The 3Uchassisseriestransceiverisdesignedusing advancedASICand high-speed DSP
technologies.Thisseriesemploys multiplexing techniquestotransmitand receive1-4
channelofVideo,1-2channelsimplexorbi-directionalDataoverasingle-mode or
multi-mode opticalfiberinalldigitalsignalingwithno compression;making itidealfor
applicationswhereinput signalintegrityand qualitymust be maintained and no loss should
be induced. Becausethe seriesutilizesall-digital, non-compression technology,itisableto
transmitsignalswithoutdistortion;whereasthe analog technologyinherentlynoisy,low
quality,longterminstabilityand susceptibletoelectromagneticallyandenvironmental
interference.Thisseriesacceptsavarietyofvideoinputs,suchasanalogordigitalvideo
recorder,DVD/VCD,digitalcamera,and CCTV.PAL,NTSCand SECAMstandardsare
supported.It supportsstandardRS232/RS422/2wiresRS485 or4wiresRS485 data
pan-tilt-zoomcontrolsignaling.Plug-and-Playdesignensureseaseofinstallationandno
electricaloropticaladjustmentisrequired.LEDindicatorsareprovided forshowing
operatingstatus.
