•OneHand-GraspthehandgripAatthebottom
rearofthecompressor.
•TwoHands-GraspthehandgripsBonthesides
ofcompressor.
3.5InstallingthePowerCord
Thisproductmaycomewithapolarizedplug(one
bladeiswiderthantheother).Asasafetyfeature,
thisplugwilltinapolarizedoutletonlyoneway.
Iftheplugdoesnottfullyintheoutlet,reverse
theplug.Ifitstilldoesnott,contactaqualied
electrician.DONOTattempttodefeatthissafety
feature.

outwithanaudible“click”whentheendofthe
interconnecthoseisproperlyinstalled.
3.Loopanyexcessinterconnecthoseandsecuretothe
backoftheconcentratorwiththefasteningstraps.

EachtimetheHomeFillCompressorisusedtollacylinder,
completethefollowingchecklist:
qEnsuretheconcentratorhasbeenOnforatleastthirty
minutes.RefertotheconcentratorUserManual.
qPerformtheprellinspectiononthecylinder.
qConnectthecylindertothecompressor .
qPushthecompressorpowerswitchtotheOn(I)
position.
qExaminetheindicatorlightsonthecontrolpanel.
qDisconnectandremovethefullcylinder .
qPushthecompressorpowerswitchtotheOff(O)
position.
qIfllinganothercylinder,repeatthischecklist.

1.Examinetheoutsideofthecylinderforthefollowing
conditions,andreplacethecylinderiftheyexist:
•Dentsordings
•Arcburns
•Oilorgrease
•Anyothersignsofdamagethatmightcausea
cylindertobeunacceptableorunsafeforuse.
2.Examinethecylinderforevidenceofreorthermal
damage.Evidenceincludescharringorblisteringof
thepaint,orotherprotectivecoatingorheatsensitive
indicator .Ifreorthermaldamageisfound,replace
thecylinder.
3.Inspectthecylinder/regulatorassemblyforthefollowing
andreplaceiffound:
•Debris,oilorgrease
•Noticeablesignsofdamage
•Signsofcorrosioninsidethevalve
•Signsofexcessiveheatorredamage
