1. Introduction
The Wall Panic alarm is a convenient highly visible security device which is
ideal for use in the home or oce. Its powerful 100dB siren and
bright ashing red light are immediately activated when the ripcord is pulled, yet it
can easilybedeactivated using theswitch on thesideof theunit.
2. Battery installation
The Wall Panic Alarmrequires 2 xAAA alkalinebatteries (not included)
To install batteries:
•Unscrew the battery compartment cover and
remove (See Fig.1)
•Insert 2 x AAA alkaline batteries noting the
polarity diagram inside the compartment (see
Fig. 2)
•Replace the cover and screw closed
IMPORTANT:
•Remove batteries before storing the alarm for
long periods of time. Batteries corrode over time
and may causepermanent damageto theunit.
•Dierent types of batteries or new and old
batteries should not be mixed
•Depleted batteries should be removed from the
3. Battery testing
•It is recommended that the alarm power is regularly tested by pressing the battery
test button on thefront of the alarmor discreetlyactivating thealarm
•When the alarm siren weakens or the battery test indicates low batteries, replace
with new batteries
4. Mounting the Panic Alarm to the wall
•Select the location where you wish the Panic Alarm to bexed
•Use the panic alarm holder to mark the position of the 3 screws to be used to
secureit
•Drill holes in the 3 marked positions and insert wall plugs provided
•Place the holder on the wall and secure into the 3 wall plugs with the screws
provided
•Place the alarm unit in the holder, ensuring the ripcord is pulled through the hole
at thebaseof theholder

•Push the ON/OFF switch up to the ON position to arm the
alarm (Fig.3). The red LED will ash every 30 seconds to
indicatethat theunit is armed.
•To activate the alarm simply pull downwards on the ripcord,
separating it from the alarm unit (Fig.4). The powerful 100dB
siren will sound and the red LED light will ash continually
•To stop the alarm, push the switch to the OFF position and
replacetheripcord pin into thealarm
•To deactivate the alarm, ensure the ripcord pin is replaced in
the unit, and push the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position
6. Care & maintenance
To clean the unit housing, use a soft cloth slightly dampened
with water, and wipe dry. Do not use chemical agents as this
may damageand discolour theunit

Limited Warranty: 90 Days Labor, One Year Parts
Innovative Technology Electronics Corp. (IT) warrants the product to be free
from “Defects” in materials under normal use for a period of “One Year” from
the date of the original purchase. The Warranty is “Not” transferable. IT agrees,
within the initial “90 Day” period, to repair or replace the product if it is determined
to be defective at “No Charge”. It is further agreed that IT will cover the cost to
repair or replace damaged “Parts” only for a total period of “One Year” from the
date of the original purchase. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage,
antennas, AC cords, cabinets, headbands, ear-pads, or damage due to line power
surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling,
accident, acts of God or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent.
To obtain service, the purchaser MUST present an original sales receipt /
proof of purchase. Please contact us at www.ithomeproducts.com to
request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to return
products for service or replacement. Returns without an RMA number on
the package will be refused and returned to sender. Upon receipt of the returning
item and our full inspection (IT) may issue a replacement to customer for the
same item or of one that has equivalent value and features. To return an item,
supply full name, return address, phone number, item purchased, receipt of
purchase and reason for return to obtain RMA number.
All returns must be in the original packaging or reasonable substitute to prevent
damage.
Customer “Must” include full name, shipping address and telephone number
inside of package. No return will be shipped back to a PO Box or APO address.
