Cooking Tips
• The Water Level Scale Guide
is based on cooking UK MEDIUM
sized eggs. Timings may vary when
cooking smaller or larger eggs.
• For best results use eggs at
room temperature
• When cooking fewer eggs, steam
escapes from the steam vent at a
faster rate. Therefore, in order to
reach the same cooking degree a
little more water is needed.
• The Measuring Cup marks are
only a guide. Adjust the quantity
of water according to your own
personal preference.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Before cleaning, unplug the cooker
from the power socket.
• Use a clean damp cloth to wipe the
Heating Plate . Never immerse the
cooker in water to clean.
• Wash the Lid and Cooking Rack
and Steaming Platform in hot
soapy water.
• Do not scratch the Heating Plate
with sharp objects.
• Place the Cooking Rack Steaming
Platform and Measuring Cup
inside the cooker for storage.
