Required operator qualications
Personnelresponsibleforrunningorservicingthemachinemustbeinpossessionofspecic
professionalqualicationsforeachoftherequiredtasks.
Theoperatormustbeinstructedandhencefamiliarwiththeassigneddutiesunderhis/her
responsibility.
Thefollowingisadescriptionoftheprofessionalprolesformachineoperators.

Operator
Qualiedpersoncapableofperformingsimpletaskssuchasrunningthe
machinethroughtheuseofthepushbuttonpanelandloadingandunloading
ofthematerialsusedinproduction:theoperatoristypicallycapableof
performingsimpletasksofadjustment,start-uporresumptionofproduction
followingaforcedstoppage.
Maintenance Mechanic
Qualiedtechnicianabletorunthemachineinnormalconditions,torun
itwiththeprotectionsdisabled,toworkonmechanicalpartstoperform
adjustments,maintenanceoperationsandanyrepairsthatmaybeneeded.
Themaintenancemechanicisnotauthorisedtoworkonliveelectrical
systems.
Maintenance Electrician
Qualiedtechnicianabletorunthemachineinnormalconditionsandrunit
withtheprotectionsdisabled.Themaintenanceelectriciancanperformall
electricaladjustment,maintenanceandrepairtasks.
Themaintenanceelectricianisauthorizedtoworkinsideelectricalcabinets
andjunctionboxeswhiletheelectricalpowerisconnected.
Handling Operative
Personwithspecicskillsinliftingtechniquesandequipment,harnessing
techniquesandsafehandlingofloads.
Manufacturer's Maintenance Mechanic and Electrician
Qualiedtechniciansprovidedbythemanufacturerifnecessary
toperformcomplexoperationsinspecialsituationsorin
accordancewiththeagreementsenteredintowiththeuser.

It is prohibited to remove the “CE MARK”plateand/orexchangeitwiththeplatesofother
machinesofthesamemodelsuppliedtothecustomeroroperator.
If the “CE MARK”platebecomesdamagedordetachedfromthemachine,thecustomer
must inform ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A.

 Manualmodeistheoperatingmodewherein,inresponsetoamanualcommand
impartedbytheoperator,themachineperformsmovementsatcontrolledspeedinthe
protectedspaceinresponsetoamanualcommand,withsafetyguardsintheirclosed
position and starting from the pushbutton panel.
11 - Automatic mode
 Automaticmodeistheoperatingmodewhereinthemachineindependentlyexecutesthe
programmedcycleatworkingspeedintheprotectedspace,withsafetyguardsintheir
closedpositionandstartingfromthemainpushbuttonpanel.
12 - Machine management
 Machinemanagementisthesetofoperationsthatthepersoninchargemustcarryoutto
allowproperexecutionoftheworkprocess.

ofabreakdown,whichisconcludedbyrestoringthemachinetoitsdesignfunctional
conditions.
16 - Misuse
 Allusesofthemachineoutsidethelimitsspeciedinthetechnicaldocumentationare
