Fit the rear of the box to the wall using the raw plugs and screws supplied. Pass the cables through the bottom of the equipment.
Proceed with the starting up of the equipment.
STARTING UP
1. Connect the motor and the power supply.
Connect the motor as shown in the figure above: U (open), V (close), W (common).
Connect the equipment to the 230Vac power supply as shown in the figure above. The red pilot light is activated every 5
seconds indicating the correct power supply to the equipment.
2. Set the switch selector to the desired operating option.

Dead man operating: the control panel operates in
dead man mode for open and close, provided it
is operated from inside the coverage area, previously
adjusted.
Semi-automatic operating: The control panel operates in
semi-automatic mode for open (maximum manoeuvre 2
minutes), without restriction on distance between
transmitter and receiver, and in dead man mode for close
(provided it is operated from inside the coverage area).
3. Programming the dead man transmitters.
Press the programming button PROG for 1 sec: the programming pilot light will come on and the equipment will emit an
acoustic signal. Press any channel of the transmitter, and wait to hear a 0,5 seconds acoustic signal.
Configuration of the transmitter programming into the receiver
Led R1
Pressing any channel of the transmitter, the relays will be activated by: 1rst channel Open and 2nd channel Close, and
3rd channel Open, 4th channel Close
ON
Note: This control panel only works with dead man transmitters.
Every time a transmitter is programmed, the equipment will issue an acoustic signal for 0.5 sec.
After 10 seconds without programming or by pressing the programming button, the equipment will exit programming mode,
issuing two 1 sec. acoustic signals. If, on programming a transmitter, the equipment memory is full, it will issue seven 0.5
sec. acoustic signals and exit programming.
4. Set transmitters distance activation.
The unit is supplied with the activation distance set at the minimum.
Turn the potentiometer clockwise (to + position) to increase the activation distance
of the transmitters.
Turn the potentiometer to –position to decrease the activation distance of the transmitters.
It is the responsibility of the installer that the selected distance allows the user to have direct view of the door as it is in
motion.
It is recommended to mark this distance with the door closed, and then to verify that the door can be opened and closed
from both sides of it.
If the dead man transmitter is not situated in the activation zone, the LED blinks and three beeps will be heard. In this case
it is necessary to increase the activation distance.
WARNING: In accordance with the EN 13241-1 and EN 12453-1
standard concerning pressure maintained control devices:
1. « the person operating the door must have a direct view of the doorway, must be near the
door (5 meters maximum) during movement of the door and should not find itself in a
dangerous position »
Any adjustment of the radio range out of these recommendations, undertakes the installer in
terms of responsibility for injury or damage.
2. « Releasing of the pressure maintained control device should stop the door movement before
it scrolls 5cml » . This implies a maximum speed of the door of 12.5 cm / s.

5. Verify the installation.
Perform a complete operation from both sides of the door ensuring that activation of the control panel is correct on
the desired coverage area, and ensuring that you can not activate the door without seeing it.
Check that the motor wiring is correct, and that the semi-automatic mode works in the open way (and not in the close way).
OPERATING
Upon receiving a code, the equipment checks whether it is in its memory, activating the opening or closing of the door.
-In dead man operating, only it is activated inside the coverage area.
If the dead man transmitter is not inside the coverage area, the led will flash and the equipment will emit three acoustic
signals.
-In semi-automatic operating, the open pushbutton opens in semi-automatic mode (2 minutes), without being inside the
coverage area. The close pushbutton will stop the motor at any distance, and then can close the door in dead man mode,
provided it is operated from inside the coverage area.
-During the closing movement, if the dead man transmitter leaves the coverage zone, the door stops.
RESET TOTAL
In programming mode, the programming button is held down and a short-circuit on MR jumper is done for over 10 sec. The
equipment will issue 10 short acoustic warning signals followed by others at a faster pace to indicate that the operation has been
successful. The equipment is now in programming mode. The pilot programming light will also follow the acoustic indications by
flashing.
After 10 seconds without programming or quickly pressing the programming button, the equipment will exit programming mode,
issuing two 1 sec. acoustic signals.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
Disconnect the power supply whenever you proceed
to the installation or repair of the control panel.
· Disconnect the power supply before handing the equipment.
· Before installing the panel, remove all unnecessary ropes or chains and disable any equipment such as locks that is not necessary
for the automatic operation.
· Before installing the panel, check that the door is in good mechanical condition, correctly balanced and that it opens and closes
correctly.
· Install the manual unlocking device at a height lower than 1.8m.
· Install any permanent control next to the door away from any moving part and at a minimum height of 1.5m.
· An easily accessible disconnection device must be fitted to the wiring for permanently connected equipment. It is wise for this to be
an emergency switch.
· Check that there is a security measure that protects the engine when reach the final point (open and closed).
· Check that you can not activate the door without seeing it.
· Check that the semi-automatic mode works in the open way (and not in the close way).
· This equipment can only be handled by a specialist fitter, by maintenance staff or by a suitably trained operator.
· To connect the power supply and motor wiring, 3.8 mm2 section terminals must be used.

· The instructions for using this equipment must remain in the possession of the user.
· European door normative EN 12453 and EN 12445 specify the following minimum protection and door safety levels:
for equipment for residential, commercial and light industry use, prevent the door from being able to come into contact with any
object or limit the contact force (e.g. safety edge).
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
· Do not allow children to play with the door controls.
· Keep the remote controls out of the reach of children.
· Watch the door movement and keep people away until the door is fully open or closed.
· Precaution when operating the manual unlocking device, as the door may suddenly fall due to the bad condition of the springs or
door unbalance. Details on how to use the manual unlocking device must be provided by the manufacturer or the device installer.
· Examine the installation frequently, especially the cables, springs and supports, to detect signs of wear, damage or unbalance. Do
not use the door if repair work or adjustments are required, as this may cause damage.
