1. SAFETY
1) Rechargeable Lithium-iron-phosphate (LifePO4) battery is equipped with this product so take particular
attention on operation, storage and delivery.
2) Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A non-specified charger may create a risk of
fire.
3) Charge it in a ventilated location; do not put this product in water and do not throw or beat this product.
4) Keep this product and related accessories in a safe place, which is not accessible to children. Do not
expose it to sources of ignition or other heat sources to avoid danger.
5) Avoid touching the charging/discharging socket with the metal objects. Otherwise will cause a short circuit
and injured.
6) Inadequate ventilation may cause damage to the unit. Do not put anything on top of the unit.
7) Do not disassemble the appliance and do not use it when the temperature is above 40 degrees.
8) Keep the unit from dirt, dust, or moisture.
9) Do not insert any objects into output port or ventilation holes.
10) Any repair must be carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized repair agent in order to avoid danger.
Do not attempt to replace the internal battery. It shall be done by a qualified service center.
11) Do not insert any conductors into output port deliberately.
To ensure safe operation and service of the meter, follow these instructions. Failure to observe these
warnings can result in severe injury or death.

2. MAIN PARTS AND FUNCTIONS
PCB board-A : main control board used to display the current power
AC &DC status and control the output
when abnormal
PCB board-B : control of USB-A & TYPE-C output
PCB board-C : control of DC 12V output
PCB board-D BMS : for detecting battery status and control battery
output when abnormal
PCB board-H : control DC charging and MPPT charging
Inverter : converting DC power from a battery to AC current

3. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

It is only for the authourized technicians when testing and repairing. Non-authorized person should
never disassemble or repair the power station and contact the supplier or customer center.
) PROBLEM WITH LCD SCREEN
Situation 1
The blue LED light is on, the button and the AC and DC output work normally,
Incomplete display information such as white screen, white dots, white lines, and color
cast appear on the display

Solution
Damage caused by strong impact, falling from height, or exposure to high temperatures for a
long time, etc
Power on and off the power station again to confirm whether the abnormality is eliminated;
check whether all external devices of the power station and the charging input terminal are all
unplugged, disassemble the PCB board-A where the display screen is located, and replace
the display screen with a new one. When replacing, pay attention to whether the
corresponding display driver chip is consistent.

The blue indicator light is on but the button has no response. the AC/ DC has no output and
the display screen is white or black.
Most of the reasons for this phenomenon are caused by damage to the microcontroller or
abnormal power supply.
Check whether all external devices of the power station and the charging input terminal are
all unplugged, and replace the PCB board-A main control board. When replacing, pay
attention to whether the serial number of the main control board corresponds to the serial
number of the main control board to be replaced. The serial number can be found in the
secondary menu.

2) PROBLEM WITH POWER ON

Most of the reasons for this phenomenon are that the power switch reaches the service
lifetimes, and the BMS triggers the shutdown command after the battery is stored with zero
power for a long time.
Main Power Switch
Solution
he blue indicator light is off, and the display screen is black.
Switch the main power switch in the "O" position and plug in the charger. Then check
whether the display screen shows normal. If the battery charge level rises normally, the
power on/off switch may be faulty.
In this case, unplug the charger first, and check whether all external devices of the power
station and the charging input are unplugged then proceed replacement of the power
switch.
If the battery power is always below 1%, there may be a problem with BMS or battery pack.
Check whether all external devices of the power station and the charging input are all
unplugged first, and check whether the battery voltage of each string is normal. If the
battery voltage is below 1 V, replace the battery pack. If not, replace the PCB board D.

No charging icon on the display
Most of the reasons for this phenomenon are caused by damage to the charger or poor
contact with the charging port.
Check whether the output voltage of the charger is within the limited charging voltage range.
If it exceeds the maximum input voltage, the charger needs to be replaced.
Input Connector
Check the charging port whether have foreign objects, oxidation, looseness. If no
abnormality is found, replace the charger of the same specification
The display shows the charging icon , but the battery charge level does not
change . When the charging voltage is higher than the maximum input voltage ,
the charging overvoltage protection function is triggered.

4) PROBLEM WITH AC/DC OUTPUT

Solution
No AC or DC output and the display is off.
The inverter or the board-C which is reponsible for DC output is short-circuited.
Switch the main power switch in the "o" position first and check whether all the external devices
of the power station and the charging input terminal are all unplugged. Then check that the AC
or DC button is pressed to cause the display to be black, and replace the corresponding PCB-A
board after confirmation.
