Sicherheitshinweise
Gerät nur an Steckdose mit Schutzkontakt anschließen. Gerät nur mit handelsüblichen
Fotochemikalien betreiben. Beim Umgang mit Fotochemikalien die empfohlenen
Sicherheitshinweise des Chemikalienheerstellers einhalten. Motorkopf nicht abspülen
oder in Wasser tauchen. Gerät erst nach Füllen des Wasserbades einschalten.

Gerätausrichtung
Die Geräte müssen unbedingt in Waage stehen. Legen Sie eine Wasserwaage auf die
Vorderkante des Gerätes und unterlegen Sie es gegebenenfalls. Versuchen Sie nie die
Trommel in Waage zu bringen!
Gerät mit Wasser füllen
Wasser langsam in die Wanne gießen. Füllmenge je nach Tanksystem 9-10 Liter.
Beim CPE ist der Füllstand durch eine entsprechende Wassermenge einzustellen.
Flaschen und Mensuren lassen sich in den Positionen verriegeln, um ein Absinken des
Wasserstandes zu verhindern.
Temperatureinstellungen
Beim CPE wird die Temperatur an dem Drehschalter eingestellt und kann im Mantelbad
(oder dem Entwickler) mit einem Thermometer kontrolliert werden. Die Temperatur
kann stufenlos von 20-40 °C eingestellt werden und ist nach ca. 90 Minuten erreicht.
Toleranz: +/- 0,2°
Tank, Trommel einsetzen
Tankboden mit Magnet an den Motormagneten halten. Das An- und Abkuppeln kann bei
laufendem oder stehendem Motor erfolgen. Der Rollenbock sollte die Trommel im
hinteren Drittel führen.

Kühlung
CPE verfügen über keine automatische Kühlung
Wartung / Pflege
Wassermantelbad nach Arbeitsende ablassen. Laufrollen von Zeit zu Zeit mit Vaseline
fetten.
Störungen und mögliche Ursachen
Das Gerät heizt nicht auf!
Überhitzungsschalter betätigen, siehe Punkt Überhitzungsschutz.
Überhitzungsschutz
Bei Überhitzung z.B. bei Betrieb der Heizung ohne Wasserbad, wird die Heizung
automatisch abgeschaltet. Durch eindrücken des Stiftes (1) z.B. mit einem Streichholz,
kann der Prozessor nach Abkühlung wieder in Betrieb genommen werden. Bitte achten
Sie bei Prozessen mit Raumtemperatur darauf, den Temperaturregler bis zum Anschlag
runter zu drehen und füllen sie so viel Wasser in den Processor, dass die Heizung mit
Wasser bedeckt ist.

Safety instructions
Only connect your processor to a standard 3 pin earthed socket. Only operate your
processor using conventional photochemicals. When working with the photochemicals,
ensure to observe the manufacturer’s safety instructions. The motor head cannot be
rinsed or immersed in water. Do not switch the appliance on until the water bath has
been filled.

Leveling your processor
Your equipment must be level. Place a spirit level on the front edge of your processor
and support underneath if necessary to make level. Never place your spirit level on top
of the tank/drum as this will give an inaccurate reading!
Filling the appliance with water
Pour water slowly in the water bath, 9-10 liter in the case of the CPE depending on the
tank system in use.
Adjusting the temperature
The temperature of the CPE is adjusted using the rotary type switch: it can be checked in
the water bath (or the developer) using a thermometer. The temperature can be set
between 20°C and 40°C (+/- 0,2°C) and is reached in approximately 90 minutes.
The red signal light shows if the heater is in operation.
Attaching the tank, drum
Hold the tank base and magnet against the motor magnet .They can be coupled and
uncoupled while the motor is running or while it is stationary. The roller bracket should
be positioned to support the drum two thirds from the motor head.

Cooling
The CPE does not come complete with an automatic cooling mechanism.
Maintenance / Care
Drain the water bath once you have finished processing.
Trouble-shooting
The appliance will not warm up!
Press the overheating reset switch, see section on the overheating safety feature.
Overheating safety feature
The heating mechanism is automatically switched off if the appliance overheats, for
example if the heating mechanism is operated without a water bath. Once the processor
has cooled down, it can be restarted by pressing in the reset switch(1) using a match for
example. If you run room temperature processes set down the temperature put water
into the tab until the heater is covered.

Der JOBO-Lift macht das Arbeiten schneller, gleichmäßiger und einfacher. Tanks und Drums
werden während der Rotation sicher gefüllt und entleert. Es wird eine optimale Benetzung
erreicht. Nasse Finger während des Prozesses gehören der Vergangenheit an. Es können die
Systeme 1500, 1500 und 2800 mit Zahnkranz verwendet werden.

Montage Zahnrad
Magnetkupplung vom vorhandenen Colorprozessor abschrauben und das mitgelieferte
Zahnrad fest aufschrauben.
( Sollten Sie den CPE-3 mit einem Lift im Kit erworben haben entfällt dieser Punkt. )
Liftmontage
Montageplatte vom Lift lösen. Montageplatte mit den beiliegenden Schrauben (3 Stück) auf
dem CPE befestigen.

Schraube seitlich neben dem Zahnrad lösen und zur Seite legen.
Lift auf die Montageplatte bis zum Anschlag aufschieben und verschrauben
Lift mit Schraube auf der rechten Seite des Motorkopfes verschrauben.
Montage Lifthebel. Lifthebel aufstecken und im Uhrzeigersinn festdrehen.

Anwendung
Tank/Drum ankuppeln
Den Tank an den Lift ankuppeln. Bitte achten Sie hier auf die korrekte Position
des Rollenbocks.
Tank/Drum entleeren
Lifthebel umschwenken, die Chemikalie fließt in die von Ihnen bereitgestellte
Auffangflasche.

Fitting of toothed gear
Unscrew the magnetic coupling from the existing CPE processor and screw the toothed gear
provided tightly into position.
(In case you have bought the CPE3 Kit with Lift this point is obsolete.)
Assembling the Lift
Remove mounting plate from lift. Insert the enclosed screws into the mounting plate (3 pcs.)

Loosen the screw on the right-hand side of the motor control unit and put it aside.
Slide lift onto mounting plate until the stop is reached and screw into position.
Screw lift into position on the right-hand side of the motor control unit using the screw you
unscrewed before.

Fitting the Lift lever
Insert the Lift lever ans screw tight in clockwise direction.
Usage
Connecting a tank/drum
Put the tank onto the lift arm. Adjust the roller block for tank/drum system and position
according to the length of the tank.
Emptying a tank/drum
Pull down lift lever; the chemical flows into a collecting bottle that needs to be put
under the outlet.
