INDICATIONS
The heating pad is intended for over-the-counter use. However, if you have any medical questions,
we strongly encourage you to consult with your physician regarding indications for use of this
heating pad.
Indications for Use
The iReliev® Ultra Soft Heating Pad is for active treatment as per intended use:
• Heat is usually used for subacute and chronic conditions, can reduce pain and muscle spasm, relax
skeletal muscles, and decrease joint stiffness.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
The heating pad should not be used on people with cardiac demand pacemakers.
WARNINGS
• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
• DO NOT USE WHILE SLEEPING.
• DO NOT USE ON AN INFANT OR ON AN ANIMAL.
• THIS PAD IS NOT TO BE USED ON OR BY AN INVALID, A SLEEPING OR UNCONSCIOUS PERSON, A PERSON
WITH DIABETES, OR A PERSON WITH POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION.
• DO NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN.
• BURNS CAN OCCUR REGARDLESS OF CONTROL SETTING. CHECK SKIN UNDER PAD FREQUENTLY.
• DO NOT USE IN AN OXYGEN ATMOSPHERE.
• DO NOT USE PINS OR OTHER METALLIC MEANS TO FASTEN THIS PAD IN PLACE.
• DO NOT BUNCH, SIT ON OR AGAINST OR CRUSH PAD-AVOID SHARP FOLDS.
• NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD.
• DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.
• THIS UNIT SHOULD NOT BE USED BY CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
• PLACE PAD ON TOP OF AND NOT UNDER THE PART OF THE BODY NEEDING HEAT.
• USE THIS PAD ONLY ON A 110-120 VOLT AC CIRCUIT. UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE.
• DO NOT TAMPER WITH THIS PAD IN ANY WAY.
• THERE ARE NO USER-SERVICEABLE PARTS. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS PAD DOES NOT FUNCTION
SATISFACTORILY, SEE WARRANTY FOR CONSUMER SERVICE INFORMATION.
• DO NOT USE THIS PAD WITH LINIMENT, SALVE OR OINTMENT PREPARATIONS, ESPECIALLY ONES THAT
CONTAIN HEATPRODUCING INGREDIENTS. SKIN BURNS COULD RESULT.
• DO NOT BEND OR PINCH CORD AND DO NOT USE IF CORD IS DAMAGED.
• NEVER LEAVE THE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED, ESPECIALLY IF CHILDREN ARE PRESENT.
• LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING. TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS.
• WHEN NOT IN USE, STORE THE HEATING PAD IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN A DARK, COOL, DRY PLACE.

SET UP PROCEDURES
For best results, we recommend using the heating pad in either a lying or
sitting position. To start, set the heating pad on the lowest setting.
For minor aches and pain, a low settingmight be more than enough
to reduce pain and stiffness. You can gradually increase the
intensity of heat, if needed.
1. After control is connected to pad, plug into 120V AC electrical
outlet. The LCD display lights up and goes out immediately.
2. To turn the pad on, press the Power Button. The LCD display
lights up. The default temperature setting is the Lowest setting
(113F) and the default timer setting is 1h.
3. Press Temp Button to select temperature settings.
The setting grid increases one by one each time you press
the button. The temperature changes accordingly: (113F/122F/131F/140F/149F/158F).
The pad starts heating immediately when you loose the button. When heated to the temperature of
selected setting, it stays at a stable status.
4. Press Timer Button to select Auto-Off timing. The default setting is 1:00. The timing sequence is:
15min/30min/45min/60min/90min/120min. When you loose the button, it starts countdown timing
automatically by minute.
5. Press Temp Button for 2 to 3 seconds, it switches freely between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
6. If there is no more selection on the settings, the pad will turn into operation status. The pad will shut
off automatically when time reaches the selected setting. LCD display goes completely dark as well.
7. DURING USE, NEVER PLACE THE CONTROLLER UNDER THE PAD.
8. THE CONTROLLER MUST MATCH CORRESPONDENT MODEL. NEVER INSERT TO DIFFERING PAD.

This heating pad has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a
safety feature. This plug will t into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician.
Caution: The cable must be fully plugged in. A loose connection could cause a re hazard.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OVERCOME THIS SAFETY FEATURE.
WARNING: Do not use this heating pad with other heating pads/elec-
tric blankets under sheets. The heating pad will shut off automatically
after 1.5 hours.
AUTO OFF FEATURE
Your heating pad controller includes a selectable Auto-Off feature.
NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature automatically resets to the
default timer.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT BLEACH.
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Detach Pad Connector from the Control Connector.
3. Wash by hand or as follows in a washing machine or using slow agitation and normal spin speed:
• Fill washer with warm water only.
• Add a minimum amount of all-purpose detergent, agitate to dissolve before washing.
• Add heating pad and soak for ve minutes.
• Agitate two minutes. Spin.
• Fill for cool rinse, agitate one minute then spin again.
• Dry in automatic dryer on high heat for ve minutes only, or hang dry.
• Remove damp heating pad from dryer and drape to nish drying.
• Do not iron your heating pad.
4. Do not insert connector to pad or into an outlet until the pad is completely dry.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
• Make sure the receptacle on the Pad Connector is
disconnected from the wire.
• Hand wash or spot clean only.
• Line dry or lay the Pad at to dry.
• Make sure the product is completely dry before the
next use.
• To store the product, loosely roll the Heating Pad into
a folded position and then store it in a cool, dry
location after each use. Avoid sharply folding the
Heating Pad.
• NEVER place in dryer or hang to dry.
