STRAIGHT UP MINI

DIRECTIONS
To turn the device on, plug it into an electrical outlet and press the Power Button
located on the handle until the LED Temperature Indicator Light is illuminated.
The STRAIGHT UP MINI has 1 Heat Setting: 400°F. The tool is on the Max
temperature setting when the LED Temperature Indicator Light is lit.
Start with clean, dry, detangled hair. Separate a section of hair to be straightened.
• Place your STRAIGHT UP MINI close to the roots of the section of hair with
the bristles facing away from the face.
• Hold the hair rmly with free hand and slowly glide brush from root to ends
making sure the section of hair is secured in the bristles. More tension will
give you a smoother, shinier nish, less tension will result in a looser, more
natural style.
• Repeat steps 1-3 times for each section of hair until all hair is straightened.
• When desired look is achieved, press and HOLD DOWN the Power Button
to turn off your STRAIGHT UP MINI. Wait until it is completely cooled down
before handling or storing.

4. Do not immmerse in water or other

5. If an appliance falls into water,
unplug it immediately. Do not
reach into water.
6. Do not use if plug is loose in the
outlet, as there may be a risk of re,
electrical shock, electrical shortage,
or burning.

To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution,
re, or injury to persons:
1. When not in use, the appliance
should be disconnected and stored
in a safe, dry location, out of reach
of children. Allow appliance to cool
before storing.
2. The appliance should never be left
unattended when plugged in.
3. Close supervision is necessary
when this appliance is used by, on,
or near children or individuals with
certain disabilities.
4. Use this appliance only for its
intended use as described in this
manual. Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
5. Handle cord carefully for longer life
and do not put any stress on the
cord where it enters the handle.
Avoid jerking, twisting or straining,
especially at the plug connections.
6. Never operate this appliance if it
has a damaged cord or plug. If it
is not working properly, or if it has
been dropped, damaged, or come
into contact with water. Return the
appliance to a service center for
examination and repair in order to
avoid hazard. Do not attempt to
repair the appliance yourself.
7. Keep the appliance and the cord
away from water and heated
surfaces. Do not wrap the cord
around the appliance since this will
cause the cord to wear prematurely
and break.
8. Keep heated surfaces clean and
free from dust, dirt, and hair spray.
If cleaning becomes necessary,
disconnect the appliance from the
power source, allow it to cool, then
wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
9. Never use while sleeping.
10. Never drop or insert any object
into any opening or hole of the
appliance.
11. Do not use outdoors or operate
where aerosol (spray) products
are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
12. Do not place the appliance directly
on any unprotected surface while
the styler is plugged in, hot, or
cooling down after use.
13. Do not use an extension cord with
this appliance.
14. If the power cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualied persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
15. Do not use this appliance near
bathtubs, showers, basins or other
vessels containing water.
16. In a double-insulated appliance,
two systems of insulation are
provided instead of grounding. No
additional means for grounding
should be added to the appliance.
Servicing a double-insulated
appliance requires extreme care
and knowledge of the system and
should be done only by qualied
service person.
17. Brush slowly and carefully to avoid
contact with skin or scalp, make
sure to always brush hair with the
bristles facing away from the scalp
to avoid the possibility of burning
the skin.

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a
safety feature, this plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a qualied
electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety measure.
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
This warranty is for the original purchaser of the InStyler® STRAIGHT UP MINI
Ceramic Straightening Brush, and is nontransferable. Tré Milano, LLC warrants
that InStyler® STRAIGHT UP MINI Ceramic Straightening Brush will have no
defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage for one
year from the date of purchase. Keep the original sales receipt for proof of
purchase to attain warranty provisions. Within a one-year period from the date
of purchase, Tré Milano, LLC will repair or replace, in its sole discretion, any
InStyler® STRAIGHT UP MINI Ceramic Straightening Brush or parts found to be
defective. This warranty does not cover any shipping and handling charges that
may incur. This warranty does not include any damages caused by accident,
misuse, neglect, abuse, use on a voltage other than marked on the product, or
use for commercial purposes.
If your InStyler® STRAIGHT UP MINI Ceramic Straightening Brush is found to be
defective within the time period of this warranty, please contact the Tré Milano,
LLC Customer Service Department at [e-mail] or the Toll Free
number [phone]. If the product is discontinued or no longer available,
a replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Any attempt to repair or service this product on your own will void the warranty.
