WKŁADKA OCHRONNA TECH-50 zapewnia zachowanie szerokości gniazda profilu dla wpinanej
osłony (jej stosowanie jest KONIECZNE podczas czynności montażowych i wykończeniowych).

1.Wywierć otwór na zasilanie w profilu (A).
3. Połącz przewód zasilający a następnie przyklej oprawę (A) do powierzchni sufitu.
2. Umieść taśmę LED (D) w profilu, wyprowadź przewód zasilający,
załóż wkładkę ochronną (E) a nastętpnie załóż zaślepkę (B).
4.
Nałóż warstwę gładzi gipsowej na profil i sufit, a nastepnie pomaluj powierzchnię.
5. Ostrym narzędziem przesuń pomiędzy profilem, a osłoną wzdłuż całej
oprawy (po obu stronach wkładki) odcinając warstwę gipsu i farby od wkładki
ochronnej.
6. Załóż osłonę (C) w miejsce wkładki technicznej (E).

NOTE! All LED strips must be connected to a 12 V or 24 V power supply.
IMPORTANT: The manual presents the simplest mounting procedure.

Parts needed to mount the KOZEL-50 extrusion
KOZEL-50 mounting instructions
The TECH-50 PROTECTIVE INSERT ensures that the profile slot remains wide enough for the snap-in
cover (its use is NECESSARY during mounting and finishing works).

5. Slide a sharp tool between the extrusion and the cover (on both sides of the
cover) to cut off the layer of plaster and paint from the cover. Next remove the
protective insert.
6. Insert the cover (C) in place of protective insert (E).

KOZEL-50 mounting instructions
1. Drill a hole in the extrusion for the power cable.
3. Attach the extrusion (A) to the ceiling surface with glue and connect the
power cable.
2. Mount the LED strip (D) in the extrusion, lead out the power cable, insert
the protective insert (E) and then insert the end cap (B).
4. Apply a layer of plaster to the extrusion and ceiling, and then paint the
surface to finish.
