MOUNTING, OPERATING AND
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
TRANSPORTATION WHEELS FOR IXOLIFT 400S
WARNING
ALWAYS READ the operating instructions. CHECK the wheels for any damage. NEVER
USE damaged wheels. ALWAYS LOWER the IXOLIFT platform to its lowest position prior
to using the wheels. PUT THE WHEELS in the storage position before using the IXOLIFT
platform.
MOUNTING THE CLAMPS
1. Raise the IXOLIFT platform to its top position.
2. Mount the transport and loading clamp to the mast as shown in the picture.
3. Mount the storage clamp behind the bubble level as shown in the picture.
4. Lower the IXOLIFT platform to its lowest position before using the wheels.
USING THE WHEELS
ATTACHING THE WHEEL TO THE CLAMPS FOR USE OR STORAGE
1. TRANSPORT POSITION: slide the wheel frame pins into the slots on the clamp and
lock it in the lower position using the lock pin as shown in the picture.
2. LOADING POSITION: slide the wheel frame pins into the slots on the clamp, lift the
frame up and lock it in the upper position using the lock pin as shown in the picture.
3. STORAGE POSITION: tilt the wheels and slide in into position towards the clamp. Slide
the wheel frame pins into the slots on the clamp and lock it into position using the
lock pin as shown in the picture.
TRANSPORTING
Lower the platform to its lowest position. Ensure the swivel castors are locked. Position
and lock the wheels in the transport position. Tilt the IXOLIFT on to the transport wheels
and beyond until it reaches a comfortable hight for safe moving around.
LOADING
Lower the platform to its lowest position. Ensure the swivel castors are locked. Tilt the
IXOLIFT into a horisontal position supported by the transport wheels. Use ramps of min.

DOCUMENT PURPOSE
This document is for the IXOLIFT 400S Transportation Wheels. It describes the instal-
lation, use and maintenance of the wheels. The wheel unit has three usage positions:
transportation, loading and storage. The wheels must not be used for any other purpose.
Store this document in the operations manual container on the IXOLIFT unit.

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty terms and conditions below apply to products and accessories manufactu-
red by IXOLIFT Ltd.
By operating and maintaining the IXOLIFT product in accordance with the operating
manual, maintenance and storage instructions, it will remain operational and safe throug-
hout its life cycle.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period is 12 months in the use for which the device is intended.
WARRANTY COVERS
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The damaged parts will be
repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or a authorized service partner. The work must
always be agreed separately with IXOLIFT Ltd. The warranty repair does not extend the
warranty period.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or maintenance, overloa-
ding, natural wear and tear or consequent failure. Warranty does not cover consequential
damages, down-time, loss of earnings, travel expenses, freights, daily allowances, overti-
me, or modification of the original machine. The warranty does not cover transportation
damages, vandalism, theft cases etc. either. Please see the operating manual for proper
use and maintenance instructions.
The warranty does not cover the wheels or other parts subject to normal wear and tear.
IXOLIFT products must be stored indoors.
NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGE
The notification of damage during the warranty period of the product must be properly
submitted in writing and without delay to IXOLIFT Ltd. The claim must include the ap-
propriate images and clarifications on the birth cause of the damage and its impact on
the usability of the adjustable work platform. The incorrect parts must be returned origi-
nal and irreparable to IXOLIFT Ltd when specifically requested.
The request is to be sent to IXOLIFT Ltd by e-mail to [e-mail]
2m length when loading onto a trailer or into a van. Push the IXOLIFT up the ramps into
the vehicle TRANSPORT WHEELS FIRST. Strap the IXOLIFT firmly EXACTLY as shown in
the picture.
STORING THE WHEELS WHILE USING THE IXOLIFT
Position the wheels into the storage position. ALWAYS store the wheels in this position
when using the IXOLIFT.
MAINTENANCE
The tires are subject to normal wear. Relpace broken tires before using the unit. Contact
your IXOLIFT dealer for any questions about how to replace the tires.
