Machine description
Our dispensing machine is made of robust enameled frame with accurate finish, mounted on wheels 06 so
that it can be easily moved.
The machine is completely isolated and protected through a series of casing which are either fixed or can be
exclusively removed using wrenches or equipment.
In the upper part Canister 01 are fixed to a rotating plate to allow easy filling and maintenance. The pumps
group is managed by one only reliable step motor that drives a round plate through an endless screw. All
pump stems 19 are connected to the plate and move together
Colorant is dispensed through a by pass valve activated by a solenoid. When dispense a recipe, only selected
canisters open the by pass and dispense, other canisters recirculate the colorant since the by pass is closed
while pumps move up and down.
Up to 6 canisters can dispense simultaneously. All nozzles are connected to a manifold 04 reducing the
distance from pump to dispensing point.
The mixing system features one single step motor that enables pumps 19 and simultaneously moves the
mixing paddles 13 to mix the colorant inside canister 01.
The step-controlled motor lifts and lowers stems 17 simultaneously, all secured to a single upper disc,
through a recycling ball worm screw 16.

Press ‘cleaning nozzles’ in the SETUP page of the software to start the operation,
machine opens the stop drop device and starts to dispense a small quantity of
colorant in the can. At the end of the cycle the machine will set to Ready status.
The machine performs a complete cycle of mixing colorants and cleaning nozzles at every power on.
The cleaning nozzles will be performed only if a can is positioned between the sensors.
The operations performed when machine is turned ON (At Start) can be enabled and disabled by software.
The computer can be turned off, mixing functions are self-managed by the machine.
Machines with FT Technology
Machines that mount FT technology can activate mixing motors to perform colorant mixing and pumps stems
moving up and down, to perform recirculation
During the mixing of the colorants, operated by the motors you can use the machine, the cycle will
automatically stop and then resume at the end of dispensing. The operation of recirculation cannot be
interrupted until the end, commands will be available only when ‘Ready’ light is on.
Mixing cycles and recirculation intervals can be customized in order to fit the rheological properties of the
colorants. Before filling the canister, consider to fill similar colorant in the same group of canisters
in order to set the same mixing interval.
Groups are composed of 8 canister each, starting from N. 1 (e.g. canister 1-8 are of same group, 9-
16 are of same group) See software manual to configure group mixing intervals.
