SAFETY AND USE RECOMMENDATIONS
• Temperature: if your KODA Driver was stored or transported at temperatures below 10°C
(+50°F), before use, leave it at the room temperature for at least 8 hours.
• Cleaning: use soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive materials for cleaning.
• Moisture: should be avoided.
• Building Loudspeaker: your Speaker Driver should be mounted in a properly built enclosure.
The improper enclosure or a wrongly installed Speaker Driver may cause mechanical damage
of the Driver or decrease in sound quality.
To work properly your Speaker Driver requires to be connected to a properly built speaker
crossover (passive or active). The improper crossover may cause mechanical or electrical
damage of the Driver or decrease in sound quality.
All other components used to build a loudspeaker should be properly selected and compatible
with your KODA Speaker Driver. The improper components may cause mechanical or
electrical damage of the Driver or decrease in sound quality.
• Output signal and Impedance: make sure that your KODA Speaker Driver is powered by
suitable output power and connected to a device which impedance is compatible with the
Driver’s specications. Using an unsuitable device may damage it and / or the Driver.
Too high output power as well as too weak output power, which causes distortions of sound,
may damage your Driver.
Do not use high volume levels for a long time – this may damage the Driver.
Warning!
Not following of the above-mentioned safety
and use recommendations may void your warranty.
