Informationen zur Wartung
Die regelmäßige Wartung der Anlage ist für die Erhaltung der
Sicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit der Anlage notwendig. Nationale
und regionale Normen und Vorschriften zur Sanitärinstallation und
-wartung vorrangig befolgen.
Bei Fehlfunktionen aufgrund von versäumter oder falscher Wartung
entfällt die Gewährleistung. Sie können die Wartung und Inbetrieb-
nahme auf Anfrage auch von Kemper durchführen lassen.
Wartungsintervalle
Der Kaltwasserkühler muss 1x jährlich nach Herstellerangaben
gewartet werden. Beachten Sie auch die Anforderungen in DIN EN
806-5.
Sicherheitshinweise
Beachten und befolgen Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise in
dieser Anleitung. Das Nichtbeachten der Sicherheitshinweise kann
zum Tod, zu Verletzungen oder zu Sachschäden führen.

Lesen Sie diese Wartungsanleitung vor der Wartung sorgfältig und
folgen Sie den Anweisungen!
Befolgen Sie auch die Hinweise in der separat beiliegenden Monta-
ge- und Bedienungsanleitung und der Serviceanleitung.
Anleitung immer an den aktuellen Anlagenbetreiber weitergeben
und zur späteren Verfügung aufbewahren!
Abbildungen in dieser Anleitung dienen dem grundsätzlichen Ver-
ständnis und können von der tatsächlichen Ausführung abweichen.
Diese Anleitung ist urheberrechtlich geschützt. Das Urheberrecht
liegt beim Hersteller.

Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Sanitärfachkräfte und den Anlagen-
betreiber. Die Wartung der Anlage darf nur von Sanitärfachkräften
durchgeführt werden, die zusätzlich im Bereich der Elektroinstallati-
on unterwiesen sind.

Hinweis!
Sachschäden durch Frost!
Die Rohrleitungen können bei Frost beschädigt
werden.
Versetzen Sie das Betriebsmittel mit Frostschutz, wenn
der Kühlkreislauf nach draußen geführt wird.
Beachten sie die maximalen und minimalen Be-
triebstemperaturen.
Hinweis!
Sachschäden durch Wasser!
Austretendes Wasser bzw.Tauwasserbildung kann zu
Sachschäden an dem Kaltwasserkühler und dessen
Umgebung führen.
Sperren Sie die Rohrleitungen vor Arbeiten daran ab.
Prüfen Sie die Bauteile, Dichtungen und Dämmungen
auf Funktionsfähigkeit.
Hinweis!
Sachschäden durch falsche Reinigungsmittel!
Nach der Anlagenreinigung können sich Reste von
Reinigungsmitteln in der Anlage benden.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich geeignete Reinigungs-
mittel ohne Schaumbildung nach DVGWW291/ W 319.
Entfernen Sie eventuelle Reinigungsmittelreste voll-
ständig aus der Anlage.

Gefahr! Elektrischer Strom!
Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
Bei Arbeiten an spannungsführenden Bauteilen
besteht unmittelbare Lebensgefahr durch einen
Stromschlag.
• Lassen Sie Arbeiten an der Anlage nur von
Sanitärfachkräften, die in der Elektroinstallation
unterwiesen sind, ausführen.
• Schalten Sie die Anlage vor Arbeiten daran
spannungsfrei.
• Halten Sie die Arbeitsumgebung trocken

Verletzungsgefahr durch unsachgemäße Installation!
Bei unsachgemäßer Installation der Sanitär- und
Elektroteile besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
• Die Montage, Reparatur und Wartung darf nur
durch eine Sanitärfachkraft erfolgen.
• Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen und Anschluss-
schemata in dieser Anleitung.
• Halten Sie die in den technischen Daten ange-
gebenen Anforderungen an Leistung, Maße und
Einsatzbereich ein.
• Befolgen Sie die nationalen und regionalen
Normen und Vorschriften zur Sanitär- sowie zur
Elektroinstallation und zur Unfallverhütung.
• Stellen Sie den Kaltwasserkühler eben auf und
beachten Sie die Kennzeichnungen auf dem
Kaltwasserkühler.
Warnung!
Gesundheitsgefahr durch Betriebsmittel auf Glykolbasis!
Die Vermischung von Trink- und Nichttrinkwasser
kann zu gesundheitlichen Schäden führen.
• Beachten Sie die Hinweise im Sicherheitsdaten-
blatt des Glykolherstellers.
Warnung!
Gesundheitsgefahr durch Rückstände in Zuleitungen!
Nach der Installation, Ergänzung von Zubehör oder
Wartungsarbeiten können sich mikrobiologische Rück-
stände in den Zuleitungen benden.
Spülen Sie die Zuleitungen nach den angegebenen Tätig-
keiten immer nach DIN EN 806-5 und VDI/DVGW 6023.

Info
Die Haube kann nur abgenommen werden, wenn zuvor
der Stecker gelöst wurde. Dadurch können keine Arbeiten
an den Bauteilen unter Spannung vorgenommen werden.
Der Kaltwasserkühler ist so von der Energiequelle ge-
trennt und gegen Wiedereinschalten gesichert.

Information on maintenance
Regular maintenance of the system is necessary in order to
maintain the safety and functionality of the system. Give priority,
however, to national and regional standards and regulations on
plumbing installation and maintenance.
Malfunctions due to a lack of or incorrect maintenance are not
covered by the warranty.You can also have the commissio-
ning and maintenance of the system carried out by Kemper, on
request.
Maintenance intervals
The cold water chiller must be serviced 1x a year according to
the manufacturer's instructions. Observe also the requirements
stipulated in DIN EN 806-5.
Safety instructions
Be sure to read and follow the safety instructions in this manual.
Failure to follow the safety instructions can result in injury or
even death and in damage to property.
Safety instructions are identied by symbols. The safety instruc-
tions are introduced by signal words that express the extent of
the hazard.

Safety instructions
Note!
Equipment damage due to frost!
The pipework may be damaged if exposed to frost.
• Add anti-freeze to the process medium if the
cooling circuit is routed outdoors.
• Observe the maximum and minimum operating
temperatures.
Note!
Equipment damage due to water!
Escaping water or the formation of condensation can
lead to material damage to the cold water chiller and
its surroundings.
• Shut off the pipework before starting work on
the system.
• Inspect the components, seals and insulation
materials for proper function.
Note!
Equipment damage caused by wrong cleaning agents!
Residues of cleaning agents may remain in the system
after cleaning.
• Use only suitable non-foaming cleaning agents in
accordance with DVGW W 291 / W 319.
• Remove any residues of cleaning agent comple-
tely from the system.

Work on live components entails an immediate risk of
a fatal electric shock.
• Have work carried out only by plumbing speci-
alists who have received training in electrical
installation work.
• Disconnect the system from the power supply
before starting work on it.

Improper installation of the plumbing and electrical
parts can create a risk of injury.
• Installation, repair and maintenance may only be
carried out by a plumbing specialist.
• Follow the instructions and wiring diagrams in
this manual.
• Observe the requirements for performance,
dimensions and area of application specied in
the technical data.
• Observe all national and regional standards and
regulations on plumbing and electrical installati-
on and on accident prevention.
• Install the cold water chiller level and observe
the markings on the chiller.

Health hazard from process media!
Mixing of drinking and non-drinking water can result
in a danger to health.
• Observe the glycol manufacturer’s instructions in
the safety data sheet.
Warning!
Health hazard from residues in supply lines!
After installation, addition of accessories or main-
tenance work, there may be microbiological residues
in the supply lines.
•Always ush the supply lines in accordance with
DIN EN 806-5 and VDI/DVGW 6023 after carrying
out such work.

Before starting maintenance
Info
The hood can only be removed after the plug has been
removed. Work on live components is therefore not pos-
sible. The cold water chiller is thus disconnected from the
power source and protected against restarting.

La garantie est annulée en cas de dysfonctionnements dus à un
manque de maintenance ou à une maintenance incorrecte. Vous
pouvez, sur demande, coner la mise en service et la maintenance à
Kemper.

Le refroidisseur d’eau froide doit faire l’objet d’une maintenan-
ce annuelle conformément aux indications du fabricant. Veuillez
également tenir compte des exigences indiquées dans la norme DIN
EN 806-5.

Il y a un danger de mort immédiat dû à une électrocu-
tion en cas de travaux sur les pièces sous tension.
• Conez uniquement les travaux sur l’installati-
on à des spécialistes en sanitaire qui ont reçu
une formation dans le domaine de l’installation
électrique.
• Mettez impérativement l’installation hors tension
avant tous travaux.
• Veillez à ce que l’environnement de travail soit
toujours sec.
Avertissement!
Risque de blessures dû à une installation incorrecte!
Il existe un risque de blessure en cas d’installation
incorrecte des pièces sanitaires et électriques.
• Uniquement un spécialiste en sanitaire est
autorisé à effectuer le montage, la réparation et
l’entretien.
• Suivez les instructions et les schémas de raccor-
dement de cette notice.

les conduites d’alimentation!
Il peut y avoir des résidus microbiologiques dans les
conduites d’alimentation après l’installation, l’ajout
d’accessoires ou les travaux de maintenance.
Rincez systématiquement les conduites après les
opérations mentionnées ci-dessus conformément aux
normes DIN EN 806-5 et VDI/ DVGW 6023.
Remarque!
Dégâts matériels dus au gel!
Le gel peut endommager les conduites.
• Mélangez le produit de service avec un produit an-
tigel lorsque le circuit de refroidissement est dirigé
vers l’extérieur.
• Respectez les températures de service minimales et
maximales.
Remarque!
Dommages matériels dus à l’eau!
Une sortie d’eau ou la formation d’eau de condensation
peut provoquer des dommages matériels sur le refroidis-
seur d’eau froide et dans son environnement.
• Bloquez les conduites avant tous travaux.
• Vériez le bon fonctionnement des pièces, des joints
et des éléments d’isolation.
Remarque!
Dommages matériels dus à des détergents inappropriés!
Il peut rester des détergents dans l’installation après le
nettoyage du système.
• Utilisez uniquement des détergents appropriés sans
moussage conformes aux normes DVGW W 291 / W
319.
• Eliminez entièrement les éventuels résidus de net-
toyage de l’installation.

Avant la maintenance
Info
Il n’est possible d’enlever le capot qu’après avoir retiré
la che. Cela permet d’éviter d’effectuer des travaux sur
des pièces sous tension. Le refroidisseur d’eau froide est
ainsi séparé de la source d’énergie et est protégé contre
toute remise en marche.

Contrôler le clapet anti-retour selon la norme
DIN 806-5 tableau A.1..
• Amenez le dispositif d’arrêt à la position ouverte et fermée.
• Fermez le robinet.
• Vériez l’absence de saleté au niveau de l’insert (de la cartou-
che) du clapet anti-retour.
• Ouvrez l’ouverture située en dessous.
Si de l’eau coule, il faut nettoyer ou remplacer le clapet anti-retour.

Informazioni sulla manutenzione
La manutenzione regolare dell’impianto è necessaria per mantener-
ne la sicurezza e la funzionalità. Attenersi in modo prioritario alle
norme e alle disposizioni nazionali e regionali in materia di impianti
sanitari e della loro manutenzione.
In caso di malfunzionamenti dovuti a manutenzione errata o non
eseguita la garanzia decade. Su richiesta, è possibile afdare a Kem-
per la manutenzione e la messa in servizio dell’impianto.
Intervalli di manutenzione
Il raffreddatore di acqua fredda deve essere sottoposto a manu-
tenzione una volta all'anno in base alle indicazioni del produttore.
Attenersi anche a quanto richiesto dalla norma DIN EN 806-5.
Avvertenze di sicurezza
Attenersi scrupolosamente alle avvertenze di sicurezza riportate

Obblighi del gestore dell’impianto
Il gestore dell’impianto è la persona che utilizza il raffreddatore di
acqua fredda per ambienti a destinazione commerciale e che deve
provvedere al suo funzionamento sicuro e a mantenerlo in buone
condizioni d’esercizio.
