Press the BatteryCoverReleaseButton and slide down/removethe batterycover.InserttwonewAA
alkalinebatteries. Notepolarityon batteryterminals. Slideupand closethebatterycover.
b)Installing SD/SDHCMemoryCard
InserttheSD/SDHCMemorycardintotheSD/MMCCardSlot. Checkcardsalignmentaccording
topositiondiagramonthecamerabeforeinserting.
Pushit downuntil thecardstayslatched. Donot forcecardduring insertion –forcing maydamage
SD/SDHCcardand cameraaswell.
Pushand releaseinserted cardwhenyouwishtoremoveorreplacethecard; notethat inserting/
removingtheSDMemorycardshouldonlybedonewhenthecameraisOFF.
NotethattheSD/SDHCCardhasatinyLOCKswitchontheside.Settheswitchon thecardtoun-LOCK; only
thisun-locked position will allowyou tostorerecordedvideosandstill pictureson theSD/SDHC Memory
Card.

1. Pressandthenslideupthe switchtoextract USBconnector.Turnthe camcorderON.
2.Insert camcorder sUSBconnectorintoUSBport oncomputer, orusesupplied USB extension cabletoconnect.
DownloadVideo/PhotosFrom CamcorderToPC
1.Afterconnecting tocomputer,go to"MyComputer”and openthe "Removable
Disc"whichrepresentsyourcamera.
2.Open theDCIM\100MEDIAfoldersinthe RemovableDisc;yourrecordedvideo
and picturesarestoredinthis folder.Choosethedesired photo/ videofromthe
100MEDIAfolderand copy(drag withmouse)itintodesignated folderinyour
computer, if you wishtodownload pictures/ videostoyourcomputer.
TVOutput
1.Plug inTVcable:Insertthe single-connectortocamcorder.Connectthe end with
double-connectorstovideo (yellow)and toaudio(red orwhite)input jackonTV.
2.Turnon TVand camcorder.
3.Switchmode on TVtoselectvideo input (see yourTVmanualforinstructions).
