you connect the ignition wire (re

the illumination wire (orange)
to
the
negative ground point, you may
ca
use a
short circuit, that in turn may start a fire.
Always connect those wires to the power
source running through
the
fuse box.

• Make sure to ground the unit to a
negative 12V DC power supply.
• Do not install the unit
in
a spot exposed
to direct sunlight

excessive heat and/
or
humidity.
• Do
not
use your own screws. Use only
screws provided.
If
you use
the
wrong
screws you could damage the unit.

• If
your vessel ignition does not have an
ACC protection, connect the ignition wire
to a
power
source thatcan
be
turned on
and
off with the key or othercontrol
switch.
If
the receiver is left
on
for an
extended period
of
time the battery may
die.
• If
the
fuse blows, first make sure the
wires aren't touching to cause a short
circuit. Then replace the old fuse with one
of
the same rating.
• Insulate unconnected wires with vinyl
tape
or
other similar material.
To
prevent
a short circuit
do
not
remove
the
caps on
the ends ofthe unconnected wires
or
the
terminals.
• After installing the unit, check to make
sure thatelectrical equipment such
as
the
signal lamps and gauges operate
normally.

Installation
1.
Set the gasketto the place where the KCA-RC35MR is
to
be
installed
and pierce with a drill bit for wiring harness and the installation.
2. Fix the KCA-RC35MR
as
shown
in
figure.

• Si un fusible saute, assurez-vous d'abord que
les cables n'ontpas cause

court-circuit puis
remplacez
le
vieux fusible par un nouveau
de
meme valeur.
• lsolez les cables non-Gonnectes
avec
un ruban
de
vinyle ou d'un autre materiel similaire. Pour
eviler
les
courts-circuits, ne retirez pas non plus
les
ca
puc
hons al'extremite des cables non-
connectes au des prises.
