1. Programme de livraison -

2. Branchement électrique
Contrôler si les caractéristiques de tension
et de fréquence correspondent aux indica-
tions portées sur le convertisseur HF.
3. Montageetmiseenservicedela
broche HF EWL 4010
3.1 Les orifices d'entrée et de sortie de
l'air de refroidissement doivent absolument
être tenus libres.
3.2 En aucun cas, des corps étrangers
ou des lubrifiants ne doivent être aspirés en
même temps que l'air de refroidissement.
3.3 La broche HF EWL 4010 ne doit
pas être inondée par les produits de refroi-
dissement ou de lubrification.
3.4 En montant la broche faites atten-
tion à un logement complètement cylin-
drique.
3.5 N'employez jamais de la force.
3.6 La broche peut être serrée sur tou-
te la longueur de son enveloppe. Il est re-
commandable de serrer à grande surface
et si possible au milieu de la broche.
3.7 Faites attention au sens de rotati-
on (voir la flèche sur la plaque de type).
3.8 Actionner la broche HF EWL 4010
seulement si un outil ou une tige d'essai
y a été fixé. Il faut absolument éviter les
secousses ou les coups contre l'outilfixé.
On doit se servir du moteur broche qu'avec
des outils absolument bien équilibres.

Il faut que observer les prescriptions
de prévention des accidents.
Il faut respecter le maximum de la vitesse
de rotation, l'avance et d'autres règles spé-
cifiques prescrite par le fabricant de l'outil.
3.9 La responsabilité de KaVo EWL
n'est pas engagée lorsque les dommages
et leurs suites résultent de manipulations
ou de modifications du produit effectuées
par le client ou des tiers non autorisés par
KaVo EWL.

2. Conexión eléctrica
Verificar que la tensión y la frecuencia
indicadas coinciden con los datos del
convertidor AV.
3. Montaje y servicio del husillo del
motor AV EWL 4010.
3.1 Mantener imprescindiblemente li-
bres la entrada y la salida del aire refri-
gerante.
3.2 Junto con el aire refrigerante no
deben ser aspirados ninguna clase de cu-
erpos extraños ni lubricantes.
3.3 El husillo del motor AV EWL 4010
no debe quedar inundado por los agentes
refrígerantes o lubricantes.
3.4 Al montar del husillo hay que ob-
servarunalojamientocompletamentecilínd-
rico.
3.5 Nunca emplear la violencia.
3.6 Se puede sujetar sobre todo el
largodel revestimento. No obstante es reco-
mendable de sujetar a gran superficie y si
posible al medio des husillo.
3.7 Hay que observar el sentido de
giro según la flecha sobre la placa indicdo-
ra de tipo.
3.8 Hacer funcionar el husillo del mo-
tor AV EWL 4010 únicamente teniendo
sujetado en el mismo una herramienta o
espiga de verificación. Evitar imprescindi-
blemente toda clase de golpes o impactos
en la herramienta sujetada.
Trabajar únicamente con herramientas que
no estén desequilibradas.

Hay que observar las prescripciónes
de prevención de accidentes!
Es imprescindible observar el máximo del
número de revoluciones, el avance y otras
instrucciones específicas del fabricante
de las herramientas.
3.9 La garantía caduca si defectos o
repercusiones de éstos son consecuencia
de modificaciones o reparaciones por ma-
nos no autorizados por KaVo EWL.

2. Electrical connection
Check that voltage and frequency match
the data given for the HF-converter.
3. Fitting and commencing operati-
on of HF-Motor-Spindle EWL 4010
3.1 Cooling air inlet and outlet must not
be obstructed.
3.2 No foreign bodies or lubricants must
be sucked in with the cooling air.
3.3 The HF-Motor-Spindle EWL 4010
must not be flooded with coolant or
lubricants.
3.4 When mounting the spindle pay
attention to a completely cylindrical sea-
ting.
3.5 Please apply no violence at all.
3.6 The spindle can be clamped on its
whole casing length. It is recommended to
clamp a large surface, and if possible in the
middle of the spindle.
3.7 Mind the direction of rotation (see
arrow on the type plate).
3.8 Operate the HF-Motor-Spindle EWL
4010 only with a tool or test pin fitted. It is
essential not to subject the fitted tool to jolts
or impacts.
Use only tools free of unbalance.

Regulations for the prevention of
accidents are to be observed!
Permitted max. speed, forward feed and
further specific instructions indicated by the
manufacturer are to be observed.
3.9 Any liability shall be excluded if de-
fects or the consequences thereof are due
to manipulation of or modification to the
product by the customer or by any third
parties not authorized by Kavo EWL.

2. Elektro-Anschluß
Prüfen, ob Spannung und Frequenz-
angaben mit den Daten des SF-Umrichters
übereinstimmen.
3. Einbau und Inbetriebnahme von
SF-Motorspindel EWL 4010
3.1 Kühlluftein- und -austritt sind unbe-
dingt freizuhalten.
3.2 Mit der Kühlluft dürfen keinerlei
Fremdkörper oder Schmierstoffe ange-
saugt werden.
3.3 Die SF-Motorspindel EWL 4010 darf
nicht von Kühl-oder Schmiermitteln überflu-
tet werden.
3.4 Beim Einbau der Spindel ist auf voll-
kommen zylindrische Aufnahme zu achten.
3.5 Bitte keinerlei Gewalt anwenden.
3.6 Es kann über die gesamte Mantel-
länge gespannt werden. Jedoch ist zu emp-
fehlen, großflächig und möglichst in der
Spindelmitte zu spannen.
3.7 Auf korrekte Drehrichtung gemäß
Drehrichtungspfeil auf Typenschild ist zu
achten.
3.8 SF-Motorspindel EWL 4010 nur mit
eingespanntem Werkzeug oder Prüfstift
betreiben. Stöße oder Schläge gegen das
eingespannte Werkzeug unbedingt vermei-
den.
Nur mit unwuchtfreien Werkzeugen arbei-
ten.

Unfallverhütungs-Vorschriften sind
zu beachten.
Diezulässigen Höchstdrehzahlen,Vorschub
sowie weitere spezifische Vorschriften des
Werkzeugherstel-lers sind zu beachten.
3.9 Der Garantie-Anspruch erlischt,
wenn Defekte oder ihre Folgen darauf beru-
hen können, daß der Kunde oder nicht von
KaVo EWL autorisierte Dritte Eingriffe oder
Veränderungen am Produkt vornehmen.
