Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung3
Die Laser-Justierhilfe dient zur schnellen und einfachen Justage der Sicherheits-
Lichtvorhänge / -Lichtgitter der Bauform OYxxxS.
Das Gerät arbeitet mit sichtbarem Laserlicht, das ein einfaches Ausrichten des
Senders und Empfängers, sowie eventuell verwendeter Umlenkspiegel, ermögli-
cht.
Das Gerät nicht als Laserpointer für z. B. Präsentationen verwenden.

Montage4
Zunächst die Sicherheits-Lichtvorhänge / -Lichtgitter, sowie eventuell verwen-►
dete Umlenkspiegel, ohne Laser-Justierhilfe ausrichten.
Mitgelieferte Batterien in das Gerät einsetzen. →5.2 Batterien ersetzen►
Die Laser-Justierhilfe auf den Sender (→Abbildung 1) aufstecken. Dabei auf►
korrekten Sitz achten.
Darauf achten, dass sich keine Personen im Laserstrahlenbereich befinden.►
Laser-Justierhilfe einschalten (→Abbildung 2).►
Sender, Empfänger und eventuell Umlenkspiegel justieren, bis der Laserstrahl►
beim Empfänger auf der gleichen Position wie beim Sender ist.
Für eine genaue Justage muss der Vorgang sowohl oben, in der Mitte als auch►
unten am Sicherheits-Lichtvorhang / -Lichtgitter wiederholt werden.

Wartung, Instandsetzung und Entsorgung5
Bei sachgemäßem Betrieb sind keine Maßnahmen für Wartung und Instandhal-
tung notwendig.
Das Gerät darf nur vom Hersteller repariert werden.
Das Gerät nach Gebrauch umweltgerecht gemäß den gültigen nationalen Bestim-
mungen entsorgen.
Batterien ersetzen5.1
Batteriefachdeckel öffnen (→Abbildung).►
Alle entleerten Batterien entnehmen und durch neue Batterien Typ AAA erset-►
zen. Keine Akkus verwenden.
Beim Einsetzen der Batterien auf die angegebene Polarität achten.►
Batteriefachdeckel schließen.►
Entleerte Batterien umweltgerecht entsorgen.►
Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch die Batterien aus dem Gerät entfernen.►

Functions and features3
The laser adjustment aid serves for fast and easy alignment of the OYxxxS safety
light curtains / light grids.
The unit works with visible laser light that enables easy orientation of the transmit-
ter and receiver and of corner mirrors, if they are used.
Do not use the unit as a laser pointer for presentations, for example.

Installation4
First of all align the safety light curtains / light grids and any mirrors without the►
laser adjustment aid.
Insert the supplied batteries into the unit. →5.1 Insert batteries►
Attach the laser adjustment aid onto the transmitter (→Figure 1). Ensure the►
correct position.
Make sure that there are no people in the range of the laser beams.►
Switch on the laser adjustment aid (→Figure 2).►
Adjust the transmitter, receiver and any mirrors until the laser beam on the►
receiver is in the same position as on the transmitter.
For exact adjustment the process has to be repeated for the top, the middle►
and the bottom of the safety light curtain / safety light grid.

Maintenance, repair and disposal5
If used correctly no maintenance and repair measures are necessary.
Only the manufacturer is allowed to repair the unit.
After use dispose of the unit in an environmentally friendly way in accordance with
the applicable national regulations.
Replace batteries5.1
Open the lid of the battery compartment (→Figure).►
Remove all flat batteries and replace them with new ones of type AAA. Do not►
use rechargeable batteries.
Note the indicated polarity when inserting the batteries.►
Close the lid of the battery compartment.►
Dispose of the flat batteries in an environmentally friendly way.►
If you do not use the unit for a longer period of time, remove the batteries.►

Fonctionnement et caractéristiques3
L'aide au réglage laser sert au réglage rapide et simple des barrages immatériels
de sécurité / barrières de sécurité multifaisceaux type OYxxxS.
L'appareil travaille avec de la lumière laser visible qui permet une orientation de
l'émetteur et du récepteur ainsi d'un miroir de renvoi, s'il est utilisé.
Ne pas utiliser l'appareil comme pointeur laser pour, par exemple, des présenta-
tions.

D'abord orienter les barrages immatériels de sécurité / barrières de sécurité►
multifaisceaux et le miroir de renvoi, si utilisé, sans l'aide au réglage laser.
Insérer les piles fournies dans l'appareil. →5.2 Remplacement des piles►
Positionner l'aide au réglage laser sur l'émetteur (→Figure 1). S’assurer de la►
position correcte.
Assurez vous qu'il n'y ait personne dans la zone des faisceaux laser.►
Activer l'aide au réglage laser (→Figure 2).►
Orienter l'émetteur, le récepteur et éventuellement le miroir de renvoi jusqu'à►
ce que le faisceau laser se trouve à la même position sur l'émetteur et le
récepteur.
Pour un réglage correcte répéter la procédure en haut, au milieu et en bas du►
barrage immatériel de sécurité / de la barrière de sécurité multifaisceaux.

Maintenance, réparation et élimination5
En cas de fonctionnement correct, il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre des mesures
relatives à la maintenance et la réparation.
L'appareil ne doit être réparé que par le fabricant.
S'assurer d'une élimination écologique de l'appareil après son usage selon les
règlements nationaux en vigueur.
Remplacer les piles5.1
Ouvrir le couvercle du compartiment à piles (→Figure).►
Enlever toutes les piles vides et les remplacer par de nouvelles piles de type►
AAA. Ne pas utiliser des accumulateurs.
Lors de l'insertion des piles, respecter la polarité indiquée.►
Fermer le couvercle du compartiment à piles.►
S'assurer d'une élimination écologique des piles vides►
En cas de non usage pour une longue durée, enlever les piles de l'appareil.►
