Machine description
Our dispensing machine is made of robust enameled frame
with accurate finish, mounted on wheels so that it can be
easily moved.
The machine is completely isolated and protected through a
series of casing which are either fixed or can be exclusively
removed using wrenches or equipment.
Canisters are assembled on a rotating plate in the upper
part, the rotation of 90° right and left allows an easy filling
of canisters. The canister plate is locked by a screw
The lower part features a tin-holder platen that can be
positioned on four different levels through suitable guides.
The platen can be easily removed and positioned using the
handle. Some circle stickers help to place the can aligned
with the dispensing center
To extract the removable shelf it has to be pushed to the end limit then raise it and pull it out
The pumps group is managed by one only
reliable step motor that drives a round
plate through an endless screw. All piston
pumps are connected to the plate and
move together
Colorant is dispensed through a by pass
valve activated by a solenoid. When
dispense a recipe, only selected canisters
open the by pass and dispense, other
canisters recirculate the colorant since the
by pass is closed while pumps move up and
down.
Up to 6 canisters can dispense
simultaneously. All nozzles are connected
to a manifold reducing the distance from
pump to dispensing point.
The mixing system is performed by a blade
which is actuated by a motor through an eccentric movement. The blade moves like a 'fish tail' mixing the
colorant avoiding air bubbles and foam. Each canister is equipped with a motor to drive the blade, the mixing
time and intervals are managed by software.

Maintenance
Maintenance and lubrication operations must be performed by specialized staff, authorized to
perform the service
Make sure that the quantities and/or types of oil used comply with those recommended. Never mix oils of
different quality or brand.
To clean the machine, DO NOT USE fibrous cloths or products that may pollute or alter machine
parts.
Avoid any temporary repairs; repairs must be exclusively performed using original spare parts
In this case, inform the Manufacturer’s technical service. Should difficulties or anomalies arise
which are impossible to eliminate directly, do not attempt any hazardous repairs.
Always use the personal protection equipment provided by the employer (masks, gloves, safety shoes, etc.).
The maintenance operator must promptly notify any anomaly: dripping, abrasions, fraying, etc...
Prevent the use of the machine in case of issues of any nature and properly restore normal conditions or make
sure proper measures are taken in this regard.
The Manufacturer declines any liability in case the maintenance cycles indicated in this manual and enclosed
documents are not respected, and also in case maintenance is performed by unqualified staff or in case
procedures or lubricants are used, boasting characteristics that do not comply with those indicated
Please remember that grease and lubricant residues may pose a hazard. The same applies
for colorants and/or detergents used to operate or maintain the machine
