• An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet
when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
• Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children,
invalids, or disabled persons.
• Use the appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged. Return the appliance to a service center for
examination and repair.

• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being

• To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.

• Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only. See GROUNDING
INSTRUCTIONS on page 4.
• Keep children away from extended foot support (or other similar parts)
• Do not use massager in close proximity to loose clothing or jewelry.
• Keep long hair away from massager while in use.
• Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may occur regardless of the control
setting. Do not fall asleep on massage chair. The unattended use of heat pad by children
or incapacitated persons may be dangerous. Do not use on sensitive skin or on a person
with poor blood circulation. Check the skin in contact with the heated area of the
appliance frequently to reduce the risk of blistering.
CAUTION- Use extreme caution with children. Your chair should not be
accessible to child's play.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides
a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product
is equipped with a cord that has an equipment grounding conductor and a grounding plug.
The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and
grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER:Improper connection of the equipment grounding
• An improperly installed conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a
qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is
properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product to make it fit the
outlet. Have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
• This product is for use on nominal 120-volt circuit, and has a grounding plug. See
Providing the correct power supply on page 11. If do not have a grounded receptacle,
you can use a temporary adapter 2--pole receptacle. See Providing the correct power
supply on page 11. Only use the temporary adapter until you have a qualified electrician
install a properly grounded receptacle. While using a temporary adapter, the green
colored rigid ear, lug, or the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a
permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover, Whenever the
adapter is used, it must be held in place by a metal screw.

Adjusts the angle of the massage chair for
zero gravity. Each time you press the
button, the angle changes. You can select

Armrest shortcut controls
Shortcut controls are built into the armrest.

1(power)
Press firmly once to turn on your massage
chair. During an active massage, press
once to pause or press and hold firmly for
three to five seconds to turn off your
massage chair. When turning off, hold the
button until your chair returns to the
upright position, then release.
23D intensity knob Adjusts the intensity of the 3D massage
back roller.
3(calf rest control)
Adjusts the calf rest. Press up to raise the
calf rest. Press down to lower the calf rest.
The calf frame automatically detects the
foot length.
4Zero-G (zero gravity)
Adjusts the positions of the leg rest and
backrest for zero gravity. Each time you
press the button, the angle changes. You
can select from four levels. See Using zero
gravity on page 35.
5(footrest lengthen) Lengthens and adjusts the footrest.

Setting up your massage chair
Providing the correct power supply
• You must ground your chair. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown,
grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing a path of least
resistance for the electric current.
• Your chair has a power cord with a three-pronged grounding plug for use in a
correctly installed and grounded outlet.
• The outlet must be correctly installed and grounded in accordance with all
local codes and ordinances.
6(Bluetooth)
Controls Bluetooth. See Connecting a
Bluetooth device on page 32.
Press to play or pause Bluetooth music.
Press and hold for two seconds to connect
or disconnect a Bluetooth device.
Press and hold for four seconds to turn
Bluetooth power on or off.
7(backrest control)
Adjust the backrest and calf rest.
Press up to raise the backrest and lower
the calf rest. Press down to lower the
backrest and lower the calf rest.
8(footrest shortening) Shortens and adjusts the footrest.
9(heat treatment) Turns the heat treatment feature in the
lower back area on or off.
Note:
Pressing turns off your chair, but your chair is still receiving power. To cut
power to your chair, turn off the rear power switch, then unplug the power cord.

Choosing a location
• Make sure that the location is close to a grounded power outlet.
• Do not let the power cord extend across the floor to avoid accidental tripping.
• Do not let your chair or any other item lay on the power cord.
• If the location you select is a wood floor, place a rug or similar material under
your chair to protect the floor from damage. The prolonged heavy pressure on
your chair may cause scratches or dents on the floor.
CAUTION:
• To prevent scratches on a wood or hard-surface floor, we recommend that
two people carry your chair to its preferred location.
• When carrying your chair, use the leg rest sealing plate and backrest cover
grooves to lift your chair. Do not use the armrests to lift your chair.

Moving your chair
1Turn off your chair, then unplug the power and remote control cords. Make
sure that the cords are out of the movement path.
2Make sure that all the wires are pulled away from your chair’s surface.
3Press the backrest down. The center of gravity should be on the wheels.
4Push or pull your chair to the new location, then gently lower your chair.
5Return the backrest to its normal position.
6Plug the power cord and remote control cable back in.
Attaching or removing the cushions
You can use the head cushion to reduce the intensity of kneading on your neck
and shoulders. (We recommend using the head cushion.)
The backrest and back cushion are connected by a zipper.
CAUTION:
The rear moving wheels on your chair are only suitable moving your chair for a
short distance using slow movement. For long-distance transportation, use
other auxiliary moving tools to move your chair.
CAUTION: Don't roll your chair on soft wood or on a laminated or vinyl floor to
prevent damage to the floor.

3Press the ON/OFF switch on the back of your chair to the on position. Your
chair turns on and enters standby mode.
Turning off a running massage
If you press the (power) button, the massage stops and the backrest, leg rest,
and all massage functions return to the default positions for the selected massage
program. When the massage program time is up, the backrest and leg rest do not
return to the defaults.
Note: In standby mode, the remote control display is off. The only button that
you can use is the (power) button on the remote control or the armrest to
turn your chair on.
Note: To return your chair to its upright position, hold the (power)
continuously until the chair is fully upright. Make sure that the that area around
your chair and under the footrest isn't blocked by any items and that nothing is
under the footrest area.

Disconnecting power
If you don’t plan to use your chair for an extended period of time or you move
your chair, you need to disconnect power.
1Press the ON/OFF switch on the back of your chair to the off position.
2Unplug the power cord from the back of your chair and from the power outlet.
Starting a massage
1Press the (power) button.
2Press OK. The Massage Type screen opens with 3D selected.

3Press or to select a massage type, then press OK.
Your chair automatically adjusts the backrest and leg rest preset angle
positions, then your chair automatically performs the shoulder position and
body shape detection. After adjustments are complete, a beep sounds and the
Massage Mode screen opens.
If you want to adjust shoulder height, see Manually adjusting other
customization options on page 25.
Note: If you do not select a massage program within five minutes, your chair
turns off.
