INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• ThisShiatsuDeluxecomeswithascrewlocatedinthebackoftheunittoprotectthemassage
mechanism during shipment. To allow Shiatsu features to function the screw MUST BE
 REMOVEDwiththeincludedAllenkeyBEFORErstuse.Afterthescrewisremovedfromthe
unit you may discard the screw.
 WARNING:Failuretoremovescrewmaycausepermanentdamagetothemassage 
mechanism.
• Toreducetheriskofelectricalshock,thisappliancehasapolarizedplug(onebladeiswider
 thantheother).Thisplugwilltinapolarizedoutletonlyoneway.Iftheplugdoesnottinthe
 outlet,reversetheplug.Ifitstilldoesnott,contactaqualiedelectriciantoinstallproper
outlet. Do not change the plug in this unit.
• Untiethepowercordstrap,extendpowercordandinsertpluginto240-volthouseholdelectrical
 outlettopowerunit.TheShiatsuDeluxetsmostchairsandenjoyaninvigoratingmassage.
STRAPPING SYSTEM
TheShiatsuDeluxeincorporatesaconvenientstrappingsystem.Simplyattachandadjustelastic
straps behind chair.
CONTROLLER OPERATION
POWER BUTTON:
To operate massagers press the POWER button. The LED indicator light will illuminate to confirm
your selection. To turn the massage functions off, simply press the POWER button again. The LED
indicator will blink while the shiatsu massage mechanism returns to its lowest position and then it
will turn off.
DEMO BUTTON:
Press the Demo button to cycle through each massage function. Once complete, the unit
automatically turns off. The LED lights will blink to indicate targeted functions.
HEAT BUTTON:
For soothing heat simply press the heat button and the corresponding red LED light will illuminate.
To deselect, press heat button again.
NOTE: For your safety, heat cannot be turned on if massage is not selected.

SHIATSU SETTINGS:
To select a massage target simply push button and corresponding LED light will illuminate. To
deselect, push the button again. Shiatsu massage system targets the following areas:
 •FULL BACK Shiatsu massagers cycle up and then down your spine.
 •UPPER BACK Shiatsu massagers target mid to upper back.
 •LOWER BACK Shiatsu massagers target mid to lower back.
MAINTENANCE
TO STORE:
Placemassagerinitsboxorinasafe,dry,coolplace.Avoidcontactwithsharpobjects,whichmay
cutorpuncturethefabricsurface.Toavoidbreakage,donotwrapthepowercordaroundtheunit.
Do not hang or carry unit by the hand control cord.
TO CLEAN:
Unplugunitandallowittocoolbeforecleaning.Useonlyasoft,slightlydampsponge.Neverallow
water or any other liquid to come into contact with the unit.
 •Donotimmerseinanyliquidtoclean.
 •Neveruseabrasivecleaners,brushes,gasoline,kerosene,glass/furniturepolishorpaint
thinner to clean.
 •DonotattempttorepairtheShiatsuDeluxe.Therearenonuserserviceableparts.

HOME ADAPTER:
The Shiatsu Deluxe includes an 240V AC wall adapter for home or office use. To supply power to
multi-functioncontrollerattachACwalladaptercordtobottomofcontroller.
