jury ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product. •Do not let the child play with
this product •Use a harness as soon as the child can sit unaided • This seat unit is not suitable for children un-
der 6 months •Always use the restraint system •This product is not suitable for running or skating •Do not use
any additional mattresses or pillows, since they can create a suffocation hazard. •Any load attached to the
handlebar of the Koelstra GEN pushchair may affect its stability. •This buggy is designed for only one child.
Make sure to only use spare parts and accessories that have been approved by Koelstra. •Do not use this
product when it is damaged or broken, or when parts are missing.
ATTENTION!
Ensure that the person using the Koelstra GEN is an adult who knows how to use it safely. •ALWAYS be
careful when crossing kerbs or going up a staircase and never use the Koelstra GEN for purposes other than
transporting your child. Push the Koelstra GEN ahead at a normal walking pace; Walking faster can cause
losing control and injury to the child. •NEVER leave the Koelstra GEN pram on a hill, slope or Koelstra GEN to
a staircase, not even when the brakes have been applied. The pushchair can tip over and cause injury to the
child. •To avoid unintended and undesired movement of the pushchair, make sure to ALWAYS apply the brakes
when it is not used. •Be careful with small parts, as your child can swallow these with the subsequent risk of
suffocation. •To avoid suffocation risk, keep plastic wrapping material out of the children’s reach. •To avoid
damage, do not remove logos or stickers. Some logos and stickers are required by law. •Be careful with the
scissor hinges when unfolding, folding or adjusting the Koelstra GEN. Be careful to not get your own or your
child’s fingers or hand caught. •To avoid risk of falling objects, strangling or suffocation, do not place the Koel-
stra GEN close to loose wires, cables or cords. •Make sure to reassemble the safety belt correctly by using
the anchor points after taking it apart to, for instance, clean it. The safety belt must be set up correctly again.
Pull the belt firmly toward, so that it is adjusted to your child and provides optimal safety. •The grocery basket
can take a maximum load of 2 kgs. •Lock the front swivel wheels when folding the pushchair. If this instruction
is not followed, the wheels can jam and deform, especially in warm circumstances. •Any load attached to
the handle and/or on the backrest and/or on the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.
The safety of your child remains your own responsibility.
Manufacturer warranty Koelstra GEN:
As the manufacturer, Koelstra 2.0 BV, based in Staphorst (hereinafter referred to as “Koelstra”), supplies the
Koelstra GEN (hereinafter referred to as “product”) including warranty.
1. The manufacturer warranty period is 24 months and commences on the day of purchase, as indicated on
the proof of purchase. The warranty period is not extended upon repairs nor in the event of replacing com-
ponents and/or products. The remaining warranty period of the original product prevails.
2. The manufacturer warranty provides the right of repair of a manufacturing defect and does not apply to
exchanging or returning the product.
3. Koelstra reserves the right to cease fabrication of special models, colours, upholstery or accessories and
thus replaces the components by similar products, colours or upholstery during the manufacturer warranty.
4. The manufacturer warranty applies only to a product that is purchased for private use and is non-transfera-
ble. Therefore, only the initial owner has the right to make a claim under the warranty.
5. In order to make a claim under the manufacturer warranty, one is ought to supply the following items to the
point that the product has been purchased at:
· The defect product and/or pictures of the defect product or component,
· (A copy of) the proof of purchase including date of purchase,
· A clear description of the defect,
· A complete and correctly filled out warranty form.

The manufacturer warranty is invalid under the following circumstances:
- The product is returned without the original proof of purchase.
- Defects and/or damages resulting from improper use and/or alterations to the product by the customer.
- In case you have carried out alterations or repairs yourself or outsourced it to any third party without the
written consent from Koelstra.
- In case the defects have been caused by negligence or an accident and/or use or maintenance other than
has been prescribed in the user manual.
- Damage to the product proportionate to regular wear and tear.
- In case the serial number has been damaged or removed.
- Unintentional or unintended damage, improper use or insufficient care.
- Damage cased by incorrect use or non-compliance with the instructions in the user manual.
- Incorrect storage/care of the product.
- When discolouration/stains result from cleaning, exposure to rain or sun.
- Transportation damage (during air transport or any other form of transportation): make sure to carefully
inspect the Koelstra product in case the product was transported through the air (or any other form of trans-
portation), and report potential damage to the relevant transportation provider immediately.
- Overload (the maximum weight can be found in the package leaflet).
- Damage to push bars or upholstery caused by normal daily use of the product.
- Punctures or tears in the wheels.
- Corrosion.
- A defect resulting from use of components other than they have been supplied by Koelstra 2.0.
- In case of impact damage of the fabric, undercarriage and leatherette

Tips for maintenance:
You can use these tips to properly maintain and clean your Koelstra GEN. A thorough maintenance and cleaning
instruction can be found on our website www.koelstra.com. Store your Koelstra GEN and related accessories
in a dry space. In case the products are wet, leave them in an unfolded position to dry and to protect against
mould. Treat the wheels and metals with Teflon or silicone spray regularly (approximately once per month), so the
hinges of the pram remain smooth. The aluminium components of the Koelstra GEN pram have been anodised
and thus protected against external influences such as corrosion. Anodised aluminium components are poorly
resistant to acidic cleaning agents or grease, increasing the risk of stains and discolouration. We therefore re-
commend to clean the aluminium components of the pram with warm water and a soft cloth. Use a soft brush to
remove sand and filth from the mechanism and the extendible tubes. Make sure to brush away from the hinges.
Cleaning the upholstery:
Important! Make sure to always read the label carefully before washing. Clean the fabric with lukewarm
water and soap. Rinse with water and leave to dry. Do not use bleach or other chemical cleaning agents.
Grocery basket:It is not possible to wash the grocery basket or rain cover, but you can clean these compo-
nents with a moist cloth if so desired.

Zorg ervoor dat de persoon die de Koelstra GEN gebruikt een volwassen persoon is en bekend is met
het veilig gebruik ervan. • ees ALTIJD voorzichtig wanneer u over stoepranden of trappen gaat en gebruik
koelstra GEN nooit voor iets anders dan het vervoeren van uw kind. Duw de Koelstra GEN alleen met een
normaal looptempo; Sneller lopen kan leiden tot verlies van controle en letsel van het kind. •Laat de Koelstra
GEN buggy NOOIT op een heuvel of op een helling of bij een trap achter, ook niet als de remmen zijn inge-
steld. buggy kan kantelen en het kind verwonden. •Om onbedoeld wegrollen te voorkomen, zet ALTIJD de
remmen erop als de buggy niet wordt gedrukt. •Let op met kleine onderdelen, uw kind kan deze inslikken met
kans op verstikking •Houd plastic verpakkingsmaterialen buiten bereik van kinderen in verband met verstik-
kingsgevaar. •Verwijder logo’s of stickers niet om beschadiging te voorkomen. Sommige logo’s en stickers zijn
wettelijk verplicht. •Wees voorzichtig met scharende delen wanneer u de Koelstra GEN uitvouwt, opvouwt
of verstelt. Pas op voor beknellen van vingers of handen van uzelf of uw kind. •Houd de Koelstra GEN
uit de buurt van loshangende snoeren, draden en koorden in verband met kans op vallende voorwerpen,
wurging en verstikking. •Zorg, na verwijdering van de veiligheidsgordel (bijv. om hem te wassen), ervoor dat
de gordel opnieuw goed wordt gemonteerd door gebruik te maken van de verankeringspunten. De gordel
moet opnieuw worden ingesteld. Trek stevig aan het uiteinde van de gordel, zodat deze zo is ingesteld, dat
het is aangepast aan uw kind en goede beveiliging biedt. •Het maximale gewicht van het boodschappen-
netje is 2kg. •Vergrendel de voorste zwenkwielen als u de buggy inklapt. Als deze aanwijzing niet wordt
opgevolgd kunnen de banden geblokkeerd raken en vervormen, met name in een warme omgeving. •Elke
last bevestigd aan de handgreep en/of de rugleuning en/of de zijkanten van het vervoermiddel, zal de
stabiliteit hiervan beïnvloeden. •De veiligheid van uw kind blijft uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid
Fabrieksgarantie Koelstra GEN:
Als fabrikant levert Koelstra 2.0 BV, kantoor houdende te Staphorst (hierna: “Koelstra”), de Koelstra GEN
(hierna: “product”) met garantie.
1. De fabrieksgarantieperiode bedraagt 24 maanden en gaat in op de dag van aankoop, zoals aange-
geven op het aankoopbewijs. De garantieperiode wordt niet verlengd bij reparaties en het vervangen van
onderdelen en/of producten. Hier geldt de resterende garantie van het oorspronkelijke product.
2. De fabrieksgarantie geeft recht op reparatie van fabricagefouten en geldt niet voor het ruilen of terug-
brengen van het product.
3. Koelstra behoudt zich het recht voor de fabricage van specifieke modellen, kleuren, bekledingen of ac-
cessoires stop te zetten en vervangt derhalve gedurende de fabrieksgarantieperiode onderdelen door
vergelijkbare producten, kleuren of bekledingen.
4. De fabrieksgarantie geldt enkel voor een product dat wordt aangeschaft voor particulier gebruik en
is niet overdraagbaar. Er kan derhalve alleen door de eerste eigenaar een beroep op garantie worden
gedaan.
5. Om aanspraak te maken op fabrieksgarantie dien je de volgende zaken te overhandigen aan het ver-
kooppunt, waar je het product hebt gekocht:

PLEGING. Uw kind kan letsel oplopen als u de instructies niet opvolgt.

· Het defecte product en/of foto’s van het defecte product of onderdeel,
· (Een kopie van) het aankoopbewijs met aankoopdatum,
· Een duidelijke beschrijving van het mankement,
· Een volledig en correct ingevuld garantieformulier.
De fabrieksgarantie is ongeldig in onderstaande situaties:
- Het product retour wordt gestuurd zonder het oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs.
- De mankementen en/of beschadigingen veroorzaakt zijn door onjuist gebruik en/of aanpassingen aan het
product die zijn doorgevoerd door de klant.
- Als u zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Koelstra aanpassingen of reparaties heeft uitge-
voerd of heeft uit laten voeren.
- In geval van defecten veroorzaakt door nalatigheid of een ongeval en/of door gebruik of onderhoud
anders dan aangegeven in de gebruiksaanwijzing.
- Schade aan het product als gevolg van normale slijtage.
- Als het serienummer beschadigd of verwijderd is.
- Onopzettelijke of onbedoelde schade, abnormaal gebruik of onvoldoende zorg.
- Schade door verkeerd gebruik of als gevolg van het niet opvolgen van de instructies in de handleiding.
- Verkeerde opslag/zorg voor het product.
- Wanneer verkleuringen/vlekken het gevolg zijn van reiniging, regen of zon.
- Vervoersschade (tijdens luchtvervoer of andersoortig vervoer): inspecteer je Koelstra product zorgvuldig na
vervoer door een luchtvaartmaatschappij (of andere vervoerder) en dien bij eventuele schade direct een
claim in bij de vervoerder.
- Overbelasting (maximaal toelaatbaar gewicht kunt u vinden in de bijsluiter).
- Schade aan duwbeugels of bekleding die is veroorzaakt door normaal dagelijks gebruik van het product.
- Gaatjes of scheurtjes in de banden.
- Roestvorming.
- Door een defect welke is ontstaan door gebruik van onderdelen anders dan geleverd door Koelstra 2.0.
- Bij stootschade van stof en onderstel en kunstleer
Koelstra behoudt zich het recht voor om de bepalingen van deze fabrieksgarantie te wijzigen. Je vindt de
bepalingen van de meest actuele fabrieksgarantie op onze website of neem contact op met het verkoop-

Tips voor onderhoud:
Deze tips helpen u bij het onderhouden en reinigen van uw Koelstra GEN. Een uitgebreide onderhouds- en
reinigingsinstructie vindt u op de website www.koelstra.com. Berg uw Koelstra GEN en de bijbehorende ac-
cessoires op in een droge ruimte en laat ze - indien nat - uitgevouwen staan om schimmelvorming te voorko-
men. Behandel de wielen en de metalen onderdelen regelmatig (ongeveer een keer per maand) met Teflon
of met siliconenspray, zodat de buggy soepel blijft werken. De aluminium onderdelen van de Koelstra GEN
buggy zijn geanodiseerd en daardoor beschermd tegen externe invloeden zoals corrosie. Geanodiseerde
aluminium onderdelen zijn slecht bestand tegen zure schoonmaakmiddelen of vet, waardoor vlekken en ver-
kleuringen kunnen ontstaan. Wij raden dan ook aan om de aluminium onderdelen van de buggy te reinigen
met warm water en een zachte doek. Gebruik een zachte borstel om zand en vuil van het mechanisme en
van de uitschuifbare buizen te verwijderen. Zorg hierbij dat je wegveegt van eventuele schuifscharnieren.
Reinigen van de stoffering:
Belangrijk! Raadpleeg voordat u gaat wassen, altijd eerst het was etiket. Reinig de stof met lauw water en
zeep. Spoel af met schoon water en laat drogen. Gebruik geen bleek of andere chemische reinigingsmid-
delen.
Boodschappenmand:
De boodschappenmand en regenhoes zijn niet wasbaar, maar kunt u eventueel reinigen met een vochtige
doek.

zu Erstickungsgefahr führen kann. •Jegliche am Lenker des Koelstra Koelstra GEN-buggys angebrachte Last
kann die Stabilität beeinträchtigen. •Dieser Buggy ist nur für ein Kind ausgelegt. •Vergewissern Sie sich, dass
Sie nur den von Koelstra zugelassenen sowie Ersatzteile und Zubehör verwenden. •Verwenden Sie dieses
Produkt nicht, wenn es beschädigt oder zerbrochen ist oder wenn Teile fehlen.
ACHTUNG!
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Person, die den Koelstra GEN verwendet, ein Erwachsener ist, der weiß wie er ihn
sicher verwendet. •Seien Sie IMMER vorsichtig, wenn Sie Bordsteine überqueren oder eine Treppe hinauf-
gehen, und verwenden Sie den Koelstra GEN niemals für andere Zwecke als den Transport Ihres Kindes.
Schieben Sie den Koelstra GEN in einem normalen Schritttempo vorwärts. Schnelleres Gehen kann dazu
führen, dass Sie die Kontrolle verlieren und Ihr Kind verletzt wird. •Lassen Sie den Koelstra GEN-buggy NIE-
MALS auf einem Hügel, einem Abhang oder in der Nähe einer Treppe stehen, auch nicht, wenn die Bremsen
betätigt wurden. Der buggy kann umkippen und Verletzungen beim Kind verursachen. •Um unbeabsichtigte
und ungewollte Bewegungen des buggys zu vermeiden, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie IMMER die Bremsen
betätigen, wenn er nicht benutzt wird. •Seien Sie vorsichtig mit kleinen Teilen, da Ihr Kind diese verschlucken
kann, was zu Erstickungsgefahr führt. •Erstickungsgefahr! Halten Sie Kunststoffverpackungen von Kindern fern!
Entfernen Sie keine Logos oder Aufkleber, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden. Einige Logos und Aufkleber
sind gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. •Seien Sie vorsichtig mit den Scherengelenken, wenn Sie den Koelstra GEN
ausklappen, zusammenfalten oder einstellen. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie sich nicht Ihre Finger bzw. die Finger
oder die Hand Ihres Kindes einklemmen. •Stellen Sie den Koelstra GEN nicht in der Nähe von losen Drähten,
Kabeln oder Stricken auf, um das Risiko auf herunterfallende Objekte, Erwürgen oder Ersticken zu vermeiden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den Sicherheitsgurt wieder richtig zusammenbauen, indem Sie die Ankerpunkte
verwenden, nachdem Sie ihn zum Beispiel zum Reinigen entfernt haben. Der Sicherheitsgurt muss wieder
korrekt platziert sein. Ziehen Sie den Gurt feste an, so dass er sich Ihrem Kind anpasst und somit optimale
Sicherheit bietet. •Der Einkaufskorb kann mit maximal 2 kg beladen werden. •Verriegeln Sie die vorderen
Schwenkräder, wenn Sie den buggy zusammenklappen. Wenn diese Anweisung nicht befolgt wird, können
sich die Räder verklemmen und verformen, insbesondere bei warmen Bedingungen. •Alle Lasten, die am
Handgriff und/oder der Rückenlehne und/oder den Seiten des Buggys angebracht werden, beeinträchtigen
dessen Stabilität. •Die Sicherheit Ihres Kindes liegt in Ihrer eigenen Verantwortung.
Herstellergarantie Koelstra GEN
Als Hersteller liefert Koelstra 2.0 BV mit Sitz in Staphorst (im Folgenden als “Koelstra” bezeichnet) den Koelstra
GEN (im Folgenden als “Produkt” bezeichnet) einschließlich der Garantie.
1. Die Herstellergarantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt am Tag des Kaufs, so wie auf dem Kaufbeleg
angegeben. Die Garantiezeit verlängert sich weder bei Reparaturen noch beim Austausch von Komponen-
ten und/oder Produkten. Die verbleibende Garantiezeit des Originalprodukts ist maßgebend.
2. Die Herstellergarantie gewährt das Recht auf Reparatur eines Herstellungsfehlers und gilt nicht für den
Umtausch oder die Rückgabe des Produkts.
3. Koelstra behält sich das Recht vor, die Fertigung von Sondermodellen, Farben, Polsterungen oder Zubeh-
orteilen einzustellen, und ersetzt die Komponenten während der Herstellergarantie durch ähnliche Produkte,
Farben oder Polsterungen.
4. Die Herstellergarantie gilt nur für ein Produkt, das für den privaten Gebrauch erworben wurde und ist
nicht übertragbar. Daher ist nur der Erstbesitzer berechtigt, einen Garantieanspruch geltend zu machen.
WARNUNGEN
