LUBRICATING OIL
8.-
Do not use sandpaper or solvent to clean the running machine, the controller part can not be
directly exposed to the sun or damp, to avoid damage.
REMIND:
Regularly remove dust to keep parts clean. It is necessary to clean both sides of the running machine,
which will reduce the accumulation of impurities under the running machine.
1.-
After each use of the running machine, clean the instrument and other parts of the sweat stains and debris
with clean towels and damp cloth. Be careful not to splash water on the electrical components and under
the running belt.
2.-
Keep your treadmill in a clean, dry environment. Make sure the power is off and the plug is unplugged.
3.-
To facilitate movement, the running machine is equipped with wheels. Make sure to disconnect the power
supply and fold the fuselage before moving.
4.-
Regularly check and lock all parts of the running machine, and the damaged parts must be replaced
immediately.
5.-
In order to maintain and prolong the life of the running machine, it is recommended that you rest the
running machine for 10 minutes after 30 minutes of continuous use.
The treadmill motor requires minimal belt lubrication care, which, if not followed, can lead to serious
problems. Lack of lubrication can cause various malfunctions in the machines.
Treadmills come lubricated from the factory, but during storage time, the lubricant can dry out, and it is
advisable to lubricate before the first use.
• REGULAR USE: For those who use the treadmill regularly (about 3 to 7 times a week), it is
recommended to lubricate the machine approximately every 3 months or every 130 kilometers,
depending on the manufacturer's guidance.
• LIGHT USE: If you use the treadmill less frequently, you can lubricate it less often, such as every six
months.
• SIGNS OF NEED: In addition to regular frequency, you should lubricate your treadmill if you notice
that the belt begins to stick, or if the machine makes unusual noises during use, as these can be signs
of excessive friction.
The lubrication point is located in the middle of the lower surface of the running belt. When adding
lubricant, please inject it into the center of the running board, then lower the belt, press the area by hand
to spread the lubricant, and rotate the belt to ensure it is applied evenly.
6.-

13.
ENGLISH
• The refueling location is in the center of the treadmill
belt.
• Trim the nozzle of the oil bottle to create a small
opening, not too large, but enough to allow for
injection.
• Lift the treadmill belt to extend the nozzle to the
underside of the belt and inject oil into the center of
the treadmill. Lower the belt, press the area where
the oil has been injected, rotate the belt, and ensure
that the oil is evenly distributed across the board.
• After oiling, wait a minute for the oil to spread evenly
before starting the treadmill.
RUNNING BELT ADJUSTMENT METHOD
RUNNING BELT TIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT
9.-
If the running belt is too loose, please insert the
hexagon spanner gifted randomly into the
adjusting hole of the left foot guard of the running
machine.
Rotate the wrench clockwise for 1/4 turns, and
then adjust the right leg guard clockwise for 1/4
turns. Be careful to adjust the left and right side
synchronously so as to tighten the belt and keep it
from deviating from the center.
If the running belt is too tight, the left and right
sides adjustment should be synchronized and
counterclockwise.
The running belt can not be adjusted too tightly. This will break the running belt, increase the pressure on
the front / rear rotary drum, damage the roller bearings, produce abnormal sounds or other problems.
It is appropriate to adjust to running belt without skidding.
NOTE:
LEFT BOLT RIGHT BOLT

6. EXERCISE WARNINGS
14.
ENGLISH
When you use the running machine, the pressure on the running belt is unbalanced because the two feet
exert different forces during running, which leads to the deviation of the running belt from the center. This
deviation is normal. When no one is running on the operating running belt, it will return to the center. If
the running belt can't get back to the center, you need to adjust the running belt back to the center
RUNNING BELT CENTRING ADJUSTMENT
If left deviation, use the hexagon spanner, turn the left screw 1/4 turns clockwise.
If right deviation, use the hexagon spanner and turn the 1/4 turns of screw on the right side clockwise.
If the running belt is still not in the middle, repeat the above actions until it is adjusted to the middle.
After adjusting the running belt to the middle, adjust the speed to 12KM/H and observe the deviation of
running belt and slippery condition of running.
If there is any deviation, repeat the adjustment steps.
RUN THE RUNNING MACHINE WITH NO LOAD AND SPEED TO 6KM/H.
OBSERVE THE DISTANCE FROM RUNNING TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT STRAKE.
PLEASE DO NOT TIGHTEN THE ROTARY DRUM TOO MUCH! THIS
WILL CAUSE PERMANENT BEARING DAMAGE.
WARNING:
PLEASE NOTE: Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician. This is particularly
important if you are over the age of 45 or if you have pre-existing health problems.
The pulse sensors are not medical devices. Various factors, including the user’s movement, may affect the
accuracy of heart rate readings. The pulse sensors are intended only as an aid in determining general heart rate
trends during exercise.
Exercising is a great way to control your weight, improve your fitness, and reduce the effects of aging and stress.
The key to success is making exercise a regular and enjoyable part of your daily life.
The condition of your heart and lungs, and how efficiently they deliver oxygen through your blood to your
muscles, is an important factor in your fitness. Your muscles use this oxygen to generate enough energy for daily
activity, a process known as aerobic activity. When you are fit, your heart doesn't have to work as hard. It will
pump fewer times per minute, reducing the wear and tear on your heart.
So, as you can see, the fitter you are, the healthier and better you will feel.
