Step 1. Assemblethe lounge chairon aflat, softsurfacesuchasacarpet orclothtoprevent scratching the finish.
Attachtheseat metalframe(B)tothebackmetalframe(A)using 13 16"bolts(b).Looselytighten byAllen wrench
(g).

Step2.Placeleft sidemetalframe(C)andrightside metalframe (D)toseatmetalframe (B)and the back metal
frame(A), aligninginsertthebaronsidemetalframes(C&D)totheholesonthe seat metalframe (B), do not
tighten at thistime.
Step 3.
1)Attachleft sidemetalframe(C)and rightsidemetalframe(D)toseat metalframe (B)using 1
2"bolts(a).
2)Attachleft sidemetalframe(C)and rightsidemetalframe(D)totheback metalframe (A)using 1

3)SecurelytightenallboltsbyAllenwrench(g).
Step 4. Openbottom coveringandattachthe seatcushion(F)tothe backcushion (E)using 2

washers(e)and flat washers(f)asshownbelow.Securelytighten allboltsbyAllen wrench(g).

ADDITIONALNOTEABOUTSAFETY:BOLTSMAYLOOSENDURINGNORMALEVERYDAYUSE.THEYSHOULDBE
PERIODICALLYINSPECTEDAND RE-TIGHTENEDTOPREVENT DAMAGEORINJURY. ALWAYS CHECK TOBESURETHATALL
HARDWAREISKEPTTIGHTENED.
Step 6.
1)SecurelytightenallboltsbyAllenwrench(g), butdo notover tighten.Laythe lounge chairback on the floor,
then attachthe seatmetalframe (B)toseatcushion (F)using 1

16"bolts(b) asshownbelow.Securelytighten all
boltsbyAllenwrench(g).
2)Attachtheupholsteryarm rests(G)totheleft/rightsidemetalframe(C/D)using11
2" bolts(c). Securelytighten
byAllenwrench(g).
Step 5. Holdthe assembledseat cushion and back cushion bytwoormore adultsisrecommended.
Lock the backofbackcushion(E)on the backmetalframe (A)using 13 16"bolts(b), lockwashers(e)and flat
washers(h). Looselytightenallthe boltsbyAllen wrench(g).
