The knife bl de is the most vers tile of ll
the tt chments. The length of the
processing time will determine the texture
chieved. For co rser textures use the
pulse control.
Use the knife bl de for c ke nd p stry

veget bles, nuts, p te, dips, pureeing
soups nd to lso m ke crumbs from
biscuits nd bre d. It c n lso be used for
ye sted dough mixes if the dough tool is
not supplied.

into cubes pproxim tely 2cm/3⁄4in before processing.
●Biscuits should be broken into pieces nd dded down the feed
tube whilst the m chine is running.
●When m king p stry use f t str ight from the fridge cut into
2cm/3⁄4in.cubes.
●T ke c re not to over-process.

●Pl ce the dry ingredients in the bowl nd dd the liquid down the
feed tube whilst the m chine is running. Process until smooth
el stic b ll of dough is formed this will t ke 60 - 90 secs.
●Re-kne d by h nd only. Re-kne ding in the bowl is not
recommended s it m y c use the processor to become
unst ble.

1 Fit the drive sh ft nd bowl onto the
power unit.
2 Push e ch be ter securely into the drive
he d .
3 Fit the whisk by c refully turning until it
drops over the drive sh ft.
4 Add the ingredients.
5 Fit the lid - ensuring the end of the sh ft loc tes into the centre
of the lid.
6 Switch on.

blend c nopy with the knife bl de. It
llows you to incre se the liquid
processing c p city from 1 litre to 1.5
litres, prevents le king nd improves the
chopping perform nce of the bl de.
1 Fit the drive sh ft nd bowl onto the
power unit.
2Fit the knife bl de.
3 Add ingredients to be processed.
4Fit the c nopy over the top of the bl de
ensuring it sits on the ledge inside the bowl
. Do not push down on the
cnopy, hold by the centre grip.
5 Fit the lid nd switch on.

the disc onto the drive sh ft with the
ppropri te side uppermost .
3 Fit the lid.
4 Choose which size feed tube you
w nt to use. The pusher cont ins
sm ller feed tube for processing
individu l items or thin ingredients.
To use the sm ll feed tube - first put
the l rge pusher inside the feed tube.
To use the l rge feed tube - use both
pushers together.
5 Put the food in the feed tube.
6 Switch on nd push down evenly with the pusher - never put
your fingers in the feed tube.
