Oil Cooler Brackets

Installation Instructions
On underneath of OEM bumper, remove
(9) 8mm bolts.
Install the Mounting Brackets behind the
OEM bumper support, being careful not
to damage the oil cooler.
Unsnap bumper from frame. Then
remove (2) 10mm bolts from top of
bumper that had been temporarily placed
earlier and set aside. Remove Lower
center grill and set aside.
When Mounting Brackets are in place,
secure through open holes in OEM
bumper support. Attach using provided
1/2”bolts and Sti󰀨ener Brackets.
Loosen (4) 10mm bolts from oil cooler
and leave loose. Attach Oil Cooler
Brackets onto OEM brackets.
Use provide (4) hex bolts, spacers, and
(4) hex nuts to re-install oil cooler on the
backside of Oil Cooler Brackets that it
was removed from.
Remove (7) 10mm bolts and (2) plastic
clips to remove the plastic cover. Set
aside. Temporarily replace (2) 10mm
bolts by hand to hold bumper before
removal.
For easier access to bolts you may want
to turn wheels. Then remove (4) 5mm
screws and then unsnap outer wheel
trim. Repeat for other side.
Remove exposed (1) phillips screw.
Repeat other side.

Re-secure OEM bumper facia in reverse
order of removal.
Install Upper Strap Brackets using (2) 1/2
- 13 x 1 hex head bolts on top section
of current push bumper bracket making
sure that the short/vertical section is
facing upward and the nut insert is on the
bottom of the bracket..
With assistance, install SUV/Utility Push
Bumper using provided (6) 1/2 - 13 x 1
hex head bolts. (Shown with Optional
Wings)
Install Lower Support Brackets to base of
SUV/Utility Push Bumper using provided
(2) 1/2 - 13 x 1 hex head bolts. An
additional (2) 1/2 - 13 x 3.75 hex head
bolts will be use to secure Lower Support
Brackets to the cross member of the
vehicle.
Carefully re-install OEM bumper back
onto vehicle. You will need to make
sure lower opening goes onto Mounting
Brackets rst and then with a little
pressure and bend bumper over the top
of Upper Strap Brackets.
IF ORDERED WITH OPTIONAL WINGS
Secure PS/DS Wings to SUV/Utility
Vertical Assembly using (10) provided
1/2” bolts - (5) bolts per side. Next, secure
Guard Bars to the Wings and SUV/Utility
Vertical Assembly using (8) provided 3/8”
bolts - (4) per side.
