Introduction
A simple, plug-in timer for INSTEON compatible products. No software to download or PC
required. Includes randomized timers to give your home that “lived-in” look. A self-
contained battery keeps the accurate time so you don’t have to reset the time after power
failure or if you move the unit to another outlet. Also functions as an INSTEON
ApplianceLinc, so you can remotely control it from anywhere in your home, or the world.
Note: a) It is recommended at least 2, properly installed Access Points (#2443) are
installed in every INSTEON installation
b) TimerLinc cannot create different timer events for separate devices (all devices
linked to TimerLinc will respond as a group)
c) If LCD goes to sleep while you are programming, simply tap the OK button to
wake the unit back up

Turning Your Devices ON and OFF Manually
1) Tapping TimerLinc’s round Set button (on side of unit) will turn the device plugged into TimerLinc ON and OFF.
2) Tapping TimerLinc’s ON/OFF button will turn the device plugged into TimerLinc ON/OFF, as well as any INSTEON responders linked to TimerLinc ON/OFF
Please note: after manually controlling TimerLinc (using its ON/OFF button), the next timer will not activate if TimerLinc is already in that state. For example, if you’ve
manually turned on TimerLinc (and its linked INSTEON devices, using its ON/OFF button), the next timer will not activate if it is an On timer. The same holds true if
you’ve manually turned it off and the next timer is an Off timer. After that, timers will activate as scheduled.
