•Read the contents of this user guide carefully to ensure that you can use this product
correctly and safely.
•Only use the strap provided with this product to prevent affecting the antenna signal of
the watch, resulting in unclear calls and inability to locate and other problems.
•This product has positioning functions. Before the watch is paired, these functions are
turned off. After you pair the watch, you can position the watch.
•The outdoor GPS positioning of this product may not be able to locate due to the lack
of satellite signals in bad weather conditions.
•This product must use original accessories. If you use this product to connect
incompatible accessories, this behaviour may cause irreparable damage to the product
and even endanger the safety of you and your children.
•This product can only function normally when the network is unobstructed.
Operating environment
•Any radio transmitting equipment (including this product) may cause interference to the
function of improperly protected medical equipment. Where the use of wireless
transmission functions of electronic equipment is prohibited, regulations must be
followed.
•Pacemakers, implanted cardioverter defibrillators: When turning on the watch, always
keep the distance between the watch and the device more than 6 inches (about
15.5cm). Do not put the watch in your coat pocket. Always use the watch on the other
side of the instrument to reduce potential interference. If you suspect interference, turn
off your watch immediately.
•Hearing Aids, Cochlear Implants: Certain digital wireless devices may cause
interference with certain hearing aids or cochlear implants. If such interference occurs,
please contact the manufacturer for a solution.
•Other medical equipment: If you and the people around you are using other medical
equipment, consult the manufacturers of these equipment to ensure that they can
adequately shield the surrounding equipment to ensure that they can adequately

Maintenance

•Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean this product.
•Avoid dropping, knocking or vibrating the watch. Rough handling of the watch will
cause the screen to break and damage the internal circuit board and precision
structure.
•In case of abnormal phenomena during use, press and hold the power button until the
watch is turned on.
•To prolong the service life of the battery, keep the battery fully charged. If the charged
battery is left unused for a long time, the battery will gradually discharge by itself.
When not in use, place the watch in a cool, dry and dark place after charging.

•When the strap is stained with sweat, dust, etc., wipe it with a clean with a dry soft
cloth.
•If the charging contacts are dirty, use a soft dry cloth to clean them and do not scratch
them with hard metal objects.
•When the watch strap is old and cracked, it must be replaced with a new one.
•Before cleaning the watch, turn off the watch.

Charging and Battery

•There is a danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced.
•During charging, the temperature of the battery will rise, do not place the watch
together with flammable objects (such as: bedside, clothing, books, so as not to cause
a fire.

Wearing the Watch
•When wearing the watch, adjust the tightness of the strap. It should not be too tight to
allow the skin to breathe; it should not be too loose to prevent the watch from falling off
or being damaged.
•Avoid wearing the watch in the shower, otherwise the watch may be damaged.
•If the sound becomes weaker after the watch is soaked in water, tap the water out of
the speaker and the sound will return to normal.
Skin Allergies
•Some people are susceptible to allergies and may feel uncomfortable when using
wearable devices. Pay special attention when wearing a watch.
•If you feel discomfort, it may be caused by wearing it too tight for too long. It is
recommended that you adjust the tightness of the strap properly or wear it on the
another hand.
•If the skin around or in contact with the watch becomes red, swollen, itchy or has other
symptoms of discomfort, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.

•Discomfort may also be re-induced or increased if continued use after symptoms
disappear.
Waterproof Performance
•The water resistance level of the watch reaches IPXX. Cannot be used for bathing,
swimming, diving, water skiing and high-speed water flow or submerged in shallow
water.
•Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time. To ensure
proper use of your watch, follow these tips: Do not wear your watch while swimming,
showering, sauna, sweating (or in a steam room) and parking in hot springs, etc.
•Avoid subjecting the watch to sudden temperature changes (such as blowing the
watch with hot air from a hair dryer).
•Avoid operating or removing the SIM card when the watch is wet.
•Avoid contact with high-speed running water, such as faucets, rafting, surfing and
water skiing.
•Avoid dropping or subjecting the watch to shocks, as the water resistance of the device
may be impaired.
•Avoid contact with solvents (white wine, medical alcohol, etc.), acidic substances,
detergents, soapy water, perfume, spray insecticide, lotion, sunscreen, oil, hair dye or
bubble water, etc.
•Wipe off the product in time when sweat adheres to it for a long time.

Video Calls and Camera Use
•It is recommended to use video calls when connected to WI-FI and in environments
with a relatively stable signal.
•When the watch is using functions such as video calls, the high-speed operation of the
processor will generate a lot of heat.
•When the temperature of the watch rises to the preset threshold, the protection
function will be automatically activated and the function will be exited.

•Long press for 3s to make an emergency call.

Click "Phone", Select contact to make a phone call.
Chat
Click "Chat", On "Chat" page, press and hold "HOLD" to record
voice and then release to send voice. Click the unread message on
the screen to play voice messages.
Video call
Click "Video call", Select contact and select video chat.
Note: Long video calls will cause the watch to heat up. Avoid
making video calls for extended periods. Do not wear the watch
when the high temperature alarm pops up. Wear the watch after
the temperature drops to avoid potential burns.
Camera
Click "Camera" to start to take pictures. You can view and delete
photos in "Gallery".
Add friends
Click "Add friends", tap to add friends and the watch will search to
add nearby friends automatically.
