the
long nozzle to the other side of the plastic pipe, with
which the sampling process should be carried out.
2. For extraction, connect the long nozzles to a connection
A / B or C.

4 Operation
Procedures, notes and tips for optimum, fault-free operation
can be found in this chapter.
To change the long nozzles, pull the ring of the quick release
coupling backwards. Insert the desired long nozzles and
loosen the ring of the quick release coupling again. The ring
slides forward due to spring force and the long nozzle is
secure and fastened tightly.
4.1 Conducting the extraction
üThe permitted supply module is prepared with the set of
long nozzles and connected.
1. Select the suitable long nozzle for the extraction and
mount them onto the quick coupling.
2. If required, extent the long nozzles with the extension.
Fig.5:

3. Select the permitted extraction parameter for the
selected long nozzle from the user interface.
4. Carry out the tip extraction.
