Description
HPS-FT025 is a high-performance digital six-axis
force torque sensor that accurately measures
forces and torques on three spatial axes of XYZ.
The sensor structure is highly rugged and durable.
The sensor’s overload protection can be as high as
several times during operation.
Compared to traditional strain gauge structures,
HPS-FT025 achieves higher signal-to-noise ratio
and sensitivity. The built-in temperature
compensation algorithm greatly reduces the
temperature drift introduced by the temperature
changes. HPS-FT025 can measure six force/torque
components of Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My and Mz with high
precision in real time. The internal integrated
professional compensation algorithm ensures high
linearity of measurement results and extremely low
cross-axis crosstalk.

*2 The static overload will not damage the sensor, but it may cause changes in sensor parameters and
shorten the service life of sensor.
*3 To achieve the maximum output data frequency of 2000 Hz, it is necessary to use EtherCAT , Ethernet
or Analog adapter for interface conversion. The maximum output data frequency of RS485 interface is
1300 HZ.
*4 HPS-FT025 supports seven baud rates: 9600bps, 115200bps, 128000bps, 256000bps, 460800bps,
600000bps, 750000bps, 921600bps and 1500000bps. The default baud rate is 115200bps. The
Command#6 can be used to modify the communication baud rate. The modified value will be saved to the
internal non-volatile memory and reloaded with each power up.

Product Quality Assurance
The HPS-FT-xxx series of 6-axis force torque sensors have a 12-month limited warranty.
If the new equipment and its components have defects caused by poor manufacturing or materials within 12
months after being put into use (including the transportation time, the maximum is no more than 15 months), Hypersen
Technologies Co., Ltd. shall replace or repair the related parts.
The ownership of the equipment or components that are replaced or returned to Hypersen Technologies Co., Ltd.
belongs to Hypersen Technologies Co., Ltd.
If the product is no longer within the warranty period, Hypersen Technologies Co., Ltd. reserves the right to charge
customers for replacement or repair costs.
After the warranty period, if the product exhibits a defect, Hypersen Technologies Co., Ltd. does not admit any
damage or loss caused by this, such as production loss or damage to other production equipment.
Disclaimer
If the product defect is caused by improper handling or failure to follow the relevant information described in the
user manual, the "product quality assurance" will become invalid.
Failures caused by the following conditions are not covered by this warranty:
1. Does not comply with industrial standards or fails to install, wire, and connect other control equipment in
