Precautions
Do not plug in an appliance where the load
exceeds 10 Amp.Always ensure the plug of any
appliance is fully inserted into the timer outlet. If
cleaning of the timer is required, remove from
mains power and wipe timer with a dry cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE TIMER IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
Heaters and similar appliances should never be
left unattended during operation.The manufacturer
recommends such appliances not be connected to
timers.
Extreme caution and supervision is necessary
when this appliance is used by or near children
invalids or animals.
Young children should be supervised to ensure
theydo not playwith the appliance.

Operating Instructions
1. Rotate the program dial clockwise until the time
indicator located on the socket face, matches
the current time.
Switching is possible with the long stem of the timer
pin only.The inner circle of holes on the timer are
for switching on, and the outer circle of holes are
for switching off.
2. Place the grey pin with the indicator arrow
pointing “INWARD” where the timer is to turn
on.Then insert the white pin with the arrow
pointing “OUTWARD” where the timer is to
turn off.
3. Plug your timer into a regular 230/240 Volt
household power point and turn power on.
4. Plug the appliance or lamp into the timer and
turn the appliance or lamp on.
5. Be sure the manual override is NOT set on
the (timer) position.
To override the pre-set program and allow power
through the timer, move the red override lever, to
the position, this will turn your appliance on.
Shortly after the timer has executed any program,
the manual override cannot be moved for
approximately10 minutes.
NOTE: If the power supply to the timer is interrupted, it
is necessaryto reset the current time setting.

workmanship and material, for a period of 12 months from the
date of purchase (3 months commercial use).
Guarantee and purchase receipt for this product are to be
retained as proof of purchase and must be presented if making
aclaim under the terms of the KAMBROOK guarantee.
KAMBROOK reserves the right to replace or repair the
appliance within the warranty period.Warranty does not apply
to any defect, deterioration, loss, injury or damage occasioned by,
or as a result of the misuse or abuse, negligent handling or if the
product has not been used in accordance with the instructions.
This warranty is void if there is evidence of the product being
tampered with by unauthorised persons. If the product includes
one or a number of accessories, only the defective accessory or
product will be replaced.
In Australia, this KAMBROOK Replacement Guarantee is
additional to the conditions and guarantees which are mandatory
as implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and State and
Territory legislation.
