This Raspberry Pi
®
kit is a small form factor aluminium case designed for perfor-
mance and comfort. It cools down the Raspberry Pi
®
thanks to its aluminum con-
struction and open frame design. The case is acting as a passive heat sink and
supports an optional 30 mm cooling fan, which can improve the performances
of the single board computer.

Assembly
• Please follow the drawing to assemble the appropriated Pi®board to
the IB-RP109.
• The heat sinks (7/8) can be placed to the main chip sets on the PI®
board accordingly to their sizes.
• Alternatively, or in addition, you can use a 30 mm fan (not included) at
the top cover (14) of the case and/or an antenna (not included) at the
fith layer(13).

Note!
• Start assembling from the bottom to the top, layer by layer.
• Add the thermal pad (6) to the first layer below the chipset at the
bottom of the Pi®board.
• After the second layer (10) you need to add the Pi®board (not inclu-
ded), then add the heat sinks (7/8) to CPU and IC chipset of the Pi®
board (please remove the foil before stick them to the PCB).

Zusammenbau
• Um das entsprechende Pi®Board einzubauen, folgen Sie bitte der
Darstellung.
• Die Kühlkörper (7/8) können bei Bedarf auf die entsprechend dimensio-
nierten PCB Bauteile gesetzt werden.
• Bitte entfernen Sie die Folie, bevor Sie die Kühlkörper anbringen.
• Alternativ oder zusätzlich können Sie auch einen 30 mm Lüfter (nicht
enthalten) im Oberteil (14) des Gehäuses oder eine Antenne (nicht mitge-
liefert) am fünften Layer (13) verbauen.

Hinweis!
• Beginnen Sie mit der Montage von unten nach oben, Layer für Layer.
• Positionieren Sie das Wärmeleitpad (6) auf den ersten Layer unterhalb des
Chipsatzes an der Unterseite des Pi®-Boards.
• Nach der Installation des zweiten Layers (10) müssen Sie das Pi®-Board
(nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) hinzufügen, dann die Kühlkörper (7/8)
auf CPU und IC-Chipsatz des Pi®-Boards anbringen (bitte entfernen Sie die
Folie, bevor Sie sie auf die Bauteile kleben).
