Please pay attention to the following instructions before operating this chair.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The following people with these conditions are NOT suitable for using this massage
chair:
• Thrombosis (Blood disease, severe aneurysm, acute vein tumour)
• Any kind of skin disease
The following people with these conditions are advised to consult their GP before
using the massage chair:
• Patients with implanted medical devices
• Malignant tumour patients
• Severe heart problems
• Pregnant women
• Perceptual Disturbances (Milder form of hallucinations)
• Fracture patients / acute bone pain
• New tattoos
• The massage chair can be used amongst the whole family, please do not use the
chair for any other purpose than what is intended to avoid accidents.
• If abnormal conditions occur such as fires etc., immediately unplug the item and stop
using the chair.
• DO NOT use the massage chair if damage has occurred to the item, only resume use
when the item is in full working condition. (Continued use in a damaged state may
cause electrical faults, fires etc.)
• If smoke or abnormal noises are found, power off the chair immediately and contact
the distributor for further assistance.
• Avoid liquids or small parts going into the internal parts of the chair, this may cause
electrical faults.
• If you experience pain, nausea or your body feels abnormal in any way whilst using
the item, stop use immediately and consult your GP.
• Make sure the chair is placed on a level surface.
• The recommended usage time for the massage chair is 20 minutes, please leave a 30
minute gap between each use.
• This product is for home use only and is not to be used outdoors.
• To avoid deterioration of the leather make sure the chair is stored away from direct
sunlight, excessive amounts of dust or bad air circulation.

To find the ideal location to set up your chair, ensure that:
• Area is well illuminated and well ventilated.
• Surface is level.
• There is enough space to access the chair.
• The chair is placed in an environment with a relative humidity range of 30-50%.
Please ensure the temperature is kept constant. Do not use in a moist or damp
environment as this may impact on the integrity and performance of the machine.

1. Start by removing the two silver screws
from the front of the chair.
2. Connect the air pressure tube and
connection wire.
3. Lift the clasps where the screws were
removed from and slot the leg rest into
place.
4. secure back down using the screws.
5. Zip together the two pieces of leather.

Operation
CONTROL SYMBOLS USED
ON/OFF
Press to power on or off the chair.
Press during any massage program to stop
imediately and return the chair to it’s original
position.
AUTO
Press once to select auto program 1, the button will
glow red.
Press twice to select auto program 2, the button will
glow green.
STOP/PAUSE Press to pause any massage program.
KNEAD/ROCK Press to select the knead/rock shiatsu program.
KNOCK/TAP Press to select the knock/tap shiatsu program.
PART
Press to select between whole body, upper body or
lower body massage. The button will change from
turquoise to purple to green to indicate which
function.
*This function does not operate when in ‘Auto’.
SPEED
Press to select between slow, moderate and fast
speeds. The button will change from green, to blue
to red to indicate which function.
*This function does not operate when in ‘Auto’.
AIR
Press to select between low, medium and high
pressure. The button will change from blue to green
to red to indicate which function.
HEAT Press once to turn the heating function on and again
to turn it off.
POINT UP
Press and hold to move the massage heads in the
chair up to a certain point on your body.
*This function only works in ‘Shiatsu’ program.
POINT DOWN
Press and hold to move the massage heads in the
chair down to a certain point on your body.
*This function only works in ‘Shiatsu’ program.

BLUETOOTH AUDIO INSTRUCTIONS
Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and click or tap on SEARCH DEVICE.
1. Select
M200-1908-00010
and your device should now be connected to the chair.
2. Open your favourite music player and use the audio controls on your device.
ENTERTAINMENT
USB INTERFACE
The USB feature is designed to be used to charge devices whilst the chair is in use.
It is not an audio feature.
POSE UP Press and hold to bring the chair back to an upright
sitting position.
POSE DOWN Press and hold to recline the chair.

Maintenance
Any repairs must be carried out by a qualified engineer to ensure the smooth function of
JLL®equipment.
JLL®are not responsible for performing regular inspection for your machine. JLL® shall
not bear the direct or indirect losses caused by improper use of this product and third
party liability. JLL®representatives are available to answer any questions that you may

PRODUCT INSPECTION
Please check whether there are any of the following:
• Abnormal heating of the power cord or plug
• A burning smell or peculiar smell of some description
• The power cord has a deep rip or distortion
• Other exceptions or faults
TROUBLESHOOTING
Before the repairs process, if you experience a fault with your product please check
through these solutions first.
Noise during operation Components are not working

CLEANING
Make sure you begin cleaning that the power switch is shut off and the chair is unplugged.
Use a cloth to clean the surface of the product and control board to avoid scratches or
marks.
A wet cloth or neutral detergents can be used however, make sure the wipe down with a
dry cloth afterwards.

Keep the product away from fire.
When cleaning the chair, do not use organic solvents or alkaline bleaches to avoid
discolouring or cracking of the synthetic leather.
When the product has not been in use for a long period of time;
Turn the power switch off
Make sure the power cord and hand controller are stored safe and in good condition
Please store in a dry place after cleaning
Do not use when wet.

Do not store in a humid place e.g. Bathroom

Keep children and pets clear when in use.

DO NOT damage the power cable.
Do not bend, pull, wring, wind or put excess pressure onto the cord.
