Safety Instructions
About the Power Supply
• Before connecting this device to a power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated
on the rating plate is compatible with your mains supply.
• Only connect the mains plug to the wall socket when the device is switched OFF.
• Keep the power cord and the device itself away from heat, hot surfaces, dampness, and liquids.
Avoid touching the plug or power switch with wet or damp hands, or when standing in water.
• If this device falls into water, do NOT pick it up. Disconnect from wall outlet immediately.
• Disconnect from wall outlet immediately after using this device.
• Do NOT disconnect from wall outlet by pulling on the cord. Always grip the plug itself, not
the cord.
• Do NOT carry, pull or rotate this device using the power cord.
• Place power cord out of the path of foot traffic to prevent tripping. The cable must not be
kinked, trapped or twisted.
User Profile
• This device is NOT designed for use by persons (including children) with limited physical,
sensory or mental abilities or by persons with insufficient experience and/or knowledge,
unless under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or unless they have
been instructed in the use of this device.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this device. It is NOT a toy.
• Do NOT use this product to supplement or replace medical treatment. Chronic complaints
and symptoms may be made worse.
• Consult a physician before using this product if:
- You are pregnant.
- You have a cardiac pacemaker, artificial joints or electronic implants.
- You suffer from one or more of the following conditions: circulation disorders, Diabetes,
Thromboses, varicose veins, open wounds, bruises, broken skin, or inflammation of the veins.
• If you experience pain or discomfort during a massage, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• NEVER leave this product unattended when it is connected to the power supply.
• Use the heater function with CARE. Do NOT use if you have circulatory problems or on areas
not sensitive to heat. BURN RISK!
• The surface of this appliance is HOT. Individuals who are insensitive to heat should exercise
caution when using this product.
• Consult your doctor with any questions regarding the use of this product therapeutically.
• If you have unexplained pain, are receiving treatment by a doctor and/or use medical
equipment, consult a physician before using this product.

Maintenance and Cleaning
• You may only CLEAN the device yourself. If the product malfunctions, do NOT attempt to
repair it yourself, as this will void the warranty. Bring malfunctioning unit to a trained
technician for repairs.
• Do NOT immerse this unit in water or other fluids.
• If, however, water does permeate this device, disconnect it from wall outlet immediately.
Before Use
• Always inspect the cable, the control unit, and the product itself before using. Do NOT use a
defective unit. Do NOT use the unit if there are visible of damage on the product itself or the
cable components, if the unit does not work properly or if the seat of the control unit have
been dropped or have become damp. To avoid hazards, always bring a defective unit to a
service technician for repairs.
• The zip fastener on the back of the massage device must NOT be opened. It is only fitted for
reasons related to the manufacture of the product.
Operation
• This product must only be used for its intended purpose as described in this user guide. Any
other use will void the warranty.
• NEVER leave this product unattended when it is connected to the power supply.
• Maximum operating time for one session is 15 minutes. After use, allow the unit to cool for
at least 15 minutes before using again.
• Do NOT allow this massage cushion to come in contact with pointed or sharp objects.
• NEVER place this product next to an electric stove or other heat source.
• NEVER use the massage cushion if it is folded or crumpled.
• NEVER use this device under covers such as blankets or pillows.
• Operate this product in an upright position at all times. Do NOT place flat on the floor.
• Ensure that all moving parts can move freely at all times.
• NEVER sit or stand on this massage cushion with full body weight and do NOT place objects
on the unit.
This device is for household use ONLY and must not be used for commercial or medical
purposes. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor before using this
massage cushion.
The massage cushion must only be used in enclosed spaces (indoor locations).
Do NOT use this product in damp rooms (e.g. when bathing or showering).

Product Overview
The Ivation seat cushion massager provides a relaxing or invigorating massage according to your
preference. It incorporates kneading, shiatsu-style massage, and manipulation massage for your
back, plus vibrating massage for the backs of your thighs. Enjoy a comfortable heated massage
to ease tension and relieve pain. The seatback features 4 groups of rolling massage heads with
adjustable width for optimal comfort.
Storage
• Remove mains plug from wall outlet.
• Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not place heavy objects on the device when stored.

Operational Instructions
Getting Started
• Read the safety instructions in this manual.
• Place the massage cushion in a chair with a sufficient back rest and suitably stable, securing
it to the back of the chair using the elastic band.
• Plug in to a wall outlet that matches the voltage requirements of the product.
• Sit in chair, resting your back against the cushion. Adjust the massage movements to a
comfortable setting.
• Make sure to sit in the center of the chair to ensure an evenly distributed massage.
General Operation
· The back massage modes are kneading, shiatsu, and manipulation, delivered with a rolling
motion along the length of the back. You can also choose to position the massage heads at
one stationery point, and adjust the width of the heads across the back.
· The bottom cushion offers vibration massage.
· The heat function and vibration massage can be combined with all other functions.
· This machine uses a timer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the unit will automatically
turn off.
· If overheating should occur, the unit will automatically turn off. Please disconnect the
product from the power supply for at least 1 1/2 hours and wait for the unit to cool.
· If the problem still exists, do not continue to use the massager. Contact a repair
service center.
Instructions for the Controller Buttons
Use the buttons on the hand controller to operate the unit.
Power Button
• To turn the unit on, press the Power button. The LED indicator will light and the massager
will start in the default automatic mode: full-back kneading massage. The massager will
automatically turn off after 15 minutes.
• Adjust the massage type or time by using the buttons on the controller.
• To turn off, press the Power button again. The massage heads will reset to their
automatic position.
Heating Function Button
Press the heating function button in any massage mode, including vibration. Press the button
again to turn the heating function off.
Vibration Mode Button
Vibrating massage functions in the seat portion of the cushion. Vibration can operate
simultaneously with any other massage mode.
Shiatsu Mode Button
The Shiatsu mode provides a back-and-forth massage across the back. This mode can operate
along with upper-back and lower-back kneading massage, width adjustment, and fixed position
function. Press the Shiatsu button to start and stop the Shiatsu mode.

Manipulation Mode
Press the button to activate the manipulation massage mode back-and-forth across the back.
This mode can operate along with upper-back and lower-back kneading massage, and fixed
position function. Press the button again to stop the manipulation mode.
Timing Selection
Press the timer button to select a 10-, 15-, or 20-minute massage. The corresponding indicators
will light.
Whole Back Kneading Massage
Press this button to start the kneading massage function back-and-forth and up-and-down along
the entire back. Press the button again to turn off the function.
Upper Back Kneading Massage
Press this button to start the kneading massage function back-and-forth and up-and-down along
the upper back. Press the button again to turn off the function.
Lower Back Kneading Massage
Press this button to start the kneading massage function back-and-forth and up-and-down along
the lower back. Press the button again to turn off the function.
Width Adjustment
NOTE: This button can be used only in the Shiatsu mode.
Press and hold the button to adjust the width of the massage heads. The space between the
massage heads will increase or decrease until the button is released.
Position (Fixed Point Kneading Mode) Button
You can select a fixed position for the massage heads in the kneading, Shiatsu and manipulation
modes. Press the up and down arrow buttons to select a fixed position for the massage.
Cleaning/Maintenance Instructions
• Before cleaning the device, make sure it is turned off and the mains plug is removed from
the socket. Allow the unit to cool down.
• Only clean the chair cover with a soft cloth slightly dampened with a mild detergent
• Under no circumstances should you use harsh detergents, strong brushes, solvents,
petrol, thinners or alcohol.
• Rub the chair cover dry with a clean dry cloth.
• When cleaning, never immerse the unit in water or other fluids and make sure that no water
gets into the unit.
· If water or other liquid does permeate this device, disconnect it from wall outlet immediately.
· Wait until the device is completely dry before using it again.
· Undo any kinks in the cable.
· Store the device in its original packaging and keep it in a clean, dry place.
