2 Grundlegende Hinweise

2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die von Ihnen erworbene Waage dient zum Bestimmen des

Wägewertes von Wägegut. Sie ist zur Verwendung als

„nichtselbsttätige Waage“ vorgesehen, d.h. das Wägegut wird

manuell, vorsichtig angehängt. Nach Erreichen eines stabilen

Wägewertes kann der Wägewert abgelesen werden.

2.2 Sachwidrige Verwendung

Waage nicht für dynamische Verwiegungen verwenden.

Werden kleine Mengen vom Wägegut entnommen oder

zugeführt, so können durch die in der Waage vorhandene

„Stabilitätskompensation“ falsche Wägeergebnisse angezeigt

werden! (Beispiel: Langsames herausfließen von

Flüssigkeiten aus einem an der Waage hängendem Behälter.)

Keine Dauerlast an der Waage hängen lassen. Diese kann

das Messwerk beschädigen.

Stöße und Überlastungen der Waage über die angegebene

Höchstlast (Max), abzüglich einer eventuell bereits

vorhandenen Taralast, unbedingt vermeiden. Waage könnte

hierdurch beschädigt werden (Bruchgefahr).

Achtung:

ÖVergewissern Sie sich, daß sich niemals Menschen oder

Gegenstände unter der Last befinden , die verletzt oder

beschädigt werden könnten!

ÖDie Waage ist ungeeignet zum Verwiegen von

Menschen!

ÖDie Waage entspricht nicht dem Medizinproduktegesetz

(MPG).

Waage niemals in explosionsgefährdeten Räumen betreiben.

Die Serienausführung ist nicht Ex-geschützt.

Die Waage darf nicht konstruktiv verändert werden. Dies kann

zu falschen Wägeergebnissen, sicherheitstechnischen

Mängeln sowie der Zerstörung der Waage führen.

Die Waage darf nur gemäß den beschriebenen Vorgaben

eingesetzt werden.

Abweichende Einsatzbereiche/Anwendungsgebiete sind von

KERN schriftlich freizugeben.

2.3 Gewährleistung

Gewährleistung erlischt bei

•Nichtbeachten unserer Vorgaben in der Betriebsanleitung

•Verwendung außerhalb der beschriebenen

Anwendungen

•Veränderung oder öffnen des Gerätes,

mechanische Beschädigung, und Beschädigung durch

Medien, Flüssigkeiten

•natürlichem Verschleiß und Abnützung

•nicht sachgemäße Aufstellung oder elektrische

Installation

•Überlastung des Messwerkes

2.4 Prüfmittelüberwachung

Im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung müssen die

messtechnischen Eigenschaften der Waage und eines

eventuell vorhandenen Prüfgewichtes in regelmäßigen

Abständen überprüft werden. Der verantwortliche Benutzer

hat hierfür ein geeignetes Intervall sowie die Art und den

Umfang dieser Prüfung zu definieren. Informationen bezüglich

der Prüfmittelüberwachung von Waagen sowie die hierfür

notwendigen Prüfgewichte sind auf der KERN-Hompage

(www.kern-sohn.com) verfügbar. In seinem akkreditiertem

DKD-Kalibrierlaboratorium können bei KERN schnell und

kostengünstig Prüfgewichte und Waagen kalibriert werden

(Rückführung auf das nationale Normal).

3 Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise

ÖHängewaage nicht zum Transport von Lasten verwenden

ÖHängewaage niemals über die angegebene Höchstlast

hinaus belasten (!!Bruchgefahr!!).

ÖEs ist stets darauf zu achten, dass sich unter der Last

keine Lebewesen oder Gegenstände befinden, die

Schaden nehmen könnten.

ÖStöße, Verwindungen (Torsion) und Pendeln (z.B. durch

schräges Anhängen) jeglicher Art verhindern.

3.1 Hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung beachten

Lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung vor Inbetriebnahme

sorgfältig durch, selbst dann, wenn Sie bereits über

Erfahrungen mit KERN-Waagen verfügen.

3.2 Ausbildung des Personals

Das Gerät darf nur von geschulten Mitarbeitern bedient und

gepflegt werden

4 Transport und Lagerung

4.1 Kontrolle bei Übernahme

Überprüfen Sie bitte die Verpackung sofort beim Eingang

sowie das Gerät beim Auspacken auf eventuell sichtbare

äußere Beschädigungen.

4.2 Verpackung

Bewahren Sie alle Teile der Originalverpackung für einen

eventuell notwendigen Rücktransport auf.

Für Rücktransport ist nur die Originalverpackung zu

verwenden.

5 Auspacken, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme

5.1 Aufstellort, Einsatzort

Die Waagen sind so konstruiert, dass unter den üblichen

Einsatzbedingungen zuverlässige Wägeergebnisse erzielt

werden.

Exakt und schnell arbeiten Sie, wenn Sie den richtigen

Einsatzort für Ihre Waage wählen.

Beachten Sie deshalb am Einsatzort folgendes:

•extreme Wärme sowie Temperaturschwankungen z.B.

durch Verwendung neben der Heizung oder direkte

Sonneneinstrahlung vermeiden;

•Waage vor direktem Luftzug durch geöffnete Fenster und

Türen schützen;

•Erschütterungen während des Wägens vermeiden;

•Waage vor hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, Dämpfen und Staub

schützen;

•Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht über längere Zeit starker

Feuchtigkeit aus. Eine nicht erlaubte Betauung

(Kondensation von Luftfeuchtigkeit am Gerät) kann

auftreten, wenn ein kaltes Gerät in eine wesentlich

wärmere Umgebung gebracht wird. Akklimatisieren Sie in

diesem Fall das Gerät ca. 2 Stunden bei

Raumtemperatur.

•statische Aufladung von Wägegut und Wägebehälter

vermeiden.

Beim Auftreten von elektromagnetischen Feldern, bei

statischen Aufladungen sowie bei instabiler Stromversorgung

sind große Anzeigeabweichungen (falsche Wägeergebnisse)

möglich. Der Standort muss dann gewechselt werden.

5.2 Auspacken

Die Waage vorsichtig aus der Verpackung nehmen,

Plastikhülle entfernen.

5.4 Batteriebetrieb/Auto OFF-Funktion

Batteriedeckel an Waagenrückseite herausschieben. 2

Batterien (AAA 1,5V) einlegen. Batteriedeckel wieder

einschieben. Sind die Batterien verbraucht, erscheint im

Waagendisplay “LO”. ON/OFF-Taste drücken und sofort

Batterien wechseln. Zur Batterieschonung schaltet die Waage

nach 4 Minuten ohne Wägung ab. Diese Auto Off-Funktion

können Sie jedoch wie folgt deaktivieren:

ÖBei ausgeschalteter Waage die HOLD-Taste drücken

und gedrückt halten

ÖHOLD-Taste nicht loslassen. ON/OFF/TARE-Taste

ebenfalls drücken und gedrückt halten

ÖON/OFF/TARE-Taste gedrückt halten, jedoch die HOLD-

Taste loslassen

ÖHOLD-Taste erneut drücken

ÖBeide Tasten gedrückt halten bis im Display “tr” erscheint

ÖBeide Tasten loslassen. Die Waage befindet sich im

Menü.

ÖON/OFF/TARE-Taste betätigen bis „AF“ erscheint. Die

Auswahl der Auto Off-Funktion mit der HOLD-Taste

bestätigen

ÖIn der Anzeige erscheint die aktuelle Einstellung „ON“

oder „OFF“. Mit der ON/OFF/TARE-Taste können Sie

zwischen „ON“ oder „OFF“ wählen. Bestätigen Sie Ihre

Auswahl mit der HOLD-Taste. Nach kurzer Zeit kehrt die

Waage automatisch in den Wägemodus zurück.

6 Justierung

Da der Wert der Erdbeschleunigung nicht an jedem Ort der

Erde gleich ist, muss jede Waage – gemäß dem zugrunde

liegenden physikalischen Wägeprinzip – am Aufstellort auf die

dort herrschende Erdbeschleunigung abgestimmt werden (nur

wenn die Waage nicht bereits im Werk auf den Aufstellort

justiert wurde). Dieser Justiervorgang, muss bei der ersten

Inbetriebnahme, nach jedem Standortwechsel sowie bei

Schwankungen der Umgebungstemperatur durchgeführt

werden. Um genaue Messwerte zu erhalten, empfiehlt es sich

zudem, die Waage auch im Wägebetrieb periodisch zu

justieren.

6.1 Justieren

Mit einem Justiergewicht ist die Waagengenauigkeit jederzeit

überprüfbar und neu einstellbar.

Vorgehen bei der Justierung:

Stabile Umgebungsbedingungen beachten. Eine kurze

Anwärmzeit von ca. 1 Minute zur Stabilisierung ist

zweckmäßig. Waage einschalten. Unit-Taste drücken und

gedrückt halten (ca. 15 sec), im Display erscheint zuerst kurz

„CAL “, anschließend erscheint die genaue Größe des

Justiergewichtes. Justiergewicht anhängen, kurze Zeit später

erscheint „ F“, die Waage kehrt automatisch in den

Wägemodus zurück.

Bei einem Justierfehler oder falschem Justiergewicht

erscheint „ E“ im Display, Justiervorgang wiederholen.

7 Bedienung

7.1 Wägen

•Die Waage wird durch Drücken der Taste „ON/OFF/TARE“

eingeschaltet.

•Die Waage zeigt „0.0“.

•Wägegut anhängen.

•In der Anzeige erscheint der Wägewert.

•Ist das Wägegut schwerer als der Wägebereich, erscheint

im Display „E“ (=Überlast).

•Die Waage wird durch langes Drücken der Taste

„ON/OFF/TARE“ ausgeschaltet.

7.2 Wägeeinheitenumschaltung

Mit der Unit-Taste können sie die Anzeige zwischen lb, kg

und Numschalten. Das Xkennzeichnet die aktive

Einstellung.

7.3 Tarieren

•Waage mit ON/OFF/TARE-Taste einschalten und „0“-

Anzeige abwarten. Taralast anhängen und ON/OFF/TARE -

Taste drücken.

•Waagenanzeige springt auf „0.0“. Das Gewicht der Taralast

ist intern gespeichert. Wägegut kann nun in das Taragefäß

eingefüllt und der Wägewert abgelesen werden.

7.4 Funktionen

Mit der Hold-Taste können folgende Funktionen aktiviert

werden:

7.4.1 Data-Hold Funktion

Mit der Data-Hold Funktion können Wägewerte im Display für

längere Zeit fixiert angezeigt werden. Je nach Einsatzbereich

können Sie zwischen 4 Einstellungen wählen (H1 – H4).

ÖWaage einschalten, HOLD-Taste gedrückt halten bis die

aktuelle Einstellung „Hx“ (H1 – H6) erscheint.

ÖON/OFF/TARE-Taste so oft betätigen bis Ihre

gewünschte Einstellung (H1-H4) erscheint.

ÖMit der HOLD-Taste Ihre Einstellung bestätigen

ÖWägegut anhängen

ÖDer Wägewert wird abhängig von Ihrer Einstellung

(H1 – H4) fixiert angezeigt (siehe Tab. Kap. 7.4),

symbolisiert durch das [S] links oben.

7.4.2 Tierwägefunktion

Diese Funktion eignet sich für unruhige Wägeprozeduren.

Das Ergebnis ist ein Mittelwert aus 16 Wägewerten, der

innerhalb 3 Sekunden ermittelt wird.

ÖWaage einschalten, HOLD-Taste gedrückt halten bis die

aktuelle Einstellung „Hx“ (H1 – H6) erscheint.

ÖON/OFF/TARE-Taste so oft betätigen bis „H5“ erscheint.

ÖMit der HOLD-Taste Ihre Einstellung bestätigen

ÖWägegut anhängen

ÖHOLD-Taste drücken, die Anzeige zählt rückwärts von

3 -1. Der errechnete Mittelwert wird angezeigt,

symbolisiert durch das [S] links oben.

ÖFür weitere Messungen zuvor die ON/OFF/TARE-Taste

betätigen

7.4.3 Spitzenwertfunktion

Diese Funktion zeigt den höchsten Lastwert (Spitzenwert)

einer Wägung an.

Messfrequenz : 200ms

Achtung:

Der Spitzenwert darf die Waage niemals über die

angegebene Höchstlast hinaus belasten

(!!Bruchgefahr!!).

ÖWaage einschalten, HOLD-Taste gedrückt halten bis die

aktuelle Einstellung „Hx“ (H1 – H6) erscheint.

ÖON/OFF/TARE -TASTE -Taste so oft betätigen bis „H6“

erscheint.

ÖMit der HOLD-Taste Ihre Einstellung bestätigen

ÖWägegut anhängen

ÖDer Spitzenwert wird für kurze Zeit eingeblendet,

symbolisiert durch das [S] links oben. Die Waage geht

automatisch auf Null zurück und ist für weitere

Messungen bereit.

8 Wartung, Instandhaltung, Entsorgung

8.1 Reinigen

Benutzen Sie bitte keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel

(Lösungsmittel o.ä.), sondern nur ein mit milder Seifenlauge

angefeuchtetes Tuch. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine

Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eindringt und reiben Sie mit einem

trockenen, weichen Tuch nach.

8.2 Wartung, Instandhaltung

Das Gerät darf nur von geschulten und von KERN

autorisierten Servicetechnikern geöffnet werden.

8.3 Entsorgung

Die Entsorgung von Verpackung und Gerät ist vom Betreiber

nach gültigem nationalem oder regionalem Recht des

Benutzerortes durchzuführen.

9 Kleine Pannenhilfe

Bei einer Störung im Programmablauf sollte die Waage kurz

ausgeschaltet werden. Der Wägevorgang muss dann wieder

von vorne begonnen werden.

Beim Auftreten anderer Fehlermeldungen Waage aus- und

nochmals einschalten. Bleibt Fehlermeldung erhalten,

Hersteller benachrichtigen.

2 Basic instructions

2.1 Proper use

The balance you purchased is intended to determine the

weighing value of material to be weighed. It is intended to be

used as a “non-automatic“ balance, i.e. the material to be

weighed is manually and carefully suspended. As soon as a

stable weighing value is reached the weighing value can be

read.

2.2 Improper Use

Do not use balance for dynamic weighings. In the event that

small quantities are removed or added to the material to be

weighed, incorrect weighing results can be displayed due to the

“stability compensation“ in the balance. (Example: Slowly drain-

ing fluids from a container suspended on the balance.) No

permanent load must remain on the balance. This may dam-

age the measuring system.

Impacts and overloading exceeding the stated maximum load

(max) of the balance, minus a possibly existing tare load, must

be strictly avoided. Balance may be damaged by this (danger

of breaking).

Caution:

ÖMake sure that never persons or objects are under the

load which could be injuried or damaged!

ÖThe balance is not suitable for weighing persons!

ÖThe balance does not correspond to the law of medical

products (MPG).

Never operate balance in explosive environment. The serial

version is not explosion protected.

The structure of the balance may not be modified. This may

lead to incorrect weighing results, safety-related faults and

destruction of the balance.

The balance may only be used according to the described

conditions.

Other areas of use must be released by KERN in writing.

2.3 Warranty

Warranty claims shall be voided in case

•Our conditions in the operation manual are ignored

•The appliance is used outside the described uses

•The appliance is modified or opened,

mechanical damage and damage caused by media, liquids

•Natural wear and tear

•The appliance is improperly set up or incorrectly electri-

cally connected

•The measuring system is overloaded

2.4 Monitoring of Test Resources

In the framework of quality assurance the measuring-related

properties of the balance and, if applicable, the testing weight,

must be checked regularly. The responsible user must define a

suitable interval as well as type and scope of this test. Informa-

tion is available on KERN’s home page (www.kern-sohn.com)

with regard to the monitoring of balance test substances and

the test weights required for this. In KERN’s accredited DKD

calibration laboratory test weights and balances may be cali-

brated (return to the national standard) fast and at moderate

cost.

3 Basic Safety Precautions

ÖDo not use the suspended balance for conveying loads

ÖNever exceed the maximum permitted load (!!Danger of

breaking!!).

ÖAlways ensure that there are no persons, animals or

objects that might be damaged underneath the load.

ÖAvoid any kind of shock, torsion and oscillating (e.g.

caused by inclined suspending)

3.1 Pay attention to the instructions in the Operation Man-

ual

Carefully read this operation manual before commissioning,

even if you are already familiar with KERN balances.

3.2 Personnel training

The appliance may only be operated and maintained by trained

personnel.

4 Transport and storage

4.1 Testing upon acceptance

When receiving the appliance, please check packaging imme-

diately, and the appliance itself when unpacking for possible

visible damage.

4.2 Packaging

Keep all parts of the original packaging in case you need to

return the appliance.

Only use original packaging for returning.

5 Unpacking, Setup and Commissioning

5.1 Installation Site, Location of Use

The balances are designed in a way that reliable weighing

results are achieved in common conditions of use.

You will work accurately and fast, if you select the right location

for your balance.

Therefore, observe the following for the installation site:

•Avoid extreme heat as well as temperature fluctuation

caused by using next to a radiator or in the direct sunlight;

•Protect the balance against direct draughts due to open

windows and doors;

•Avoid jarring during weighing;

•Protect the balance against high humidity, vapours and

dust;

•Do not expose the device to extreme dampness for longer

periods of time. Non-permitted condensation (condensa-

tion of air humidity on the appliance) may occur if a cold

appliance is taken to a considerably warmer environment.

In this case, acclimatize the appliance for ca. 2 hours at

room temperature.

•Avoid static charging of the material to be weighed, weigh-

ing container and windshield.

If electro-magnetic fields or static charge occur, or if the power

supply is unstable major deviations on the display (incorrect

weighing results) are possible. In that case, the location must

be changed.

5.2 Unpacking

Take the balance carefully out of the package and remove

the plastic cover.

5.3 Scope of delivery

5.4 Battery operation / Auto OFF function

Push out the battery cover on the balance backside. Insert 2

AAA batteries. Reinsert the battery cover. If the batteries are

empty, in the balance display appears “LO”. Press ON/OFF-

key and replace the batteries immediately. In order to save the

battery, the balance switches automatically off after 4 minutes

without weighing Deactivate this Auto-OFF function as follows:

ÖWhen the balance is switched off, press the HOLD-key

and keep it pressed

ÖDo not release the HOLD-key. Press also the

ON/OFF/TARE-key and keep it pressed

ÖKeep the ON/OFF/TARE-key pressed, however release

the HOLD-key

ÖPress HOLD-key anew

ÖKeep both keys pressed until in the display “tr” appears

ÖRelease both keys. The balance is situated in the menu.

ÖPress the ON/OFF/TARE-key until „AF“ appears. Confirm

the selection of the Auto Off-function using the HOLD-key

ÖIn the display appears the current setting „ON“ or „OFF“.

With help of the ON/OFF/TARE-key you can select be-

tween „ON“ or „OFF“. Confirm your selection with the

HOLD-key. After a short period the balance returns auto-

matically to weighing mode.

6 Adjustment

As the acceleration value due to gravity is not the same at

every location on earth, each balance must be coordinated - in

compliance with the underlying physical weighing principle - to

the existing acceleration due to gravity at its place of location

(only if the balance has not already been adjusted to the loca-

tion in the factory). This adjustment process must be carried

out during the initial start-up, after change in location and varia-

tion of surrounding temperature. To receive accurate measur-

ing values it is also recommended to adjust the balance peri-

odically in weighing operation.

6.1 Adjustment

With an adjustment weight, the weighing accuracy can be

checked and re-adjusted at any time.

Procedure when adjusting:

Observe stable environmental conditions. A short warming up

time of ca. 1 minute is recommended for stabilization. Switch

on balance Press the Unit-key and keep it pressed (approx. 15

sec), in the display first appears shortly „CAL “, after that there

appears the exact size of the adjustment weight. Suspend the

adjustment weight, a short time later appears „ F“, the balance

returns automatically to the weighing mode.

In case of an adjustment error or incorrect adjusting weight the

display will show "E"; repeat adjustment process.

7 Operation

7.1 Weighing

•The balance is switched on by pressing the „ON/OFF/TARE“

key.

•The balance displays „0.0“.

•Suspend material to be weighed.

•The weighing value appears in the display:

•If the material to be weighed is heavier than the weighing

range, the display will show "E" (=Overload).

•The balance is switched off by pressing the „ON/OFF/TARE“

key a longer time.

7.2 Weighing units switch-over

Using the Unit-key you can switch over the display between

kg, lb and N. The Xmarks the active setting.

7.3 Taring

•Switch on the balance using the ON/OFF/TARE-key and wait

for the „0“ display. Suspend the tare load and press the

ON/OFF/TARE -key.

•The balance display jumps to „0.0“. The weight of the tare

load is internally stored. The material to be weighed can now

be filled in the tare vessel and the weighing value can be

read.

7.4 Functions

With help of the Hold-key the following functions can be acti-

vated:

ing the Hold-key until another key is actuated

The weighing value is automatically frozen

after reaching a stable value until a key will

be actuated

H5 Animal weighing function

H6 Peak value function

7.4.1 Data-Hold function

With the Data-Hold function the weighing values in the display

can be fixly displayed for a longer time. According to the using

range you can select between 4 settings (H1 – H4).

ÖSwitch on the balance, keep the HOLD-key pressed until

the current setting „Hx“ (H1 – H6) appears.

This function displays the highest load value (peak value) of a

weighing.

Never exceed the maximum permitted load of the

8 Service, maintenance, disposal

8.1 Cleaning

Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents (solvents or

similar agents), but a cloth dampened with mild soap suds.

Ensure that no liquid penetrates into the device and wipe with a

dry soft cloth.

8.2 Service, maintenance

The appliance may only be opened by trained service techni-

cians who are authorized by KERN.

8.3 Disposal

Disposal of packaging and appliance must be carried out by

operator according to valid national or regional law of the loca-

tion where the appliance is used.

9 Instant help

In case of a fault in the program sequence, the balance should

be shortly switched off. The weighing process must then be

restarted from the beginning.

2 Remarques fondamentales

2.1 Utilisation conforme aux prescriptions

La balance que vous avez achetée sert à la détermination de

la valeur de pesée de matières devant être pesées. Elle est

conçue pour être utilisée comme „balance non automatique“,

c´à d. que les matières à peser sont accrochées manuelle-

ment et avec précaution. La valeur de pesée peut être lue une

fois stabilisée.

2.2 Utilisation inadéquate

Ne pas utiliser la balance pour des pesées dynamiques. Dans

le cas où de petites quantités des matières à peser sont reti-

rées ou ajoutées, le dispositif de « compensation de stabilité »

intégré dans la balance peut provoquer l´affichage de résul-

tats de pesée erronés. (Exemple : des liquides dégoulinent

lentement à partir d´un récipient accroché à la balance.) Ne

laissez pas suspendues des charges permanentes à la ba-

lance. A long terme, cette charge est susceptible

d´endommager le système de mesure.

Eviter impérativement de cogner la balance ou de charger

cette dernière au-delà de la charge maximale indiquée (Max.)

après déduction éventuelle d´une charge de tare déjà exis-

tante. Sinon, la balance pourrait être endommagée (risque de

rupture).

Attention:

ÖAssurez-vous qu’il n’y a personne ni rien en dessous de

la charge, qui risque d’être blessé ou endommagé!

ÖLa balance n’est pas appropriée à peser des personnes!

ÖLa balance n’est pas conforme à la loi allemande sur les

produits médicaux (MPG).

Ne jamais utiliser la balance dans des endroits où des explo-

sions sont susceptibles de se produire. Le modèle série n´est

pas équipé d´une protection contre les explosions.

Toute modification constructive de la balance est interdite.

Ceci pourrait provoquer des résultats de pesée erronés, des

défauts sur le plan de la technique de sécurité ainsi que la

destruction de la balance.

La balance ne doit être utilisée que selon les prescriptions

indiquées.

Les domaines d´utilisation/d´application dérogeant à ces der-

nières doivent faire l´objet d´une autorisation écrite délivrée

par KERN.

2.3 Garantie

La garantie n´est plus valable en cas

•de non-observation des prescriptions figurant dans notre

mode d´emploi

•d´utilisation outrepassant les applications décrites

•de modification ou d´ouverture de l´appareil

d´endommagement mécanique et d´endommagement lié

à des matières ou des liquides

•de surcharge du système de mesure

2.4 Vérification des moyens de contrôle

Les propriétés techniques de mesure de la balance et du

poids de contrôle éventuellement utilisé doivent être contrô-

lées à intervalles réguliers dans le cadre des contrôles

d´assurance qualité. A cette fin, l´utilisateur responsable doit

définir un intervalle de temps approprié ainsi que le type et

l´étendue de ce contrôle. Des informations concernant la

vérification des moyens de contrôle des balances ainsi que

les poids de contrôle nécessaires à cette opération sont dis-

ponibles sur le site KERN (www.kern-sohn.com). Grâce à son

laboratoire de calibrage accrédité DKD, KERN propose un

calibrage rapide et économique pour les poids d´ajustage et

les balances (sur la base du standard national).

3 Directives fondamentales de sécurité

ÖNe pas utiliser la balance suspendue pour le transport de

charges

ÖNe chargez jamais la balance suspendue au delà de la

charge maximale indiquée (!!risque de rupture!!).

ÖVeillez toujours, à ce qu’il n’y ait pas d’être vivant ou

d’objet sous la charge, qui risquerait d’être lésé ou en-

dommagé.

ÖEvitez les a-coups, les torsions et les mouvements pendulaires

(p. ex. par accrochage en biais) de toutes natures.

3.1 Observez les indications du mode d´emploi

Lisez attentivement la totalité de ce mode d´emploi avant la

mise en service de la balance, et ce même si vous avez déjà

utilisé des balances KERN.

3.2 Formation du personnel

L´appareil ne doit être utilisé et entretenu que par des collabo-

rateurs formés à cette fin.

4 Transport et stockage

4.1 Contrôle à la réception de l´appareil

Nous vous prions de contrôler l´emballage dès son arrivée et

de vérifier lors du déballage que l´appareil ne présente pas de

dommages extérieurs visibles.

4.2 Emballage

Conservez l´ensemble des pièces de l´emballage d´origine

pour le cas où l´appareil devrait être renvoyé au fabricant.

L´appareil ne peut être renvoyé que dans l´emballage

d´origine.

5 Déballage, installation et mise en service

5.1 Lieu d´installation, lieu d´utilisation

La balance a été construite de manière à pouvoir obtenir des résultats

de pesée fiables dans les conditions d´utilisation d´usage.

Vous pouvez travailler rapidement et avec précision à condi-

tion d´installer votre balance à un endroit approprié.

A cette fin, tenez compte des points suivants concernant

le lieu d´utilisation:

•Eviter d´exposer la balance à une chaleur extrême ainsi

qu’une fluctuation de temperature, par example en le pla-

çant près d´un chauffage, ou de l´exposer directement

aux rayons du soleil;

•Protéger la balance des courants d´air directs pouvant

être provoqués par des fenêtres ou des portes ouvertes;

•Eviter les secousses durant la pesée;

•Protéger la balance d´une humidité atmosphérique trop

élevée, des vapeurs et de la poussière;

•N´exposez pas trop longtemps la balance à une humidité

élevée. L´installation d´un appareil froid dans un endroit

nettement plus chaud peut provoquer l´apparition d´une

couche d´humidité (condensation de l´humidité atmos-

phérique sur l´appareil) non autorisée. Dans ce cas, lais-

sez l´appareil s´acclimater à la température ambiante

pendant env. 2 heures.

•Eviter une charge électrostatique des matières à peser,

du récipient et de la cage de pesée.

L´apparition de champs électromagnétiques ou de charges

électrostatiques, ainsi que électricité instable peut provoquer

des divergences d´affichage importantes (résultats de pesée

erronés). Il faut alors installer la balance à un autre endroit.

5.2 Déballage

Sortez avec précaution la balance de son emballage, reti-

rez la housse en plastique.

5.4 Régime sur piles / fonction automatique OFF

Sortez le couvercle du compartiment des piles au dos de la

balance. Insérez 2 piles AAA. Refermez le couvercle du com-

partiment des piles. Lorsque les piles sont usées apparaît sur

l’affichage de la balance “LO”. Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF

et remplacez de suite les piles. Pour protéger les piles, la

balance se met hors circuit en l’absence de pesage après 4

minutes. Vous pouvez cependant désactiver cette fonction

Auto Off de la façon suivante:

ÖAppelez la touche HOLD la balance étant hors circuit et

maintenez-la enclenchée

ÖNe relâchez pas la touche HOLD. Appelez également la

touche ON/OFF/TARE et maintenez-la enclenchée

ÖGardez la touche ON/OFF/TARE enclenchée, mais relâ-

chez cependant la touche HOLD

ÖAppelez de nouveau la touche HOLD

ÖMaintenez les deux touches enclenchées jusqu’à ce

qu’apparaisse “tr” sur l’écran d’affichage

ÖRelâchez les deux touches. La balance se trouve en

cours de menu.

ÖAppelez la touche ON/OFF/TARE jusqu’à ce

qu’apparaisse „AF“. Confirmez la sélection de la fonction

Auto Off sur la touche HOLD

ÖSur l’affichage apparaît maintenant le réglage actuel „ON“ ou

„OFF“. Sur la touche ON/OFF/TARE-vous pouvez maintenant

opter entre „ON“ ou „OFF“. Confirmez votre sélection sur la tou-

che HOLD. Peu de temps après la balance revient automati-

quement en mode de pesée.

6 Ajustage

Etant donné que la valeur d´accélération de la pesanteur varie

d´un lieu à l´autre sur la terre, il est nécessaire d´adapter

chaque balance – conformément au principe physique fonda-

mental de pesée – à l´accélération de la pesanteur du lieu

d´installation (uniquement si la balance n´a pas déjà été ajus-

tée au lieu d´installation en usine). Ce processus d´ajustage

doit être effectué à chaque première mise en service et après

chaque changement de lieu d´installation età fluctuations du

temperature d’environs. Pour obtenir des valeurs de mesure

précises, il est recommandé en supplément d´ajuster aussi

périodiquement la balance en fonctionnement de pesée.

6.1 Ajustage

Avec un poids d’ajustage la précision de la pesée est suscep-

tible d’être contrôlée et réajustée à tout moment.

Procédure à suivre pour l’ajustage:

Veillez à avoir des conditions environnementales stables. Un

bref temps de réchauffage d’env. 1 minute est judicieux pour

la stabilisation. Allumer la balance. Appuyez sur la touche

Unit et maintenez-la enclenchée (pendant 15 sec environ),

sur le display apparaît tout d’abord brièvement „CAL “, et

ensuite la dimension exacte du poids d’ajustage. Accrochez le

poids d’ajustage, peu de temps après apparaît „ F“, la balance

revient automatiquement en mode de pesée.

En cas d’un erreur d’ajustage ou d’un poids d’ajustage non

correct il s’affiche "E“vous devez répéter l’ajustage.

7 Commande

7.1 Pesage

•Mise en marche sur la touche „ON/OFF/TARE“.

•Le balance affiche „0.0“.

•Accrochage des matières à peser.

•La valeur de la pesée apparaît à l’écran.

•Si le produit pesé est plus lourd que la valeur seuil, l’écran

affiche “E“ (=surcharge).

•La balance est mise à l’arrêt par une longue pression sur la

touche „ON/OFF/TARE“.

Attention:

7.2 Commutation des unités de pesée Ne chargez jamais la balance au delà de la charge

maximale indiquée (!!risque de rupture!!).

Sur la touche Unit-vous pouvez commuter l’affichage entre

kg,lb et N. Xcorrespond au réglage actif.

7.3 Tarage ÖMettez en marche la balance, gardez la touche HOLD

enclenchée jusqu’à ce qu’apparaisse le réglage actuel

„Hx“ (H1 – H6).

•Mettre en marche la balance à l'aide de la touche

ON/OFF/TARE et attendre l'affichage "0". Accrochez la

charge de la tare et appelez la touche ON/OFF/TARE. ÖAppelez la touche ON/OFF/TARE autant de fois qu’il

faudra pour qu’apparaisse „H6“.

•L’affichage de la balance s’arrête sur „0.0“. Le poids de la

tare est mémorisé de façon interne. Les matières à peser

peuvent maintenant être versées dans la cuve à tare et le

poids pesé être lu.

ÖConfirmez sur la touche HOLD votre sélection

ÖAccrochez les matières à peser

ÖLa valeur de crête apparaît brièvement avec le symbole

[S] en haut et à gauche. La balance revient automati-

quement à zéro et est prête pour d’autres mesures.

7.4 Fonctions

8 Maintenance, entretien, élimination

8.1 Nettoyage

N´utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs (dissolvants

ou produits similaires) mais uniquement un chiffon humidifié

avec de la lessive de savon douce. Veillez à ce que les liqui-

des ne puissent pas pénétrer dans l´appareil et frottez ensuite

ce dernier avec un chiffon doux sec.

8.2 Maintenance, entretien

L´appareil ne doit être ouvert que par des dépanneurs formés

à cette fin et ayant reçu l´autorisation de KERN.

8.3 Elimination

L´élimination de l´emballage et de l´appareil doit être effec-

tuée par l´utilisateur selon le droit national ou régional en

vigueur au lieu d´utilisation.

9 Aide succincte en cas de panne

Si un dysfonctionnement devait survenir en cours de pro-

gramme, veuillez brièvement mettre hors circuit la balance. Le

processus de pesée doit alors être recommencé depuis le

début.

7.4.1 Fonction Data-Hold

La fonction Data-Hold permet d’afficher les valeurs de pesée

gelées sur l’écran pendant un laps de temps prolongé. Vous

avez le choix entre 4 réglages (H1 – H4) en fonction de la

gamme d’application.

agitées. Le résultat est la valeur pondérée entre 16 valeurs de

pesées, qui est déterminée en 3 secondes.

ÖMettez en marche la balance, gardez la touche HOLD enclenchée

jusqu’à ce qu’apparaisse le réglage actuel „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

ÖAppelez la touche ON/OFF/TARE autant de fois qu’il

faudra pour qu’apparaisse „H5“.

ÖConfirmez sur la touche HOLD votre sélection

ÖAccrochez les matières à peser

ÖAppelez la touche HOLD, l’affichage compte à rebours à

partir de 3 -1. La moyenne calculée est affichée avec le

symbole [S] en haut et à gauche.

ÖAvant de passer à d’autres mesures, appelez tout

d’abord la touche ON/OFF/TARE

Au cas où d´autres messages d´erreur apparaissent, arrêter

puis rallumer la balance. En cas de perduration du message

d’erreur, faites appel au fabricant.

7.4.3 Fonction valeur de crête

Cette fonction affiche la valeur de charge la plus élevée (va-

leur de crête) d’une pesée.

2 Notas generales

2.1 Uso conforme a las normas

La balanza que usted adquirió sirve para determinar el peso de

material de pesaje. Esta balanza ha sido diseñada como

„balanza no automática“, es decir que el material de pesaje se

tiene que colgar de manera manual y cuidadosa. En cuanto se

obtenga un valor de pesaje estable, se puede proceder a leer

el valor indicado por la balanza.

2.2 Uso inapropiado

La balanza no se puede utilizar para efectuar pesajes

dinámicos. ¡Si se retiran o añaden pequeñas cantidades al

material de pesaje, es posible que la balanza indique valores

de pesaje equivocados como consecuencia de la función de

„compensación de estabilidad“ integrada en el aparato!

(Ejemplo: Salida lenta de líquidos desde un recipiente colgado

en la balanza.) No dejar colgado ningún peso en la balanza de

manera permanente. Esto podría dañar el mecanismo medidor

de la balanza.

También es sumamente importante evitar que la balanza sea

expuesta a golpes y sobrecargas superiores a la carga

máxima permisible (máx.) teniéndose en cuenta una carga de

tara eventualmente ya existente. Esto podría averiar la balanza

(peligro de rotura).

Atención:

ÖAsegúrese que nunca haya personas u objetos debajo de

la carga que podrían ser heridas o dañados.

Ö¡La balanza no es apropiada para pesar personas!

ÖLa balanza no corresponde a la ley sobre productos

médicos (MPG).

Nunca utilizar la balanza en lugares potencialmente

explosivos. Los modelos fabricados en serie no están

protegidos contra explosión.

No está permitido modificar la construcción de la balanza. Esto

podría provocar resultados de pesaje falsos, deficiencias en la

seguridad de la balanza o la destrucción de la misma.

La balanza sólo se debe utilizar en conformidad con las

especificaciones descritas aquí.

Si se desea utilizar la balanza en otros campos de aplicación,

se requiere una autorización escrita de parte de la empresa

KERN.

2.3 Garantía

El derecho de garantía queda excluido en los siguientes casos:

•Inobservancia de las especificaciones contenidas en estas

instrucciones de servicio

•Utilización de la balanza fuera de los campos de

aplicación descritos

•Modificación o manipulación (apertura) del aparato

Daños mecánicos y daños causados por líquidos u otras

sustancias

•Desgaste y deterioro natural

•Emplazamiento e instalación eléctrica realizados

inadecuadamente

•Sobrecarga del mecanismo medidor

2.4 Control de medios de ensayo

En el marco de aseguramiento de calidad es necesario que se

controlen con regularidad las cualidades de medición de la

balanza así como la aptitud de una eventual pesa de

calibración. El usuario responsable tiene que determinar el

intervalo adecuado así como el tipo y las dimensiones de este

control. Para más información sobre el control de medios de

ensayo de balanzas así como sobre las pesas de calibración

requeridas para tal efecto, véase la página web de la empresa

KERN (www.kern-sohn.com). En el acreditado laboratorio de

calibración DKD de la empresa KERN es posible calibrar

balanzas y pesas de calibración de una manera rápida y

rentable (aquí se realiza el ajuste a la medida normal válida a

nivel nacional).

3 Indicaciones de seguridad básicas

ÖNo utilizar la balanza suspendida para fines de transporte

ÖNunca cargar la balanza suspendida más allá de la carga

máxima admitida (¡¡peligro de rotura!!).

ÖHay que observar siempre que debajo de la carga no

haya objetos ni seres vivos que podrían sufrir daño.

ÖEvitar sacudidas, torsiones u oscilaciones (p.ej. debido a

colgar oblicuo) de cualquier tipo.

3.1 Observar las instrucciones de servicio

Lea estas instrucciones de servicio detenidamente antes de la

puesta en marcha de la balanza, incluso si ya tiene cierta

experiencia con balanzas de la marca KERN.

3.2 Formación del personal

Sólo personal debidamente capacitado debe manejar y cuidar

estos aparatos.

4 Transporte y almacenaje

4.1 Control en el momento de entrega del aparato

Por favor, controlar en el momento de entrega de la balanza si

el embalaje o el aparato muestran algún daño externo visible.

4.2 Embalaje

Guarde todas las partes del embalaje original para el eventual

caso de tener que devolver el aparato. Sólo utilizar el embalaje

original para la devolución del aparato.

5 Desembalaje, emplazamiento y puesta en marcha

5.1 Lugar de emplazamiento, lugar de uso

La balanza está construida de tal forma que siempre se

obtendrá resultados de pesaje fiables, siempre y cuando el

pesaje se realice bajo condiciones de uso habituales.

Usted podrá trabajar con rapidez y exactitud si elige el lugar de

emplazamiento ideal para su balanza.

Por eso debe observar los siguientes puntos respecto al

lugar de emplazamiento:

•No utilizarla junto a una calefacción o expuesta a la

radiación solar directa para evitar calor excesivo o

fluctuaciones de temperatura;

•Proteger la balanza contra corrientes de aire dejando

ventanas y puertas cerradas

•Evitar sacudidas de la balanza durante el pesaje:

•Proteger la balanza contra polvo, vapores y una humedad

del aire demasiado alta;

•No exponer el aparato a una fuerte humedad por tiempo

prolongado. Se pueden formar gotas de rocío

(condensación de la humedad del aire en el aparato),

cuando se coloque un aparato frío en un entorno mucho

más caliente. En este caso hay que dejar que el aparato

se aclimatice a la temperatura ambiente durante aprox.

•Evitar la carga electroestática del material y del recipiente

de pesaje así como de la guardabrisa.

En caso de existir campos electromagnéticos o producirse

corrientes de cargas electroestáticas así como alimentación de

corriente inestable pueden haber grandes divergencias en los

valores de medición indicados por la balanza (resultados de

pesaje falsos). En este caso se tiene que emplazar el aparato

en otro lugar.

5.2 Desempaquetar

Sacar la balnza cuidadosamente del embalaje y quitar la

envoltura de plástico.

5.4 Funcionamiento a batería /función Auto OFF

Empujar fuera la tapa de la batería en el lado trasero de la

balanza. Poner las 3 baterías AAA. Volver a poner la tapa de

las baterías. Si las baterías están agotadas, en el display de la

balanza aparece “LO”. Apretar la tecla ON/OFF y cambiar las

baterías en seguida. Para ahorrar las baterías, la balanza se

apaga después de 4 minutos sin pesaje. Esta función AUTO

Off, sin embargo, se puede desactivar como sigue:

ÖCon la balanza apagada, apretar y mantener la tecla

ÖNo soltar la tecla HOLD. Apretar y mantener apretada

también la tecla ON/OFF/TARE

ÖMantener apretada la tecla ON/OFF/TARE, pero soltar la

ÖMantener apretadas ambas las teclas hasta que en el

display aparezca “tr”

ÖSoltar ambas las teclas. La balanza está en el menú.

ÖApretar la tecla ON/OFF/TARE hasta que aparezca „AF“.

Confirmar la selección de la función Auto Off mediante la

tecla HOLD

ÖEn la pantalla aparece el ajuste actual „ON“ u„OFF“.

Mediante la tecla ON/OFF/TARE se puede seleccionar

entre „ON“ u„OFF“. Confirme su selección con la tecla

HOLD. Después de breve tiempo, la balanza regresa

automaticamente al modo de pesaje.

6 Calibración

Como la aceleración de la gravedad no es igual en todos los

puntos de nuestro planeta, es necesario ajustar la balanza a la

aceleración de la gravedad existente en el respectivo lugar de

emplazamiento teniéndose en consideración el principio físico

de pesaje en que se basa la misma (sólo si la balanza aún no

ha sido calibrada en fábrica al respectivo lugar de

emplazamiento). Este proceso de calibración se tiene que

efectuar en la puesta en marcha inicial de la balanza así como

después de cada cambio del lugar de emplazamiento y para

fluctuaciones de temperatura ambiental. Para obtener valores

de medición exactos, también se recomienda calibrar la

balanza de vez en cuando durante el pesaje.

6.1 Calibración

Con la pesa de calibración se puede comprobar y reajustar la

exactitud de pesaje en cualquier momento.

Procedimiento al calibrar:

Observar las condiciones de estabilidad ambiental. Un breve

tiempo de calentamiento de aprox. 1 minuto para la

estabilización es necesario. Encender la báscula. Apretar y

mantener apretada la tecla Unit (aprox. 15 sec), en el display

aparece primero brevemente "CAL“, después aparece el

tamaño exacto de la pesa de calibración. Colgar la pesa de

calibración, poco tiempo después aparece "F“, la balanza

regresa automaticamente al modo de pesaje.

Si hay un error de calibración o una pesa de calibración

incorrecta, aparece "E" en la indicación, en este caso hay que

repetir el proceso de calibración.

7 Manejo

7.1 Pesaje

•Encender la balanza al apretar la tecla „ON/OFF/TARE“.

•La balanza indica „0.0“.

•Colgar el material de pesaje.

•En la pantalla aparece el valor de pesaje.

•Si el material de pesaje está más pesado que la gama de

pesaje, aparece en el display "E" (=sobrecarga).

•La balanza es apagada al apretar prolongadamente la tecla

„ON/OFF/TARE“.

Atención:

7.2 Conmutación de las unidades de pesaje El valor cumbre nunca debe cargar la balanza más

allá de la carga máxima indicada (¡¡Peligro de

rotura!!).

Mediante la tecla Unit se puede conmutar la pantalla entre N,

lb y kg. El Xcaracteriza el ajuste activo.

7.3 Taraje ÖEncender la balanza, mantener apretada la tecla HOLD

hasta que aparezca el ajuste actual „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

•Encender la balanza con la tecla ON/OFF/TARE y esperar

que en la pantalla aparezca „0“. Colgar la carga tara y

apretar la tecla ON/OFF/TARE. ÖApretar la tecla ON/OFF/TARE tantas veces hasta que

aparezca „H6“.

•La indicación de la balanza salta para „0.0“. El peso de la

carga tara está internamente memorizado. Ahora el material

de pesaje se puede poner en el envase tara y se puede leer

el valor de pesaje.

ÖConfirmar su ajuste mediante la tecla HOLD

ÖColgar el material de pesaje

ÖEl valor cumbre aparece por poco tiempo, simbolizado por

el [S] izquierda arriba. La balanza regresa

automaticamente para cero y está lista para otra medición.

7.4 Funciones

Mediante la tecla Hold se pueden activar las funciones

No utilice detergentes agresivos (disolventes o cosas por el

estilo), sino solamente un paño humedecido con una lejía de

jabón suave. Preste atención de que ningún líquido entre al

interior del aparato. Seque las superficies con un paño seco,

suave y limpio.

8.2 Mantenimiento, conservación

Sólo técnicos de servicio capacitados y autorizados por la

empresa KERN deben abrir el aparato.

8.3 Remoción

El explotador debe eliminar el embalaje y/o la balanza

conforme a las leyes nacionales o regionales vigentes en el

lugar de uso del aparato.

9 Pequeño servicio de auxilio

En caso de un fallo en las secuencias del programa, se

debería apagar la balanza por poco tiempo. Esto significa que

se tiene que volver a efectuar el proceso de pesaje desde el

principio.

7.4.1 Función Data-Hold

Mediante la función Data-Hold se pueden indicar valores de

pesaje en la pantalla fijos por un mayor periodo de tiempo. De

acuerdo a la zona de uso se puede seleccionar entre 4 ajustes

(H1 – H4).

inquietos. El resultado es un valor medio de 16 valores de

pesaje lo que es averiguado dentro de 3 segundos.

ÖEncender la balanza, mantener apretada la tecla HOLD

hasta que aparezca el ajuste actual „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

ÖApretar la tecla ON/OFF/TARE tantas veces hasta que

aparezca „H5“.

ÖConfirmar su ajuste mediante la tecla HOLD

ÖColgar el material de pesaje

ÖApretar la tecla HOLD, la indicación cuenta al revés de

3 hasta 1. El valor medio calculado es indicado,

simbolizado por el [S] izquierda arriba.

ÖPara mediciones ulteriores apretar primero la tecla

ON/OFF/TARE En caso de que aparezcan otros avisos de error, desconectar

la balanza y volverla a conectar. Si el aviso de error no

desaparece, informar al fabricante de la balanza.

7.4.3 Función de valor cumbre

Esta función indica el valor de carga más alto (valor cumbre)

de un pesaje. Frecuencia de medición: 200ms

2 Indicazioni fondamentali

2.1 Applicazioni consentite

La bilancia da Lei acquistata è destinata alla definizione del

peso di prodotti da pesare. E' previso un uso di “bilancia non

automatica”, ciò significa che i prodotti da pesare vengono

sospesi a mano e con cura. Dopo il raggiungimento di un

valore di peso stabile si può rilevare il valore di peso.

2.2 Uso non conforme

Non utilizzare la bilancia per pesature dinamiche. Se vengono

tolte o aggiunte piccole quantità del prodotto da pesare è

possibile che vengano indicati valori errati di peso a causa del

meccanismo di compensazione di stabilità della bilancia! (E-

sempio: Efflusso lento di liquidi da uno dei contenitori sospesi

nella bilancia.) Non lasciare sospeso carico permanente sulla

bilancia. Può risultarne danneggiato il meccanismo di misura-

zione.

Evitare assolutamente urti e sovraccarichi oltre il carico mas-

simo consentito dichiarato, dedotto l’eventuale carico di tara

già applicato. La bilancia ne potrebbe risultare danneggiata

(pericolo di rotture).

Attenzione:

ÖAssicurarsi que mai siano persone oppure oggetti sotto il

carico chi ne possono essere ferite oppure danneggiati!

ÖLa bilancia non è adatta per la pesatura di persone!

ÖLa bilancia non corrisponde alla legge di prodotti medici

(MPG).

Non usare la bilancia in ambienti potenzialmente esplosivi. Il

modello di serie non è protetto contro le esplosioni.

Non si devono apportare modifiche costruttive alla bilancia.

Ciò può comportare risultati di pesatura errati, rischi di sicu-

rezza e la distruzione della bilancia.

La bilancia deve essere impiegata soltanto secondo le indica-

zioni descritte.

Usi divergenti necessitano dell’autorizzazione scritta di KERN.

2.3 Garanzia

La garanzia decade quando

•non vengono osservate le indicazioni delle istruzioni per

l’uso

•non viene usata in conformità agli impieghi descritti

•avvengono modifiche o l’apertura dell’apparecchio

c’è un danno meccanico o danno per mezzo di liquidi ed

altro

•usura e consumo naturale

•montaggio o installazione elettrica non conforme

•sovraccarico del sistema di misurazione

2.4 Verifica dei mezzi di controllo

Nell’ambito della garanzia di qualità vanno verificati periodi-

camente le caratteristiche di misurazione della bilancia e del

peso di controllo ove esistente. L’operatore responsabile deve

definire l’intervallo adatto e le modalità della verifica. Informa-

zioni in merito alla verifica dei mezzi di controllo di bilance e ai

pesi di controllo sono disponibili sul sito Internet di KERN

(www.kern-sohn.com). Nel suo laboratorio DKD di calibratura

accreditato della KERN si possono calibrare pesi di controllo e

bilance rapidamente e a basso costo (retroazione al Normal

nazionale).

3 Norme di sicurezza fondamentali

ÖNon utilizzare la bilancia di sospensione per il trasporto di

carichi

ÖNon eccedere mai il carico massimo consentito sulla

bilancia sospesa (!!pericolo di rotture!!)

ÖFare sempre attenzione a che lo spazio direttamente

sotto il carico in sospensione sia sgombro da oggetti od

animali.

ÖEvitare ogni tipo di urti, torsioni e oscillazioni (ad es. cau-

sata da sospensione oblicqua).

3.1 Seguire le indicazioni nelle istruzioni per l’uso

Prima della messa in servizio, leggere attentamente le istru-

zioni per l’uso, anche se Lei ha già lavorato con bilance

KERN.

3.2 Formazione del personale

L’uso e la manutenzione dell’apparecchio va eseguito esclusi-

vamente da personale qualificato

4 Trasporto e immagazzinamento

4.1 Controllo alla consegna

Controllare subito alla consegna se l’imballaggio o

l’apparecchio presentino eventuali danni esterni visibili.

4.2 Imballaggio

Conservare tutte le parti dell’imballaggio per un’eventuale

rispedizione ove necessaria.

Per la rispedizione va usato solamente l’imballaggio originale.

5 Disimballaggio, installazione e messa in servizio

5.1 Luogo d’installazione/ d’impiego

La bilancia è costruita in modo tale da garantire risultati di

pesatura affidabili in condizioni d’impiego consueti.

Un lavoro esatto e veloce è garantito dalla scelta corretta del

luogo d’impiego della bilancia.

Osservare il seguente sul luogo di impiego:

•evitare calore estremo ed anche cambiamenti della tem-

peratura impiegandola in vicinanza di termosifoni o in

luoghi con sole diretto;

•proteggere la bilancia contro correnti d’aria dirette a cau-

sa di finestre e porte aperte;

•evitare vibrazioni durante la pesatura;

•proteggere la bilancia contro l’umidità, vapori e polvere;

•non esporre l’apparecchio a forte umidità per un periodo

prolungato. può presentarsi condensa indesiderata (ac-

qua di condensa sull’apparecchio), se l’apparecchio fred-

do viene portato in ambienti molto più caldi. In questo ca-

so, acclimatizzare l’apparecchio per ca. 2 ore a tempera-

tura ambiente.

•evitare carica elettrostatica dei prodotti di pesatura, del

contenitore di pesatura e del paravento.

In caso di campi elettromagnetici e correti di cariche elettro-

statici ed anche erogazione di energia elettrica instabile sono

possibili grandi deviazioni d’indicazione (risultati di pesatura

errati). In questi casi, il luogo d’installazione va cambiato.

5.2 Disimballaggio

Togliere con cura la bilancia dall'imballaggio e rimuovere

la copertura in plastica.

5.4 Funzionamento a batteria / funzione Auto-OFF

Spingere fuori il coperchio della batteria sul lato posteriore

della bilancia. Inserire 2 batterie AAA. Reinserire il coperchio

delle batterie. Se le batterie sono esaurite, nel display della

bilancia appare “LO”. Premere il tasto ON/OFF e cambiare le

batterie immediatamente. Per risparmiare le batterie, la bilan-

cia viene disinserita dopo 4 min. senza pesatura. Ma è possi-

bile disattivare questa funzione Auto Off come segue:

ÖCon la bilancia disinserita premere il tasto HOLD e tener-

lo premuto

ÖNon rilasciare il tasto HOLD. Premere anche il tasto

ON/OFF/TARE e tenerlo premuto

ÖTenere premuto il tasto ON/OFF/TARE, ma rilasciare il

sto HOLD

ÖNel display appare l'impostazione attuale „ON“ o„OFF“.

Tramite il tasto ON/OFF/TARE è possibile selezionare fra

„ON“ o„OFF“. Confermare la vostra selezione tramite il

tasto HOLD. Dopo breve tempo, la bilancia rientra auto-

maticamente in regime di pesatura.

6 Calibrazione

Visto che il valore di accelerazione terrestre non è uguale

dappertutto, ogni bilancia deve essere adattata sul luogo

d’installazione all’accelerazione terrestre locale, secondo il

principio di pesatura fisico fondamentale (solo se la bilancia

non è già stata calibrata in fabbrica per il luogo

d’installazione). Questo processo di calibrazione deve essere

eseguito durante la prima messa in servizio, dopo ogni cam-

biamento di posizione come anche dopo cambiamenti della

temperatura. Per ottenere valori di misurazione precisi si

raccomanda inoltre di calibrare la bilancia periodicamente

anche durante l’esercizio di pesatura.

6.1 Calibrazione

Mediante il peso di calibrazione, la precisione della bilancia è

verificabile ed aggiustabile in qualsiasi momento.

Procedimento di calibrazione:

Provvedere a che le condizioni ambientali siano stabili. È

richiesto un breve tempo di preriscaldamento di circa 1 min. a

scopo di stabilizzazione. Accendere la bilancia: Premere il

tasto Unit e tenerlo premuto ca. 15 sec; nel display appare

prima brevemente „CAL “, dopo appare la misura esatta del

peso di calibrazione. Agganciare il peso di calibrazione, breve

tempo più tardi appare „F“, la bilancia rientra automaticamen-

te nel modo di pesatura.

Se durante l’operazione di calibrazione viene fatto un errore

oppure se viene usato un peso di calibrazione sbagliato, allora

sul display viene indicato "E", ripetere l’operazione di calibra-

zione.

7 Azionamento

7.1 Pesare

•La bilancia viene inserita premendo il tasto

„ON/OFF/TARE“.

•La bilancia mostra „0.0“.

•Sospendere il materiale per la pesatura.

•L’indicatore mostra il valore di pesatura.

•Nel caso in cui il peso ecceda la portata della bilancia, il

display indica "E" (=sovraccarico).

•La bilancia viene disinserita premendo lungo tempo il tasto

„ON/OFF/TARE“.

Tramite il tasto Unit è possibile commutare l'indicatore tra N,

lb e kg. Il Xidentifica l'impostazione attiva.

7.3 Tarare ÖInserire la bilancia, tenere premuto il tasto HOLD finché

appare l'impostazione attuale „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

•Accendere la bilancia con il tasto ON/OFF/TARE ed aspet-

tare finchè sull'indicatore appaia „0“. Sospendere il carico

tara e premere il tasto ON/OFF/TARE. ÖAzionare il tasto ON/OFF/TARE finché appaia „H6“.

ÖConfermare la Vostra scelta con il tasto HOLD

•L'indicatore della bilancia salta su „0.0“. Il peso del carico

tara è internamente memorizzato. Allora è possibile riempire

il materiale per la pesatura nel contenitore tara e leggere il

valore di pesatura.

ÖSospendere il materiale per la pesatura

ÖIl valore massimo appare per breve tempo, simbolizzato

dal [S] sinistra in alto. La bilancia ritorna automaticamen-

te a zero - è pronta per altre misurazioni.

Non usare detersivi aggressivi (solventi e simili), ma invece un

panno inumidito con acqua e sapone neutro. Fare attenzione

che non entrino liquidi nell’apparecchio e asciugare con un

panno morbido e asciutto.

8.2 Assistenza, manutenzione

L’apparecchio deve essere aperto solo da tecnici specializzati

e autorizzati di KERN.

8.3 Smaltimento

Lo smaltimento dell’imballaggio e dell’apparecchio deve esse-

re eseguito dall’operatore secondo le vigenti leggi nazionali o

regionali in materia.

9 Manualetto in caso di guasto

In caso di un guasto nella sequenze del programma, la bilan-

cia dev'essere disinserita per un momento breve. In seguito il

processo di pesatura deve essere eseguito una seconda

volta.

7.4.1 Funzione Data-Hold

Tramite la funzione Data-Hold i valori di pesatura possono

rimanere visualizzati nel display per un periodo più lungo. A

seconda della zona di uso è possibile selezionare tra 4 impo-

stazioni (H1 – H4).

ÖInserire la bilancia, tenere premuto il tasto HOLD finché

appare l'impostazione attuale „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

ÖAzionare il tasto ON/OFF/TARE finché appare l'imposta-

zione desiderata (H1-H4).

ÖIl valore di pesatura viene indicato fisso dipendente dalla

vostra impostazione (H1 – H4) (vedi tabella cap. 7.4),

risultato è un valore medio di 16 valori di pesatura chi viene

2 Základní pokyny

2.1 Použití v souladu s určením

Vámi obstaraná váha slouží na stanovení hodnot váhy

váženého zboží. Váha je určena k použití jako „nesamočinná

váha“, tj. vážené zboží se ručněa opatrnězavěšuje. Po

dosažení stabilní navážené hodnoty se může odečítat

navážená hodnota zboží.

2.2 Odborné použití

Váha se nepoužívá na dynamické vážení. Odeberou-li se,

nebo přidají-li se malá množství navažovaného zboží, může

se v důsledku ve váze zabudované "kompenzace stability"

zobrazovat nesprávný výsledek vážení! (Příklad: Pomalé

vytékání kapalin z nádoby zavěšené na váze. Na váze nesmí

viset trvalá zátěž. Může to poškodit měřící ústrojí.

Bezpodmínečněse vyhýbat nárazům a přetěžování váhy

ponad uvedenou maximální zátěž (Max), nepočítaje v to

případněuž existující váhu obalu. Váha by se tím mohla

poškodit (riziko prasknutí).

Pozor:

ÖUjistěte se, že pod nákladem se nenacházejí žádní lidé,

kteří by mohli být zraněni, ani předměty, které by se

mohly poškodit!

ÖVáha není vhodná na vážení lidí!

ÖVáha neodpovídá zákonu o zdravotnických výrobcích

(MPG).

Nikdy neprovozovat váhu v místnostech s nebezpečím

výbuchu. Sériové provedení není chráněno pro explozivní

prostředí.

Konstrukce váhy se nesmí měnit. Mohlo by to vést

k nesprávným výsledkům vážení, bezpečnostním závadám,

jako i ke zničení váhy.

Váha se smí používat pouze v souladu s popsanými úlohami.

Jiné oblasti použití musí firma KERN písemněpovolit.

2.3 Záruka

Záruka zaniká v případě

•nedodržení našich podmínek uvedených v návodu k

použití

•použití při jiných než popsaných aplikacích

•pozměňování nebo otevření zařízení

mechanické poškození, a poškození kvůli médiím,nebo

kapalinám

•přirozeného opotřebení nebo oděru

•neodborné instalace nebo elektrické instalace

•přetížení měřícího ústrojí

2.4 Sledování kontrolních prostředků

V rámci zjišťování kvality je třeba v pravidelných intervalech

kontrolovat metrologické vlastnosti váhy a případné zkušební

závaží. Odpovědný uživatel má tímto definovat vhodný

interval, jakož i druh a rozsah testování. Informace ohledně

sledování prostředkůpro kontrolu vah a potřebného

testovacího závaží se nacházejí na domovské stránce firmy

KERN-Homepage (www.kern-sohn.com). V DKD

akreditované laboratoři firmy KERN lze rychle a cenově

výhodnědát okalibrovat testovací závaží a váhy (návrat

k národnímu normálu).

3 Zásadní bezpečnostní pokyny

ÖNepoužívat závěsnou váhu na přepravu nákladů

ÖVáhu nikdy nezatěžovat nad maximální přípustnou zátěž

(!!riziko prasknutí!!).

ÖRovněž je třeba vždy dávat pozor na to, aby se pod

nákladem nenacházely žádné živé bytosti ani

předměty, které by se mohly poškodit.

ÖVyhýbat se nárazům,kroucení (torzi) a kývání (např.

v důsledku šikmého zavěšení) jakéhokoliv druhu.

3.1 Pokyny, jichž si třeba všimnout v návodu k použití

Přečtěte si před uvedením do provozu pečlivěnávod

k použití, a to i tehdy, jestliže už máte zkušenosti v váhami

KERN.

3.2 Školení personálu

Zařízení smějí obsluhovat a ošetřovat pouze školení

pracovníci.

4 Přeprava a uskladnění

4.1 Kontrola při převzetí

Hned při příchodu, prosím, zkontrolujte obal, a při vybalování

vlastní přístroj na případné viditelné vnější poškození.

4.2 Förpackning

Skladujte všechny díly v originálním balení pro případné

odeslání nazpět.

Na zpětnou přepravu používejte jen originální obal.

5 Vybalování, instalace a uvedení do provozu

5.1 Místo instalace, místo použití

Váhy jsou konstruovány tak, že za normálních podmínek

použití se dosahují spolehlivé výsledky vážení.

Vaše práce je přesná a rychlá, jestliže pro svou váhu zvolíte

správné stanoviště.

Při volběmísta instalace proto dbejte na následující:

•Vyhýbat se extrémnímu kolísání teploty např. v důsledku

instalace vedle topení, jakož i přímému působení

slunečních paprsků;

•Váhu chránit před přímým průvanem v důsledku

otevřených dveří a oken;

•Vyhýbat se vibracím během vážení;

•Chránit váhu před vysokou vlhkostí vzduchu, parami a

prachem;

•Nevystavovat zařízení na delší dobu vysoké vlhkosti.

Nedovolené orosení (kondenzace vzdušné vlhkosti na

zařízení) se může vyskytnout, jestliže se chladný přístroj

přenese do podstatněteplejšího prostředí. V tomto

případězařízení aklimatizovat asi dvěhodiny při

pokojové teplotě.

•vyhýbat se statickému náboji způsobovanému váženým

zbožím, vážními nádobami a chráničem proti větru.

V případěvýskytu elektromagnetických polí, při statickém

náboji, jakož i při nestabilním napájení elektrickým proudem

jsou možné značné odchylky zobrazení, tj. dochází

k nesprávným výsledkům vážení. V takovém případěse musí

změnit stanovištěváhy.

5.2 Vybalení

Váhu opatrněvyjmout z obalu a odstranit plastikový

chránič.

5.4 Provoz na baterie / funkce automatického vypnutí

Odsunout kryt baterie na zadní straněváhy. Vložit 2 baterie

(AAA 1,5 V). Zasunout zpět kryt baterie. Je-li baterie vybitá,

na displeji váhy se objeví “LO”. Stlačit tlačítko ON/OFF a

ihned vyměnit baterie. Aby se šetřily baterie, váha se po 4

minutách bez vážení vypne. Tato funkce automatického

vypínání se dá deaktivovat následujícím způsobem:

ÖPři vypnuté váze stlačit tlačítko HOLD a držet ho stlačené

ÖTlačítko HOLD nepustit. Rovněž stlačit tlačítko

ON/OFF/TARE a držet ho stlačené.

ÖDržet stlačené tlačítko ON/OFF/TARE, ale tlačítko HOLD

pustit.

ÖZnovu stlačit tlačítko HOLD.

ÖObětlačítka držet stlačená, dokud se na displeji

nezobrazí “tr”.

ÖObětlačítka pustit. Váha se nachází v menu.

ÖStlačit tlačítko ON/OFF/TARE, dokud se neobjeví „AF“.

Zvolenou funkci Auto Off potvrdit tlačítkem HOLD.

ÖNa zobrazovací jednotce se objeví aktuální nastavení

„ON“ nebo „OFF“. Pomocí tlačítka ON/OFF/TARE lze

volit mezi „ON“ nebo „OFF“. Svou volbu potvrďte

tlačítkem HOLD. Po krátké doběse váha vrátí

automaticky do režimu vážení.

6 Seřizování

Jelikož hodnota gravitačního zrychlení není na každém místě

Zeměstejná, musí se váha uvést do souladu –v souladu

s fyzikálním principem, na němž je vážení založeno – na

místěinstalace s tam existujícím gravitačním zrychlením (

pokud váha není za tímto účelem upravena už ve výrobním

závodě). Tento proces seřizování musí být proveden před

prvním uvedením do provozu, po každé změněstanoviště,

jakož i v případěkolísání teploty prostředí. Aby se při měření

dosáhly přesné hodnoty, doporučuje se za tím účelem váhu

periodicky seřizovat i během vážního provozu.

6.1 Seřizování

Prostřednictvím seřizovacího závaží se váha dá kdykoliv

otestovat na přesnost vážení a znovu nastavit.

Při seřizování se postupuje následovně:

Dbát na stabilní podmínky prostředí. Za účelem stabilizace je

potřebné krátké ohřívání, v trvání asi 1 minut. Zapnout váhu.

Stlačit tlačítko Unit a držet stlačené (asi 15 sekund), na

displeji se nejprve na krátko objeví „CAL “, a potom přesná

velikost seřizovacího závaží. Zavěsit seřizovací závaží, po

krátké doběse objeví „ F“, váha se automaticky vrátí do

režimu vážení.

V případěchyby seřizování nebo nesprávného seřizovacího

závaží se na displeji objeví „ E“, seřizování se musí opakovat.

7 Obsluha

7.1 Vážení

•Váha se zapne stlačením tlačítka „ON/OFF/TARE“.

•Váha ukazuje „0.0“.

•Zavěšení váženého zboží.

•Na zobrazovací jednotce se objeví navážená hodnota.

•Jestliže je váha váženého zboží větší než rozsah váhy, na

displeji se objeví „E“ (=přetíženo).

•Váha se vypne dlouhým stlačením tlačítka „ON/OFF/TARE“.

7.2 Přepnutí vážních jednotek

Pomocí tlačítka Unit se může přepínat zobrazení mezi lb, kg.

a NZnak Xoznačuje aktivní nastavení.

7.3 Tárování

•Váha se zapne tlačítkem ON/OFF/TARE, a čeká se, dokud

se nezobrazí „0“. Zavěsit tárovací závaží a stlačit tlačítko

ON/OFF/TARE.

•Displej váhy přeskočí na „0.0“. Váha tárovacího závaží se

vnitřněuloží. Do vážní nádoby se naplní vážené zboží, a

odečítá se navážená hodnota.

7.4 Funkce

Pomocí tlačítka Hold se mohou aktivovat následující funkce:

7.4.1 Data-Hold funkce

Pomocí funkce Hold se mohou navážené hodnoty fixovat na

delší dobu. V závislosti na oblasti použití lze zvolit mezi čtyřmi

nastaveními (H1 – H4).

ÖNastavit váhu, tlačítko HOLD držet stlačené, dokud se na

displeji neobjeví aktuální nastavení „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

ÖTlačítko ON/OFF/TARE stláčet tak dlouho,dokud se na

displeji nezobrazí vaše požadované nastavení (H1-H4).

ÖTlačítkeom HOLD potvrdit vaše nastavení.

ÖZavěsit vážené zboží

ÖNavážená hodnota závisí na vašem nastavení.

(H1 – H4) fixuje zobrazené (viz tab. Kap. 7.4),

symbolizuje se znakem [S] vlevo nahoře.

7.4.2 Funkce vážení zvířat

Tato funkce se hodí pro procedury neklidného vážení.

Výsledek je průměrná hodnota ze 16 vážení, která se

provedou v průběhu tří sekund.

ÖZapnout váhu, stlačit tlačítko HOLD, a držet ho, dokud se

nezobrazí aktuální nastavení „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

ÖStláčet tlačítko ON/OFF/TARE tak dlouho, dokud se

nezobrazí H5“.

ÖTlačítkeom HOLD potvrdit vaše nastavení.

ÖZavěsit vážené zboží

ÖStlačit tlačítko HOLD, probíhá odpočítávání od 3 do 1.

Zobrazí se vypočítaná průměrná hodnota symbolizovaná

znakem [S] vlevo nahoře.

ÖZa účelem dalšího měření nejprve stlačit tlačítko

ON/OFF/TARE.

7.4.3 Funkce nejvyšší hodnoty

Tato funkce zobrazí nejvyšší naváženou hodnotu (píkovou

hodnotu) jednoho vážení.

Měřící frekvence: 200 ms

Pozor:

Píková hodnota nesmí nikdy zatížit váhu nad

povolenou zátěž (!!riziko prasknutí!!).

ÖZapnout váhu, stlačit tlačítko HOLD, a držet ho, dokud se

nezobrazí aktuální nastavení „Hx“ (H1 – H6).

ÖTlačítko ON/OFF/TARE stláčet tak dlouho, dokud se na

displeji nezobrazí „H6“.

ÖTlačítkeom HOLD potvrdit vaše nastavení.

ÖZavěsit vážené zboží

ÖNakrátko se zobrazí píková hodnota, symbolizovaná

znakem [S] vlevo nahoře. Váha se automaticky vrátí na

nulu, a je připravena na další měření.

8 Údržba, opravy, likvidace

8.1 Čištění

Nepoužívejte, prosím, žádné agresivní čistící prostředky

(rozpouštědla a pod.), ale jen hadřík zvlhčený v mírném

mýdlovém roztoku. Dbejte na to, aby se žádná tekutina

nedostala do zařízení, a vytřete váhu suchým měkkým

hadrem.

8.2 Údržba a opravy

Zařízení smí otvírat jen školení, a firmou KERN autorizovaní

servisní technici.

8.3 Likvidace

Likvidaci obalu a samotného zařízení musí provozovatel

provádět v souladu s národním nebo regionálním právem

planým na místěpoužití zařízení.

9 Malá pomoc při likvidaci závad

V případěporuchy v průběhu programu by se váha měla na

krátký čas vypnout. Proces vážení se potom musí začít od

začátku.

Při výskytu jiných chybových hlášení váhu vypnout a znovu

zapnout. Jestliže chybové hlášení přetrvává, uvědomit

výrobce.

2 Fundamentele aanwijzingen

2.1 Reglementair gebruik

De door u aangekochte weegschaal dient om de weegwaarde

van te wegen goed te bepalen. Z eis voor het gebruik als

„niet-automatische weegschaal“ voorzien. Dit betekent dat het

te wegen goed met de hand voorzichtig aangehangen wordt.

Nadat er een stabiele weegwaarde bereikt werd, kan de

weegwaarde afgelezen worden.

2.2 Gebruik in strijd met de bepalingen

Weegschaal niet voor dynamische wegingen gebruiken.

Indien er kleine hoeveelheden van het te wegen goed

verwijderd of toegevoerd worden, kunnen er door de in de

weegschaal aanwezige "stabiliteitscompensatie" foutieve

weegresultaten aangegeven worden! (Voorbeeld: Langzaam

uitstromen van vloeistoffen uit een aan de weegschaal

hangend reservoir.) Geen permanente last aan de

weegschaal laten hangen. Deze kan het meetsysteem

beschadigen. Schokken en overbelastingen van de

weegschaal boven de aangegeven maximale belasting

(„Max.“), te verminderen met een eventueel reeds aanwezige

tarralast, onvoorwaardelijk vermijden. Weegschaal zou

hierdoor beschadigd kunnen worden (gevaar voor een breuk).

Let op:

ÖVergewis u dat er zich nooit mensen, die verwond, of

voorwerpen, die beschadigd zouden kunnen worden,

onder de last bevinden!

ÖDe weegschaal is niet geschikt om mensen af te wegen!

ÖDe weegschaal voldoet niet aan de wet betreffende

geneeskundige producten („MPG“).

Weegschaal nooit in explosieve ruimten bedienen. De

standaarduitvoering niet explosievast.

De weegschaal mag vanuit constructief oogpunt niet

gewijzigd worden. Dit kan tot foutieve weegresultaten,

veiligheidstechnische tekortkomingen en ook tot de vernieling

van de weegschaal leiden. De weegschaal mag uitsluitend in

overeenstemming met de beschreven, vooraf bepaalde

gegevens gebruikt worden. Afwijkende gebruiks-

mogelijkheden / toepassingsgebieden dienen door de firma

KERN schriftelijk goedgekeurd te worden.

2.3 Waarborg

Garantie komt te vervallen bij

•Veronachtzaming van onze in de gebruiksaanwijzing

vooraf bepaalde gegevens

•Gebruik buiten de beschreven toepassingen

•Wijzigen of openen van het apparaat

Mechanische beschadiging en beschadiging door media,

vloeistoffen

•Natuurlijke slijtage en afslijting

•Ondeskundig uitgevoerde installatie of elektrische installatie

•Overbelasting van het meetsysteem

2.4 Toezicht op de testmiddelen

In het kader van de kwaliteitsborging moeten de

meettechnische eigenschappen van de weegschaal en van

een eventueel aanwezig testgewicht met regelmatige

tussentijden gecontroleerd worden. De verantwoordelijke

gebruiker dient hiervoor een geschikt interval en dient tevens

de aard en de omvang van deze test te definiëren. Informatie

met betrekking tot het toezicht op de testmiddelen van

weegschalen evenals de hiervoor noodzakelijke

testgewichten zijn op de Homepage van de firma KERN

(www.kern-sohn.com) beschikbaar. In haar geaccrediteerde

DKD-kalibreerlaboratorium kunnen er bij de firma KERN snel

en voordelig testgewichten en weegschalen gekalibreerd

worden (herleiding tot de nationale norm).

3 Essentiële veiligheidsinstructies

ÖHangweegschaal niet gebruiken om lasten te vervoeren

ÖHangweegschaal nooit met meer dan de aangegeven,

maximale belasting belasten (!!gevaar voor een breuk!!).

ÖEr dient steeds op gelet te worden dat er zich onder de

last geen levende wezens of voorwerpen, die schade

zouden kunnen oplopen, bevinden.

ÖSchokken, verwringing (torsie) en slingering (bijvoorbeeld

door het schuine aanhangen), van welke aard dan ook,

verhinderen.

3.1 Aanwijzingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing in acht nemen

Neem deze gebruiksaanwijzing vóór de inbedrijfstelling

zorgvuldig door, ook indien u met weegschalen van de firma

KERN reeds ervaring opgedaan hebt.

3.2 Scholing van het personeel

Het apparaat mag uitsluitend door geschoolde medewerkers

bediend en onderhouden worden.
