a) Regulacja elementów 1.2 w profilu RAM-KOZE-50

Odelgłość ostatniego elementu
(1.2) od końca profilu
RAM-KOZE-50 powinna wynosić
minimum 100 mm / 3.94”.
Odległość między elementami
(1.2) nie może być większa niż
400 mm / 15.7”.
Po rozsunięciu elementów (1.2),
upewnij się, że zasilacz (6) mieści
się w powiększonym ażurze.
Umieść z powrotem sprężyny
(1.3) w elementach (1.2).
Dla ułatwienia, użyj przyrządu
do montażu sprężyn 1.3 (12).

Sprężyny blokuje się poprzez
przekręcenie ich, dociśnięcie
do powierzchni płyty
i wsunięcie pod krawędź
elementu (1.2) tak jak pokazano
to na rysunku.
Zamontuj zaślepki do
elementu 1.1 (3).
Szczelina w suficie powinna
wynosić od 66 mm / 2.6”
do 71 mm / 2.79”.
Nałóż równomiernie porcję kleju
na kołnierze profilu. Umieść
profil w szczelinie, wyciskając
i usuwając nadmiar kleju.
UWAGA! Profil nie może zostać
zdeformowany!

Na 1 metr profilu powinny przypadać
minimum dwa wkręty blokujące.

na dławnicę.

Wklej taśmy LED (4), zamontuj
dławnicę (5) i przeprowadź przez
nią przewód zasilający.
Zamontuj zaślepki do
elementu 2.1 (7), dokręcając
je wkrętami (8).
Wkręty blokujące (2.2) można
wstępnie wkręcić w nawiercone
otwory jeszcze przed montażem
profilu w miejscu docelowym
(po wklejeniu taśm LED).
Zamontuj zasilacz (6) na grzbiecie
profilu, w takiej pozycji by
zmieścił się w ażurze profilu
RAM-KOZE-50.
Przewód zasilający doprowadź
do zasilacza przez jeden
z kanałów w profilu (2.1), tak by
nie wystawał nad powierzchnię.

d) Montaż końcowy

Dla ułatwienia dalszych prac,
oznacz lokalizację elementów (1.2)
w profilu RAM-KOZE-50 np. przy
użyciu kolorowych tasiemek.
Przygotuj kliny (9) w ilości
odpowiadającej liczbie elementów
(1.2). Zablokują one profil
OMODO-50 przed wypadnięciem
w początkowej fazie montażu.
Aby zablokować profil OMODO-50
przed wypadnięciem wsuń
tymczasowo kliny (9). Kliny należy
umiescić w oznaczonych miejscach
w szczelinie pomiedzy elementem
(1.1) a elementem (2.1). Jeden klin
powinien przypadać na każdy
oznaczony element (1.2) i powinny
być one wsunięte od strony
wyprofilowanej linii orientacyjnej.

Podłącz przewody
do zasilacza (6).
Wepnij profil OMODO-50
w przygotowany wcześniej wpust.
Wpinanie odbywa się poprzez
dociśnięcie profilu do ścianki
RAM-KOZE-50 od strony
wyprofilowanej linii orientacyjnej.
Następnie profil należy docisnąć
do elementów (1.2) i przesunąć
go w stronę osi profilu RAM-KOZE-50.
Spowoduje to zazębienie się
zaczepów profilu OMODO-50
z zaczepami elementów (1.2).

Zabezpiecz element (2.1) przed
wysunięciem, wkręcając wkręty
blokujące (2.2) osadzone
w nawierconych wcześniej
otworach.

Zamontuj osłonę (10) odginając
delikatnie krawędź profilu.

Odegnij delikatnie krawędź
profilu. Zahacz końcówkę osłony
(10) płaskim narzędziem
i przeciągnij je wzdłuż jednej
krawędzi profilu tak by osłona
sama wypadła.
Nie wyginaj osłony na siłę!
Wykręć wkręty blokujace (2.2).
Przesuń profil OMODO-50
w stronę wyprofilowanej linii
orientacyjnej i pociągnij go w dół
(w sposób przedstawiony na
rysunku).

a) Adjusting the items 1.2 in the RAM-KOZE-50 profile

Slide the items (1.2) along the
item (1.1).
The minimum distance of the last
item (1.2) from the end of the
profile is 100 mm / 3.94".
The distance between items (1.2)
cannot exceed 400 mm / 15.7”.
After sliding items (1.2), make
sure that the power supply (6)
now fits into the enlarged
opening.
Put the springs (1.3) back in the
items (1.2).
To assist, use the mounting tool
for springs 1.3 (12).
If the power supply (6) does not
fit into the openings of the
RAM-KOZE-50 profile,
its items (1.2) must be slid
further apart accordingly.
To do this, remove the springs
(1.3).
This can also be done after
finishing the wet work.

b) Groove preparation using the RAM-KOZE-50 profile

Attach end caps to the item 1.1 (3).
The groove in the ceiling should
be between 66 mm / 2.6”
and 71 mm / 2.79”.
Apply glue evenly to the profile’s
flanges. Press the profile into the
gap and remove excess glue.
NOTE! The profile must not get
deformed during mounting!
Lock the springs (1.4) at each
item (1.2) by turning them,
pressing them against the plate
surface and sliding under the
edge of the item (1.2) as shown
in the figure.
Apply glue and spread it at the
junction of the profile’s flanges
and drywall.

Attach TUFF-TAPE or equivalent
at the junction of the profile
flanges and drywall.
Apply plaster and make the
surface even.
Smoothen the surface
with sandpaper.

a. Drill holes for locking bolts in the
profiled orientation line in the profile
(2.1).
The number of holes must be equal
to the number of bolts used. Each
hole should be in the middle of the
corresponding item (1.2). There must
be a minimum of two bolts per 1
meter of a profile.
b. Drill a hole in the profile (2.1)
for the cable gland.
Adhere the LED tapes (4), mount
the gland (5) and route the power
cable through it.
Attach end caps to the item 2.1 (7)
with the bolts (8).
Locking bolts (2.2) can be
tightened preliminarily in the
pre-drilled holes before mounting
the profile at its destination
(after mounting the LED tapes).
Mount the power supply (6) on
the back of the profile in such
a position that it fits into the
opening of the RAM-KOZE-50
profile.
Run the power cable to the
power supply through one of the
channels in the profile (2.1),
so that it does not protrude
above the surface.

To facilitate further work, mark
the location of the items (1.2) in
the RAM-KOZE-50 profile, e.g. with
colored adhesive tape.
Prepare as many wedges (9)
as there are items (1.2). They will
prevent the OMODO-50
profile from falling out in the
initial phase of the mounting
procedure.
To prevent the OMODO-50 profile
from falling out, insert wedges
temporarily (9). They should be
inserted into the marked spots in
the gap between item (1.1) and
item (2.1). There should be one
wedge for each marked element
(1.2) and they should
be placed from the side of the
profiled orientation line.
Connect the main power cables to
the power supply (6).
Insert the OMODO-50 profile into
the prepared mounting track.
To do so, press the profile to the
wall of the RAM-KOZE-50 from the
side of the profiled orientation
line. After that, press it to the item
(1.2) and move it towards the axis
of the RAM-KOZE-50. This will
make the hooks of the
OMODO-50 profile interlock with
the hooks of the items (1.2).

d) Final mounting
Secure the item (2.1) against
slipping out by tightening the
locking bolts (2.2) in the
pre-drilled holes.
VId (optionally)
Remove wedges and markings.
Attach the cover (10) by slightly
bending the edge of the profile
outwards.
Mount the optional silicone
cords (11).

SERVICE
Remove the optional silicone
cords (11).
Slightly bend the edge of the
profile. Hook the edge of the
cover (10) with a flat tool and slide
the tool along the single edge of
the profile so the cover will snap
out.
Do not bend the cover by force!
Remove the locking bolts (2.2).
Slide the OMODO-50 profile
towards the profiled orientation
line and pull it down (as shown in
the figure).
