DANGER: To reduce the risk of electric shock: Always unplug the foot massager from the
electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
To prevent electrical shock, never drop or insert any object into any opening.
Do not remove the console covers. Service should only be done by an authorized service
technician.
To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
DO NOT use any equipment that is damaged or has worn or broken parts. Use only
replacement parts supplied by Johnson Wellness.
