Assembly Instructions
Remove all contents from packaging, and make sure all parts are present before attempting to assemble! Tighten all bolt
connections by hand first. When the OVEN is fully assembled, go back and tighten.
STEP 1
Assemble thecart leg L(Part 1), cart leg R(Part 2)andcarthandle (Part4)to thecart body support plate(Part3)as sho n.Use
the Bolt A, Bolt C, Nut H tighten.
STEP 2
Assemble the Wheel(part 13)to the cart leg R as sho n. Use the heel axle(part 12), flat asher D, Nut G tighten.

STEP 3
Assemble the cart bottom grid (part 5) to the cart leg as sho n. Use Bolt E ,Nut H tighten.
STEP 4
Assemble the body(part 6)to the cart as sho n. Use Bolt A tighten.

STEP 5
Assemblethe smoke pipe handle (part 8) to smoke pipe (part 7) ,then assemblethe smoke pipe to body as sho n. Use Bolt
B ,flat asher F tighten.
STEP 6
Place thecharcoal ashgrid (part 14), firebrick (part 15) into body as sho n.

STEP 7
Place thedoor(part 9) into body as sho n.
STEP 8
Place the charcoalcollect box(part 10) into body as sho n.

Fully-Assembled

Oven Operatin Guidelines
Lighting the oven
• solid fuel is to be used for this product (fire ood, charcoal etc.)
• place solid fuel onto the fire bricks and light using fire starters
• close oven door and let the solid fuel burn (check occasionally to ensure fire is lit)
Cooking
• monitor heat inside oven via temperature gauge
• recommended temperature for cooking pizza is 230 to 250 degrees Celsius
• once desired temperature is reached, move solid fuel to the side to create cooking space on the fire
bricks
• place pizza (or desired food) on the fire bricks to cook
• regularly monitor temperature to ensure pizza/food is not under or over cooked
• smoke pipe handle can be used to control smoke and temperature ithin oven hen door is
closed/sealed
Cleaning
• once finished cooking, remove left over solid fuel
• ashes can be removed via the charcoal collect box (ash tray)
• al ays ensure oven is clean and free from oil or grease (internally and externally) to ensure
longevity of the oven
• al ays keep oven dry and under cover to protect from eather and moisture
Pre-caution
• al ays ensure hands are protected hen placing or removing food from oven
• al ays ensure oven is cool before touching or cleaning the internal areas
• do not subject the charcoal bricks to sudden changes in temperature as this might damage the
bricks
