Chapter 1: Operating Conditions
1、Power Requirements
Configurate three-phase 380V input power, The maximum load current is greater than 6A
The current should be steady.
2、Environmental wind Requirements
Workplace requires good ventilation, cooling effect is good, rain-proof and sun block;
Ground level, the ground slope greater than 10 degrees will seriously affect the normal operation of

the product.
3、Automotive requirements
3.1、Confirm the fuel supply is adequate time to work more than 60 minutes when at idle.
3.2、If the car drived more than 30 minutes, before operation,
turn off the engine before the operation, and then open the engine cover and cool 10 minutes.
Above, and make sure the engine idling normally.
４、Peripheral equipment requirements
4.1、Distance from the power switch to ensure 1M above the surrounding non-stacked cotton, oil,
paint and other flammable materials.
4.2、Do not place cups, towels and other items on the device.
5、Ambient temperature and humidity
Ambient temperature not lower than 0 ℃degrees, the maximum temperature not higher than
40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
No smoking in the workplace! .
An explosive hydrogen gas, as a result of operational errors or product leakage to produce
hydrogen leakage can be dangerous.

2.1、Operation Panel

2.1.2 、Operation Panel
Gas production scale：Hydrogen gas produced is used to display the value.
Overvoltage Indicator：When the gauge indicates a value of more than 0.2Mpa, over-voltage lights,
the system stops producing gas. In addition to carbon applications, overvoltage indicator generally
not lit.
Overheat indicator：Electrolysis temperature exceeds the set temperature, the heat indicator light,
the system stops producing gas. May be cooling fan is not working or bad cause, under normal
circumstances is not lit.
Power Indicator ：Turn the power switch to the host after transmission, this work indicator light,
which means that the system power supply is normal.
water indicator：When the water level falls below the minimum set bit electrolysis, water lights, the

system stops electrolysis.
high water level indicator ：The display generator water level higher than the position lights,
position lights below the high water level does not shine.
Middle water level indicator: When the level is higher than the water level lights, when the water
level is below the lamp is not lit .
Low water level indicator: low water level is higher than the lights, when the water level is below
the low light does not shine
Power switch :panel behind the machine . Open this master switch , to the local power
transmission .
Timer Table : In the absence of carbon removal , showing a set time . In addition to the carbon in
progress, the countdown shows the remaining time , except when the carbon- end display 00:00
and issued three minutes warning . In the setting mode, display the current set of digital and digital .
When you turn on the power switch , the table first regular time value (local factory default is 20

2.2 Installation Instructions
2.2.1 Prepare before installation
(1) In addition to the carbon- hydrogen machine two front brake better , installed in a smooth , clean,
solid ground.
(2) This device uses 380V three-phase industrial power , to load 6Kw power outlet , and establish a
reliable ground connections.

(3) whether the work site to check ventilation, good heat dissipation , whether rain and sun .

2.2.2 Connecting the power cord
a) Prepare four- core cable with a ground wire , each wire specifications for 2.5mm2, the zero line is 1
mm2,
b) The power cable is connected to the wiring at the back of the host ( three FireWire corresponding A, B,

2.5 In addition to carbon workflow
2.5.1 Check before boot

30 minutes idling.

2.5.5 Oxy-hydrogen carbon cleaning machine Matters needing attention：
1.Operating personnel should strictly abide by the rules of operation
2. When filling the electrolyte must ensure that the machine was turned
off don’t filling under boot state, filling about four Liter each time, make
sure the tank cover was tighten after filling, otherwise liquid will leakage.
Open the power switch

After cleaning, stay engine idle speed for one minutes,
after confirmed the idle speed is fine, shut down the
engine, disconnect conical head with vacuum tubes
The cleaning process need 20 minutes, in the process
stay engine idle speed, don’t trample accelerator
driven engine speed
Ensure engine idle speed is normal, If the engine jitter, appropriate lower gas
Adjust the gas production according to the engine
emissions
Press the start key carbon removal machine
Start the engine, confirm there is no other bad idle normal faults bad
Confirm the car maintain a stationary state
ensure the electrolytic tank liquid level is sufficient，means medium
water level light，low water level light is on
