In this Quick Set-up Guide, the GN9120 is
displayed as an example of a GN wireless
headset solution that can be used with the
GN1000. Other wireless GN products can
also be connected to the GN1000. Refer to
your product’s user guide for details.

[2.1]将连接软线的AUX接头插入

[2.1] Insert AUX plug of connector
cord into AUX socket at base of your
headset. Plug power supply back into
base of your wireless headset.
[2.2] Remove sleeve from GN1000’s
platform and locate telephone’s
speaker.
[2.3] Align top edge of platform with
bottom edge of telephone hand-
set cradle, placing ring sensor over
telephone’s speaker or as close as
possible.
[2.4] Remove protective film from the
adhesive pad on bottom of platform
and affix platform to your telephone.
Note: The adhesive pad affixes firmly to
any surface. Determine correct location
and clean area before affixing pad.
[2.5] Position ring sensor on center
of telephone speaker.
[2.6] If telephone’s speaker is not
under handset, use external sensor.
Remove rubber tab and plug external
sensor into its port and attach over
the speaker.

[2.1] ヘッドセットのベースユニット底面に
あるAUX端子に接続コードのAUXプラグを
差し込み、再びAC電源を接続します。
[2.2] リング・センサー版からリング・セン
サー保護スリーブ紙を外し、電話機のスピー

GN1000 RHLを取り付ける前に、必ずきれいで

[3.1]リフター･アームの高さ調節：受話器
を高く上げる場合は「＋」方向へ、下げる場
合は「－」方向へ調節します。標準は「－｣の
位置になっています。
[3.2]オンライン・インディケーター：受話
器が持ち上がり、発信音が検知されると点
灯します。リング･センサーを無効にすると
点滅に変わります。
[3.3]リング･センサーON/OFFボタン：電
話機のスピーカーホン機能等を使用する場
合、このボタンを押すことによってリング･セ
ンサーを無効にすることができます。
注意：必要のないリングトーンがレシーバーから
聞こえるのを止めることができます。
リング・センサーの感度調整
[3.4]GN1000 RHLの後ろにあるリング
・センサー感度調節ダイヤルにより、あまり
一般的ではない電話機の着信音を認識さ
せるように感度の調整ができますが、認識
されない電話機もあります。
[3.5]リング・センサーの感度が適正であ
れば、電話の着信音を検知した際に、オン
ライン・インディケーターが点滅します。着
信音を検知しない場合は、他の人に電話を
かけてもらい、オンライン・インディケータ
ーが点灯するまで、リング・センサー感度調
節ダイヤルを時計回りに回します。
[3.1]提举臂高度控制钮：按钮转

[3.1] Lifter arm height control:
Position toward “+” to raise lifter
higher and toward “–” to lower lifter.
Standard position is “–”.
[3.2] Online indicator:
Lights when handset is lifted and have
a clear dial tone, and flashes when you
have deactivated the ring sensor.
[3.3] Ring sensor ON/OFF button:
Press to disable the ring sensor if using
the speakerphone when your phone is
connected to a wireless headset system.
Note: To avoid unintended ringtones in
your headset.
Adjusting the ring sensor
sensitivity
[3.4] Adjustment to recognize a less
common telephone ring tone is done
by raising and lowering ring sensor’s
sensitivity control on back of the unit.
Your phone may have a ring tone that
cannot be detected.
[3.5] Ring sensor is set correctly when
online indicator lights to indicate incom-
ing call. If online indicator does not light,
have someone call you and turn ringer
sensitivity control clockwise until it is lit.

[4.3] 受話器が十分に持ち上がらず、発信
音が聞こえない場合は、リフター・アームの
高さを調整してください。
[4.4]リフター・アームが一番低い状態で
も受話器がフックスイッチに届かない場合
には、付属のフックスイッチパッドをフック
スイッチに貼り付けるか、またはGN1000
RHLの取り付け位置を再度調節して
ください。

[4.1] Put on your wireless headset
and initiale a call by pressing the
multifunction button.
[4.2] If the product is set up correctly,
lifter arm will lift handset out of tele-
phone’s cradle and you will hear the
dial tone in the headset.
[4.3] If the handset is not lifted
correctly, adjust lifter arm’s height
with lifter arm height control. The
“+” raises it and “–” lowers it.
[4.4] If you still do not hear a dial
tone, extend the lifter arm from
its factory-set position or find
alternative location for GN1000 on
telephone.

Answering/making calls
[5.1] To answer/make telephone
calls, press the multifunction button
on your headset (or base unit) to get
a connection.
[5.2] The lifter arm will then auto-
matically lift the handset and connect
the call through to your headset.
Terminating calls
[5.3] To terminate a telephone call,
press the multifunction button on
your headset (or base unit).
[5.4] The lifter arm will now lower
the telephone handset and terminate
the call.
Note: When using your telephone in
speakerphone mode, e.g. for a confer-
ence call, deactivate the ring sensor by
pressing the ring sensor ON/OFF button
to the OFF mode. The online indicator will
now flash.
Press the ring sensor’s ON/OFF button to
the ON setting when you have completed
your speakerphone call.
